Our hostess was very nice and we managed to get around not being able to speak Spanish nicely because of her. We were happily surprised to be close to the El Capricho de Gaudi, an amazing little house from early in the career of the world famous architect.
The little hotel has a lovely breakfast room and covered terrace, but apparently curtailed breakfast because of Covid. With Covid now not so much of a probelm, we hope they restart the breakfast. That would really have been a great benefit to us!

Comfy bed, very good shower.
Felt like I was an inconvenience but turning up. People that worked there seemed grumpy. Men in the next room turned up at 5am drunk and banging doors and taking loudly.

Location great just off main town square, easy to deal with, reasonable room
Slightly older in style and breakfast was basic but this are only small things that did not spoil stay

Next to the old quarter and main attractions. In an old house, clean and nice.
No own parking, rather hard to find a place. Better not to go by a large car as the streets are narrow and steep. The room is tiny as well as the bathroom))

This place is so cute. It has touches of Gaudi but not too overwhelming; you can tell the people who own it are proud of their town & their accommodations. It's not far from San Christobal, Constitution Square, or the bus stop from Santillana del Mar, or Gaudi/Sobrellano Palace. Although it *is* uphill so beware if you've walked it #camino ! Quite sweet & adequate. Breakfast sounded (& smelled!) amazing, although didn't have it. Bath tub was marvellous for tired muscles. And the bath gel smelled amazing! View from room was good, too.
Walls very thin & could hear couples on either side - was so tired just passed out anyway, though. Shower holder didn't work so handheld shower. Bed was quite low & hard but actually had a good night's sleep.

La atención excepcional!

Lovely converted historic house near Gaudi's Capricho. Friendly staff.
A bit of a steep walk from town center, though not that far. Flat pillows (typical of European hotels, but wanted to note this anyway)

Staff extremely nice and friendly. Perfect location near center yet quiet. Lovely terrace to sit and relax.
Bed was too small for us and hit my head too many times on the low ceiling beams
