Parcheggio comodo di fronte alla struttura
Ambiente un po trascurato, soprattutto la camera
4.5
Bene. Quando riesco ad ottenere una tariffa "umana" mi fermo volentieri. Colazione ottima.
La vasca nel bagno al posto della doccia

hotel tutto sommato tenuto bene, abbastanza pulito e posizione strategica

Sala Colazione ampia e ben fornita, parcheggio gratuito, stanze ampie, areee comuni ampie e ben mantenute. Tutto molto pulito
Temperatura in camera troppo bassa, manutenzione di alcuni dettagli un po scarsa.

Shower was nice
Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, safe was broken, room was dated and dirty on check in. Very hard to get taxis from here and not so easy to find when on foot
2.5
Great size of the room - we booked a suit as we were traveling with 3 adults and 2 dogs (small breed). Nicely developed property, there is a shopping mall just next door.
We felt this hotel is a given-up project for the owners. They are not too keen running it like a professional hotel and has no interest for customer's basic care. The front office staff (except one, who assisted us while checking in on 2nd July - the young boy) were unfriendly and were least bothered to assist with any issues you may have. We stayed 4 nights and we discovered the bathroom shower was broken the very first evening - which, despite repeated requests, never got fixed till we checked out.
Poor wi-fi signals, at least in the room where we stayed.
Breakfast was so so. The servers at the breakfast restaurant (the two young people - one boy and a girl) were nice and cordial, but the tall-man (English speaking) was rude and unfriendly in his attitude to everyone.
This hotel gets the Asian tourists brought in by the tour-bus companies. Guess that's why the breakfast guy and the front office staff treat them pretty poorly knowing that they will never return again. Unfortunately their attitude is same for the other hotel guests too.
There is no restaurant or bar in this hotel.
Neighbourhood is OK, but you will have to travel to Monza (5km way) to find a good restaurant. If you would like to get to the city centre of Milan, you will need at least 1 hour by public transport.
This property is very well developed and can compete with great facilities - but the hotel management requires a lesson on how to run a hotel.

Room is big. Two big beds.
Breakfast was typical.
Thermometer was broken. The minimal temperature was 21 degree and very warm. We were taken up due to sweat and baby cried.
Wifi was slow and bag connection.
No water boiler or bottle water provided.
No clear check-in instruction, it took us some time to find the place.
2.5
position wise was goo. easy to take the highway withing few minutes.
The mall attached as well.
the WiFi wasn’t working on my room. couldn’t get the signal at all. the breakfast is really poor taking into account you are in Italy.

Spacious room
The access for pedestrians is terrible, surrounding highways, nowhere to take walks or go running in the morning. WiFi in the room did not work. No bar or restaurant for lunch, dinner snacks. Place is mostly deserted, empty and dark. One morning the was a huge group in the breakfast room. Dirty dishes and cutlery everywhere. To few staff to keep up.

Hotel has 4 stars, however these stars refer most likely to a very long time ago. You can see that it once was a 4 star hotel however that it’s now a derelict hotel. The fact that a lot was old and not in such good state anymore what not so much the issue, more the fact that it wasn’t clean at all.
Dirty carpets, thick dust everywhere and a moldy bathroom. Didn’t feel comfortable at all, and ended up leaving earlier.
2.5
Nothing except the luxury outlook
the staff was not friendly and was racist. we didn’t feel welcomed at all.
when we shared that one of our rooms light was not working and it was dark and our kids will be staying there we didn’t get any solution. even no sorry from the person who was in the front desk.
facilities were not as per standard. door knobs broken, toilet roll handle broken.
2.5
it is a very very old hotel. I don’t think it could be with 4 star.
firstly almost no WiFI
breakfast is bad, nothing good
Manager at the reception could be more helpful and polite
hotel is on the top of a shopping mall. if walk there, very hard to find the entrance
3.5
The location of the hotel is very convenient and there is a large market under the hotel, free parking is available .
In the hotel parking i advise not to leave your bags or any thing inside the car, because some car windows was broken and the bags were stolen.
i rent a sweet so the air conditioning in one of the rooms is not cold.
The restaurant is simple and convenient because it is hospitality from the hotel and there are many excellent restaurants under the hotel
