Nice property in a great area

Great location near the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. The room was well equipped with kitchen utensils, the complex has nice pools and is very clean.

The recycling trashes were a bit confusing, they are located in the kitchen cabinet in the room , but we were told we need to take the trash out to the appropriate areas. Therefore, no trash can be left in the room at checkout.

Superb

A wonderful beach within walking distance. Ideal for children, children's pool, playground, shallow white sand beach a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is quite puritanical, but clean and well maintained.

There is not a comfortable place to sit in the apartment, the kitchen chairs and the garden bench are not suitable for spending more than 5 minutes on them either. It would be worth paying attention to this and providing comfortable seats, because it will make a stay of several days miserable if you don't want to lie in bed all the time. No services are provided in the camping area, it would be nice to have a bar next to the pool, where you could buy a drink, a coffee, or maybe some breakfast cookies, or a pizza, this is really missing. The price for cleaning the kitchen... pff... Despite this, we have been there several times and we would choose it again, but the reason for this is only the wonderful beach, it would be nice to pay attention to the development of the above.

Everything was perfect. Tidy and close to the beach. Private parking 24/7, i could do an early check-in and use all the facilities after checking out (parking, pool, showers).

Lovely scenic condominium cottage with all the comforts of home at a bargain price.

This location is close to several nice, small beaches. To be honest, I never figured out whether they were private beaches available only to guests or public beaches. The weather was unsettled while we were there, so we made it to the beach only one afternoon and found it quite enchanting.

I really don't have any concerns. We were there during shoulder season, so the facility was not crowded at all.

everything else: no attention to details, there was no washing soap, no microwave, very poor kitchenware with a notice threatening guests to pay 100€ if forget to clean the dishes and throwing the garbage away. Poor sound insulation, you could perfectly hear the guests next door in fact the whole space seemed like an improvised shed. Bed was also uncomfortable.

I love the salt water pool the gym was very small with no weights but at least they had one machine that was multipurpose. I love the location to/from the beach. The room is very small but parking is excellent and the staff is helpful

The whole facility is looking rather tired and there were lots of mosquitos. The room was neat and clean and comfy bed, but quite old.

Superb

The pool was clean and there weren't many people around most of the time because everyone headed to the beaches, which are superb - all four/five of them and within a walking distance. The whole residence is nice.

The toilet at the pool wasn't cleaned during the day and neither were the rooms. The houses could be equipped with a sponge and a detergent for washing the dishes and a hair-dryer, but there's a washing machine, a fridge with a freezer compartment, some dishes and cutlery, which is nice.

Great location, beatiful swimmingpool, beatiful beaches within walking distance. Quiet apartment, good sleep.

The apartment was very dark inside, you cannot leave the door open to let the light come in, because of mosquitoes. A lot of mosquitoes and no mosquitonets to avoid them. Kitchen had not enough equipment. Too many rules in the swimming pool. We were the only people there and we were watching our son jumping into the pool, and the lifeguard did not allow him to jump, though we - parents were there.

It was marvellous!

The swimming pool was excellent, there are five lovely beaches close-by, it is in a beautiful area, there are shops and restaurants within a radius of 3 miles and there are larger towns, a local culture and local food to explore.

Disappointing

The pool was okay and the sunbeds were comfortable.

The room was dirty, smelly and had a lot of insects. It was very old, the kitchen had just a few things to cook (no soap, sponge, toaster). No room cleanings. The area was absolutely lifeless and tremendously overpriced! The poolbar was closed, no music, no entertainment nothing.

Great location to visit beaches in Costa Esmeralda. Very good value for money! Room was comfortable with Air condition, small kitchen and good space.

Good location but very old rooms

The location is very close to a beautiful beach

No Investments (probably for the last 30-40 years) have been made to keep the rooms updated. The fridge didn’t even have a door handle. Very bad smell in the bathroom and mould in the A/C !Only one roll of toilet paper for 6 days, no hair dryer, no instructions on where to throw away garbage. See pictures.

Rustic, cozy apartments that are steps to a breathtaking beach that was hard to leave.

It was an apartment with a mini kitchen and washer. Very comfortable and it came with a magnificent view. Lots of light and a heater/air conditioner for temperature control. The pools were lovely but not heated. There is a path that takes you directly to a beautiful beach next to a beach club with great food and drink.

The facility didn't supply enough kitchen towels so washing up was messy. You had to ask the front desk for additional toilet paper as not enough was supplied for our 6-day stay. We flew in and didn't have beach towels. They should have some to use or to rent as not all travelers can bring them with their luggage. Parking can be challenging as the spaces are tight. The hot tub/jacuzzi is not heated nor are the pools. The water was still very cool in early June.
