Beautiful place! Very clean and nice!

It is a beautiful property with lovely landscaping. The rooms are very comfortable with very warm down comforters, a plentitude of soft pillows, and with plenty of hanging space and drawer space for all of your belongings. It is decorated beautifully in the Andean artistic style and one feels a great sense of harmony there. The owners Chito and Joyce went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and help with a few problems I had with the local ATM machine. The entire staff is welcoming and helpful. The Breakfasts were great with lots of fruit, eggs, pancakes, toast, coffee. I was so happy there that I will be back again to stay longer!
it was all fine!

The warm of every person there. Melissa and his dad were really kind. They make you feel at home. Melissa Wasi is on a really nice area between mountains disconnected from the traffic and population, but at the same time at 5 mins from Pisac downtown.
Hot water. It was difficult to keep a stable temperature.

The land is beautiful and quiet and outside of town. The staff is friendly and helpful. My bed was comfortable and the shower was really hot. Its probably a 15 minute walk into Pisaq, so you need someone to call you a taxi if you don’t want to walk, otherwise the drivers in town know how to get you there.
no heat in the room but the blankets were warm. walls are a bit thin so I could hear other guests outside

The property and location were wonderful.
There was confusion on the cost/person/room so it ended up costing way more than we expected and was also much more expensive than other comparable properties in the area.

A friendly and warm welcome that persisted throughout my stay. Beautiful hotel run by beautiful people. People that really cared and took care of their guests.
It's a little distant from the town center, but that also makes it a quiet place so not something to really complain about.

The grounds are beautiful. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was great and the staff was incredibly sweet. The whole family that owns the place are great. Most everyone was incredibly friendly and I enjoyed my time with them. I will definitely stay again if i travel alone.
There is no heat or internet in the rooms. They say they have internet in the restaurant where they serve breakfast but it never worked when I was there. We had to go across the street to the yard or main house to get any wifi. It was 20 degrees Fahrenheit at night and they did not offer space heaters or anything other than the blankets in the room. The father also constantly contradicts the rest of the family. The wife said they take credit cards then the father demanded cash. The wife said In front of the father that we could leave our bags in our rooms past check out so we could go hiking. At breakfast when the wife wasn't around the father ordered us to remove our bags and leave them in the main house. This was frustrating to deal with. Pricing for one person is not bad at $45US but they charge per person. For 2 people to stay in the same room it was $108US. That seems high for what is offered.

This is a gem. The bungalow we stayed in was ideal for our family of four. The grounds are incredibly beautiful with a serenity that allows the towering surrounding peaks that to shine. The restaurant has delicious dinners made to order. An amazing place to relax or use as a focal point to exploring the valley.

Perfect location, in the middle of beautiful nature and being greeted by a colibri in the morning!
Chito is a very nice host and we had a wonderful time at Melissa Wasi!
The only negative I can find is that he plays better backgammon than me :-)
