The hotel is in a good location and the food is delicious. I am quite satisfied.
As a beach hotel, there is no beach, but it is full of rocks. Moreover, during the stay, the hotel asked for meal fees many times instead of checking out, which made me feel depressed.

Extraordinary place, super friendly staff. The warm welcome by our hosts made you feel at home immediately. The pool is one of the biggest in Sri Lanka with a real pool bar. Breakfast was super tasty, a wide range of different food to choice from. In the hotel bar you could taste the best cocktails while playing snooker & pool all with a live band in the background. Every staff member took the time for a friendly chat and were very compassionate and flexible Special thank you for my friend the porter who was smiling all the time and off course Amanda, our host, who combines professionalism with friendliness as I never have seen before.. Always available for a friendly talk and very resourceful.
I can't think of anything

• After a 17-day stay in Sri Lanka and a change of three excellent hotels, this hotel was the last before leaving. The hotel itself fully corresponds to the photos on the website: clean, green territory, a wide area, a large swimming pool, modern gym equipment in the gym, a good selection of breakfast dishes. But we didn't like the stay itself because of the attitude and behavior of some employees. This applies mainly to room service, breakfast staff and reception. We woke up to the fact that the room was opened with their own key and, once in the room, asked to check the mini-bar not during cleaning, but in the morning, when the guests had not yet gone to the beach. On the offer to wait and give the opportunity to leave, they do not hesitate to travel around the room, continue the dialogue, check the refrigerator, ask to sign checks. This was repeated daily. At breakfast, the cutlery and plates were constantly cleaned, there were no new ones to interrogate. On the day of departure, we paid all the checks. They didn't have change in dollars, although the hotel has a currency exchange office. We said we would wait and asked to prepare the necessary amount in dollars by the time of departure from the hotel. At the appointed time, they did not prepare the amount in dollars, but called security, who, referring to the internal rules of the hotel, gave us the change in local currency. In general, the summary looks like this. It's good that we stayed with them for only three days. Neither the ocean nor the territory could correct the tactless behavior of the staff at every step. For those who appreciate personal space and a relaxing holiday, we categorically do not recommend this hotel.

Fantastic sojourn.
It was early morning at 03,30 am when we reached the hotel Mr Tharindu who make easy in few minutes our rooms ready meanwhile rooms must be ready at 14,30 pm. As we were so tired with our journey this help us to have a rest in advance.
All the staff members were so kind and help us anything we need.Rooms are very cleaned well organized with mini bar, coffe maker kettle set, safe and we got very nice breakfast with room services.Mr Tharanga's guidance in breakfast hall should be higly mentioned and who help us to find a separate hall on top at their ball for our get together with friends.
We enjoyed our party in lunch room using swimming pool as we wish far from other crowd in calm situation.
Mr Chandima's kindness also to be higly remind. Thank you very much for everythig you and your staff have done for us.
I'll be bake and suggest this fantastic Hotel anyone who want to travel Sri Lanka South cost.
Other thing to be mentioned: as our flight was at 20.15 pm we go our checkout late without any extra chgs.
Thanks again,
Anura from Italy.

Excellent service , good food - especially the Japanese restaurant.

Location was close to our factory which made is convenient. The property is safe and guarded. Rooms are big.
Breakfast was the same menu daily for one week. Wifi is unstable. Toiletries need to be topped up daily. The floor in the corridor is very slippery and dangerous. Air conditioning needs to be serviced and all the fittings are old. The property needs an upgrade.

I enjoyed the stay in this hotel a lot. Very big area with beautiful garden with lots of palm trees, nice swimming pool. Breakfast and all the food in all restaurants was amazing. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and supportive. I will be back for sure. They made my stay special.

Swimming pool area is lovely, large pool with features, pool attendants and pool bar staff were very obliging. Animation team always arranging games and activities for adults to participate. Room was big and comfortable, attention to environmental impact given. Good breakfast buffet with lots of variety.
Reception staff were particularly useless. On arrival we choose to pay in cash with rupees, for some reason this was an issue it took 3 staff members to take the payment. They later rang again to tell us they miss calculated and we owed them 300rupees. On check out we paid a small bill by cash again where we were told the 'cash person' was on lunch and we had to wait, this time 4 people behind the desk could not arrange for our less then 3,000 rupee cash change. The amenities are listed on the QR code in the hotel room, it states there is crazy golf, squash and tennis courts available. When asking at reception they had no idea what i was talking about and said it must be a different hotel. Disappointed to see they are advertising facilities they do not have.

Picturesque. Amazing. Beautiful ocean view. Spacious rooms.
Staff came out loud and bossy while welcoming. Similarly during checkout. The treatment was as if - we were going to run away

Lovely resort, great pool, food is lovely. Really nice big rooms.
We wanted to stay an extra night, reception staff said we had to book through Booking.com which was really expensive. Asked if they could do us a better deal, they came back and offered us a rate which was even more expensive. So we left! Seems really stupid to not even be able to charge us the same rate for an extra night especially when they were obviously not full! Such a shame as we loved the hotel and staff, all ruined by the total inflexibility of the reception staff and manager.

- the bugs that are everywhere and the cockroaches in the rooms.
- the place needs proper renovation.
- the train that passes by every 30-60 mins.
- the fact that the staff doesn’t understand how exhausted you are after a long trip with a delayed flight forcing you to check in 6 am instead of 2 am and keep calling you every two hours to fix a minor mistake in the reservation.
- the locals by the beach side trying to sell you stuff every time you attempt going to the beach.

Great swimming pool. Perfect service. Hotel is also run as all inclusive for tour operators. As an a’la card customer you are treated with extra attention. There is great food in a’la card grill/seafood restaurant, and as it is almost empty (most customers have all in) you get outstanding service. And price for food and drinks is really reasonable.
Beach boys - really annoying- not possible to go to the beach without being annoyed. So the hotel is at the seaside, but doesn’t really offer any beach service.

Brkfast was awesome, food from room service was good , the best thing about our stay was the view
It was wonderful view .
I found way too much(6-7) crockroaches in our room , which is not acceptable at all . In understand the property was closed for some days but when we call front desk and ask for manager which they didnt send and only had sorry when we told them abut experience at time of check out.

The location is directly at the beach. The 102 m long pool is very nice: it has a 2m deep end, a shallow part to play games such as water polo, a pool bar where you can sit in the water, and you can swim 102 m at one length. Obviously, it was all very comfortable because it was not busy at all due to COVID. The personell was very friendly, nice, and attentive, yet relaxed.
The building needs a little bit of a touch up, and the gym is very basic and needs some upgrades when business is back. TV reception and programs were a bit limited and should also be upgraded. No US news channels.

I HAD A GOOD STAY
I HAD DISPUTE ON THE BILL

The pool, location and the staff are excellent .Well designed hotel with easy access to beach .
Mini bar water bottles are unnecessarily expensive ,5 times of their retail value . They provide you with 2water bottles and expect you to survive the day .This is basically impractical and they should make water more accessible and less expensive .Better add more complimentary water bottles .
