the hotel is in the center of Potes and it is a good location for traveling in the picos of europe.
don't try to reach the hotel with the car. there is free parking place on the main street, ask the residence.

Reception area.
The room very basic. Not even a proper chair to sit on. No airconditioning in the room. No wifi Internet reception in the room, only in the lobby.

Old fashioned and dowdy place. One up from a 1960’s youth hostel. It calls itself a spa would you believe!!!!
Most things is the answer.

Friendly staff to greet you on arrival.
Excellent breakfast with selection of meat & cheese, yoghurts, fresh bread, juice etc.

Location was great. Free parking a few mins up the road. Nice breakfast provided.
Rooms were old and out dated. Couldn't open the windows due to locked shutters.

The breakfast was good but no hot food except coffee and toast.

Location
Staff should have a second language like English at least for front guest service.

- Location, almost in the Town centre, approximately 30 metres away from main street/road.
- Interior design, very pleasant.
- General cleanliness. Everything is clean, smell fresh, a lot of towels.
- Easy check in, simple and fast, exactly what the traveller need!
- Staff helpfulness, nice and multilingual, so no problem with english speakers should occur.
- Simple but cozy room. A bit old, but very (VERY) well kept rooms.
- Simple but awesome shower! That says it all.
- Breakfast. Hot, good selection of food and drinks. Served in the nice, clean hotel lobby.
- TV and wiFi.
- Location. No parking available (there's a big open and free parking on C.Enrique Hererros street, four minutes by easy walk form hotel).
- Hard access for people with disabilities! Keep in mind, main access to the hotel is by walking up by the steep stairs from main street!
- Carton walls. Be aware! On my stay (2nd of December 2022),some neighbour left the dog locked in the room and went for a drink- poor animal was barking and yowl for over two hours around 10pm! People on this floor couldn't get sleep, walking down to reception, asking for actions. A big thanks to staff- they've reached the owner somehow, I hope that he /she was charged for such stupidity :-)
- TV- there's only one channel working. I didn't need much, but be informed.

Outstanding value for a hotel in the centre of the town at ~€55/night for B&B. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We could see the mountains from the window. The breakfast included was a really pleasant surprise; buffet style 'all you can eat' with usual continental choices. There were plentiful jugs of real filter coffee which was a particular pleasure to find, rather than the usual terrible machine stuff in other places. The orange juice was lovely and fresh. We would have rebooked the next night if it had been available.
There was no (motorcycle) parking formally available, although we found some nearby on the side of the street.

Location (Potes) good, and many restaurants close by, with shops and a supermarket.
Room was OK
A little basic English spoken would have been a great help

on checking in we were told that it was the last room in the hotel. she then proceeded to relate to us the problems they were having with staff and staff shortage. she told us that our room was beside the laundry room but washing machines will not go on until 10 am. i asked if we could see the room, as the faces she was pulling were warning us.
the room was okayish. she opened a window that faced a patio and said loads of air would come in (a lie). then started tidying up and saying the cleaner was new and didn’t do a good job.
we accommodated ourselves, when we went to ask for extra pillows she was kind enough yo bring them, but gave us unwanted information on how this room had been closed for some time as a couple had been with dogs and the room was infested with the smell of wet dogs, and the bed sheets had to be throw due to the smell. was disguted to be in this room!’ oh she said she had plugged a scented thingy for thr smell
