Staff are top notch and location is ideal!

Location based in the heart of the city which is ideal for basic amenities and visiting popular landmarks, staff were great and very accommodating. Good value for money with an overall relaxed environment and secure system in operating.

The staff are extremely helpful they understand the game and do everything possible to accommodate you, bag storage, access to the common area for water and phone charging if you need to wait.

Hostel in the center of it all

It's one of the best hostels I've been to. A place where you easily make new contact with a lot of people in the mainroom. I had an amazing time here and met so many new friends. The hostel is located in the center where it all happens. Everything you want is at walking distance from this hostel. Staff were really nice to us and very helpful. The place is clean and the rooms are huge. I recommend you to try this hostel, and you will notice yourself that it's an amazing place to be!

A éviter sauf si vous avez pas le choix 5/10

Le seul avantage de cette hostel c'est l'emplacement a côté du Vieux-Port a proximité des commerces.

- Déçu de la règle pas de check-in avant 15:00, pourtant sur Booking c'était possible mais le hôte a refusé ( arrivée a 11:00 apres un long voyage de plus de 10h de route , il m'a dit je peux rien te faire c'est la règle quand j'ai répondu que sur Booking c'était possible mettre une heure d'arrivée) - Lit a découvert pas d'intimité pas de rideaux. - Petit déjeuner catastrophique 6€ pas de choix, machine a café, baguette beurre confiture et fromage !!! Et un peu de céréales qui traine. Pas de fruits n'est de charcuterie, au moins des viennoiseries c'est pas trop demander. - le comble chambre coté rue très mal isoler bruit qui m'empêche de dormir et qui te fait réveiller tôt le matin. - prix exorbitant pour la prestation fourni.

Decent, large hostel with reasonable facilities

This is quite a large hostel with a range of room options. It is in a good location and seemed to have good facilities overall. The beds were comfy and each dorm has its own toilet and bathroom.

The toilet and bathroom were a little dirty and the overall feel of the place was similar. There was a fair bit of noise from adjoining dorms which had much louder occupants. It was a bit pricey for what it was but there was a major event when I went so everything in the city was expensive.

the hostel has a lot of potential but it needs some tidying up

The location was impeccable, very close to the city center and the metro/bus, as well as the attractions. also 10/10 to the employees and the people we ended up meeting, since most of them were staying at the hostel because of Beyoncé’s concert.

So… the room was not the the same as they showed on the pictures. even though we landed 4 individual beds, instead of two bunk beds, we had no windows and the room was very hot. we had to ask the reception to turn on the AC and it stayed on for only 1h. the beds and the pillows were not comfortable, they had a dent in the center of the mattress. the common areas, such as the kitchen, the fridge, the bathroom, the couches, the dining tables, were not clean. everything was very sticky or smelled funny, which made the meals very uncomfortable. a couple of pans were dirty, for instances. also the quick essentials for cooking, such as olive oil ou napkins- which anyone staying at a hostel wouldn’t buy because of a short stay - were missing.

Very central and well connected. Reception very welcoming. 4 people room with private bathroom.

Common areas didn't foster connections with other guests. WiFi not working well in the room.

I thought my stay met all my expectations and was a perfect for my quick trip in Marseille.

I liked how accessible it was and the ammenities the place offered.

Good hostel

Nice facilities and very well located.

The cleaning staff is rude and verbally attacks guests. I wanted to switch my bed to a lower bunker, and this was an issue for them who complained about having double work making my bed. The receptionist intervened and made it right. But this was completely unnecessary.

Good stay but could be improved

Spacious room, friendly staff, lockers in the room, excellent location (Lidl nextdoor too) and good common areas

Common areas and some of the rooms are all separated by an outdoor corridor. This design attracts smokers and the common areas arent entirely safe from them. There could be more outlets in the common areas. No toilet in the indoor common area. Outdoor common area doesnt look maintained. Ladder rungs should have more surface area. Thin blankets.

It was clean and en-suite washroom and shower was also very clean and convenient. Big common areas and excellent location and staff was so friendly and welcoming.
