Was no breakfast unless you paid extra.
Had to put my daughter and boyfriend up for the night as our caravan had been double booked.
It was late and this was the cheapest place I found. The bed was really uncomfortable for them.
Small tv in room. Bad mattress. So overall a bad stay for the money it cost.
The mattress. Small tv. Had to pay extra for breakfast. So overall not good for a good nights sleep.

Room Clean, at least twice a week & bins emptied daily,,replenish of tea and coffee towel change at least once a week,,.

The location of the hotel was good just far enough away from the noisy attractions but close enough to have only a short walk to the pier amd main shops.
The initial access to the entrance was at the rear where a very bland reception area awaits, which straightaway caused me to question my choice of hotel. No breakfast was available at the hotel, although a booking option nearby was offered but had to be made by 5pm. The main light in my room wasn't working. The room furniture was dated although the bed was actually quite comfortable. The one window was overlooked by a number of adjacent windows thereby requiring me to keep the curtain closed. The coffee/tea facilities were not topped up during the 2 night stay.

Close to the front and all attractions.
Left my key in my room, asked reception for the spare to find out it doesn’t work on my room. ( this was at 11pm )
Got told we wouldn’t be able to get into our room until 8am the next day and got given another room for the night which was appreciated but wasn’t handy as all my bank cards and chargers for phones were in the other room. Wasn’t until 3pm the next day that I gained access to the room ( 4 hours after check out time ) kept asking for updates throughout the day for when It would be available but no help. I missed my train home and had to book another which was another £80. Also havnt received my deposits back which I was charged twice 2x £50 deposits.

It was nice for the money we spent for the night close to everything.

The young lad that checked us in was very good. There weren't any other staff around and weren't there at night. No one ever on the front desk.
Found a piece of A4 paper with a mobile number to call to check in. Back door being left open overnight is a security issue, no staff, management or security overnight, (or in the day for that matter)so that allowed a group of around 8 drunk idiots to run riot one night until 5am, meaning I got no sleep before I had a 3 he drive home and my teenage son was scared. The don't do breakfast?? Bins never emptied, towels and bed linen never changed.

Great location
Said they had parking when they only had 3 spaces which were taken. Hotel needs a refurb, door hanging off wardrobe and flimsy curtains that didn’t even meet in the middle.

Nothing
Arrived at the hotel and there was no staff to check us in, had to ring for a staff member to come and check us and other guests into the property. Which he then arrived and looked about 12 years old, he had no clue what he was doing passed us a key and told us it was upstairs, upon getting into the hotel room the tv was like a iPad incredibly small, the room was boiling and no fan or air con to cool down, the mattress was the hardest mattress you could ever think of and the shower was hanging off the wall, attempted to use the shower before going out for the night in Skegness however me and my partner got burnt as it was only set to hot and couldn’t cool down so wasn’t able to shower.

Do not stay here. They take a deposit on the room then refuse to give it back and booking.com do nothing to assist

The location of the hotel
The first room had no main light working, The second room could do with a deep clean on top of the wardrobe was old bird mess and in the drawers was a build up dust, very thin walls

To be honest we didn’t enjoy anything about the stay. We were left without any staff on the premises, our room was filthy. And there was no one to contact about anything! We wasn’t aware that upon arrival we would have to pay another £50 for the room as a deposit, when in the room what we found was disgusting. We wasn’t allowed to get our room keys until we paid the extra £50 but we are still waiting for the deposit back 3 weeks later! I would advise everyone to not stay here !! As it is not safe, clean or hygienic in anyway. Such a shame because the location is a great spot.
The whole stay, day and night.

Not alot really ,just the Embassy theater shows .the hotel had imigrants staying there we were woken at 2 o'clock in the morning with banging noses sounded like they were moving furniture and shouting amongst them selves they were above our room we were scared and didn't feel safe no staff at night so we were on our own and reported it but they said no one else complaind ( no because they were up above us )it was terrible ) they were quiet at about 5 o'clock it was a horrible . don't book this hotel .we got no sleep.
Same as the above .

Great location and within 2 minutes of the main attractions. We stayed in one of the rooms at the top of the hotel with a balcony, which was wonderful to sit on and enjoy a panoramic sea view. Room was nice and modern, lovely en suit bathroom and hotel was generally nice and clean.

Mary the receptionist was efficient wooden floors throughout the property looked really nice room was large and clean close to all amenities after reading negative reviews I was worried about staying but I was pleasantly surprised
Payman emailed me the wrong details and put me in the wrong room which hadn't been cleaned dirty mugs and discarded cigarettes outside on the balcony this was quickly rectified by the receptionist Mary and we was put in the correct room which was lovely

The location was great, the lady that met us was very pleasant 😊
We were on the second floor, and as you came up the first flight of stairs, you were hit with a very overpowering smell of drugs. The balcony door was unable to be looked, and the security thing on it was broke.
