Very bad experience from hotel people.

Hotel receptionist told me that they gave my alloted room to different customer as I did not reach there till 6 pm. I did not receive any communication from booking .com or hotel about this. It was so unprofessional and then they suggested me other hotel at 10 pm.

Expensive for what you get

The non desk staff were very helpful at sorting issues that we had.

The non smoking room.stank of smoke. The hotel asked through the booking ap to rebook to get a cheaper rate but this was not possible and they did not answer any questions about this. On leaving, whilst having cost quoted in IR were charged in £ so they get the conversion rate. This made the stay more expensive and was undertaken without permission. The desk was then not helpful. Whilst breakfast staff were great there was no room to eat as the dining area is so small.

It was very moving and memorable.

The hotel building and facilities are old, but well maintained and not unpleasant. Above all, I was impressed by the employees, who were very friendly and pleasant to serve. Breakfast is good and the restaurant attached to the hotel is very good. It was a memorable hotel and I would like to go back one day.

I wish the building and equipment were newer.

Can be a great stay when the renovation finishes

Everything except that renovation was happening and we were not informed about it before booking.

There was renovation happening and we were not informed about it before booking. Due to this, windows were blacked out and there was no sunlight in the room.

Good quiet place among the chaos for a short stay .

clean tidy ,reasonable breakfast but a small restaurant . clean rooms nice facilities, tea coffee etcetc good cheap cafes/restaurants.

Expensive but this is Bombay ! sofa bed broke but fixed in good time and efficiently . close to Mumbai Central

Excellent place to stay, relax and enjoy the holidays in Mumbai.

Great location and a very clean room. The breakfast and the dinner menu items were delicious and irresistible . Plenty of food variety to choose from. The staff at all levels were outstanding, very friendly and eager to help. Our thanks to the housecleaning and Reception area personnel who accommodated us with all our requests. Special thanks to Sunil and Santosh who helped us with our baggage transfer and airline weight requirements verification. We did not have to pay any excess baggage fees at the airport since their readings turned out to be accurate and within the airline guidelines. Our thanks to Mahesh, Tuba, Clifford and the ladies at the Reception Desk who made our Check-In and Check-Out very pleasant. THANK YOU ALL at the Sahil Hotel for making our stay very comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. Looking forward to staying at the Sahil Hotel in the future. YOU ALL ARE THE BEST !

Experience at Sahil Hotel, Mumbai Central.

Clean environment and courteous staff. Right from the security men at the entrance to the managers of the hotel, they offered excellent service.

Guests were denied watching the Qatar 2022 World Cup football tournament matches from our rooms. We were compelled to watch the matches at the drinking bar. That's not good enough.

Notified hotel for early checkin about three weejs prior considering that i was doing a very early checkout and they could not accomidate on arrival from south Africa. No wifi on arrival at hotel so could not do much until after checked in which we had 2 wait about 3 hours Other hotels more accomidating with this regard for travellers from SA. Given a smaller room than nornally given because booked on bookings. Com. Normally get a bigger room when i book directly with hotel. Stayed here before, so staff sre generally friendly but if you get the wrong person at reception, you should just tolerate. As it was frustrating to see that others were checked in early but we from SA just had to tolerate.
