استمتعنا جدا بالاقامه الاسعار جيده والخدمه رائعه

غرفه طعام كبيره ومنوعه وتشمل جميع انواع الماكولات ، اجواء راقيه وهادئه وطاقم العمل جدا رائع حصلنا على خدمه مميزه جدا

بيوم انهاء العطله كان سوء تفاهم مع موظف الاستقبال بسبب التاخر بترك الغرفه ولكن وضحنا الامر له وقام الموظف بحل الامر ، اظن كان من الممكن تخطي هذا الامر بالتفاهم او حال وصولنا الى الريسيبشن لاجراء ال check out بدون ملاحظات سيئه وتوجيه كلام قاس.

كانت اقامة ولا احلى من هيك ،انبسطنا كثيرا بالاوتيل بخدمته واكله والمسابح والنظافة . حتماً ساعود اليه

جميع وجبات الاكل بالمطعم الرئيسي جيدة جداً ، الفطار والغداء والعشاء لا جدال على الوجبات ولذيذة جداً وخدمة ممتازة فوق ما تتصور كل ما تطلبه وتتصوره موجود بالمطعم والخدمة لا توصف من حسنها الكل يريد خدمتك بكل سرور

vista al mar, balcon, vista a la piscina, amplitud, sala grande, cama inmensa, cafetera interna, baño impecable. Desayuno super delicioso, espacio inmenso, playa hermosa!!

Zero service, bad behavior, everything needs money to work quickly, the beer is always hot because we ordered all inclusive so as not to pay for alcohol, we would have had to buy Einkin beer and at double the price from us,

Nice value for money but I wouldn’t recommend it for families with small children.

Overall, I think it’s a good value for money. The resort is extremely beautiful and the pool the Laguna were very nice. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The hotel’s (extra paid) restaurant (El Mar) was good.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone, especially for families with small children as the location is pretty lame. Nothing to do other than swimming in the pool and sea. the kids club is very old so we found ourselves getting bored from time to time. The AC is BAD! it was unbelievable that the was no AC at all places with such hot weather (40 degrees in August). In addition, the hotel is NOT CLEAN. I don’t think anyone washed the room’s floor for ages. The carpets are filthy and the bathroom smalls so bad that we had to change rooms, but still smelled like toilet. The all inclusive food was only ok. The dishes are pretty much the same so that was, too, pretty boring.

The spa is good

The attitude to the guest needs to be more polite. The beauty salon needs update it's old and without style but the treatment was excellent. Snack bar needs 2 working man and not one. We waited a lot. Please be careful of the photographer. Ask for price in advance. There is no fixed price.

Beautiful and wonderful place

The property is amazing! Staff were wonderful, I want to thank dear Doaa frim the reception that was kind and helped us with everything we needed, and to thank Sayed from the restaurant who was great, helpful with our baby and gave us the best service. I would definitely come back

Very good

The room was nice and big including a comfortable bed. The hotel was very clean and the staff was generous. The hotel is in a perfect location and the spa was amazing.

The restaurant didn't have many vegan options and the wifi in the hotel was spotty

not my first time. big and beautiful! nice stuff they give you the feel of real vacation, like in a dream. a lot of seating area’s and bar everywhere. good for everyone (couples, families..). amazing spa, and the massage it’s the best!!!!! they even noticed that it’s my birthday, and made for me a cake.

good place to spend a week

I got an email from Amany, who was responsible for international guests. I appreciate that Amany organized a late dinner (as we arrived after the restaurant's working hours). Also, Amany helped us with the taxi and late checkout. It was a great pleasure to meet Amany. Thank you for your hospitality!

I was surprised that wine was served only in a main restaurant. In bars inside and outside you can get only cocktails and beer.

Superb

The staff was great Islam Polina and Ahmed. Very kind and positive. The hotel is beautiful. The pools and the beach are great. And the bars are open for service almost all day.

In terms of food, there is not enough variety. Need more international options.

We had a great vacation but the hotel should/could be MUCH better

The building is beautiful! Stunning. The staff overall is very helpful and caring. The beach is wonderful, kept clean and well maintained. The suit we took was really amazing, roomy, pampering. It is some 20 min' ride from Taba border so the location is great. All of those make a great vacation.

This hotel is really going down. It's out third stay and the food becomes worse and worse with every visit. They totally ignore ALL the reviews here that complain about the food. The raw materials are great but the "cheff" ruins them all. It can be so simple to correct! It's a shame. The WiFi was absolutely terrible. When I complained about it at the reception, explaining that I need the WiFi for my work, the answer was "don't work on a vacation". During our last stay we also complained and the hotel took care of it by installing a repeater in our room which solved the problem. This time they didn't even bother. Next time we'll prefer paying a bit more and stay at the Bayview nearby.

Great for theee days- attentive staff and gorgeous views.

it was large with different options. lagoon, pool and sea to lounge by.

they were doing a lot of construction to our hotel wing when we were there and the elevator was OOO due to that once or twice. The alcohol was somehow worse than bottom shelf.

Great vacation

The staff was great. Starting from Arafat from the reception through the ones in the beach, the room service, dinning room. Great pools, acsess to the beach and to the salt lake lagoon. All inclusive with 3 meals, cocktails, wines, ice creams, etc. Big room with a great balcony.

The room floor was a little dusty
