Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal. Empfehlenswert.

Das Team ist sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich auch mit Hund sehr willkommen. Parken in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage für 5 € ist günstig, wird so allerdings bei booking nicht kommuniziert. Die Lage unweit des Schlosses ist gut, vor allem für schöne Hunderunden auf dem Bienenpfad - etwas Natur mitten in der Stadt :-).

Öffentliche Parkplätze stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung - das stimmt nur bedingt, denn man parkt mit Parkuhr für 2 Stunden kostenlos. Allerdings ist die Tiefgarage mit 5 € pro Nacht sehr günstig. Die Übernachtung für den Hund ist hier mit 15 € vergleichsweise teuer.

Falls nochmal, dann nur im Haupthaus, dort gibt es Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und obere Stochwerke

Das Zimmer war schön groß und mit allem ausgestattet außer einer Klimaanlage. Frühstück war okay, was ich für den Preis auch erwartet habe.

Etwas geschockt waren wir von der unfreundlichen Begrüßung. Man gab uns mehr als deutlich zu verstehen das wir stören (bei was auch immer). Um unser Zimmer zu finden mussten wir nachfragen wo es sich befindet. Auf dem Zimmer nicht eine einzige Gästeinfo zum Hotel oder der Umgebung. Das das Haus an einer viel befahrenden Hauptstraße lag, war auch nicht gerade schön.

Immer wieder gerne

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal zum Zwischenstopp in diesem Hotel und immer sehr zufrieden. Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit super. Gutes Frühstückstücksbuffet und Garagenstellplatz.

Wir hatten leider keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, aber ein Ventilator war vorhanden. So könnten wir uns bei einer Außentemperatur von 33 Grad ganz gut behelfen.

Ideal für eine Zwischenübernachtung.

Schön modernisiertes Zimmer mit Dusch-WC ansprechend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Reichhaltiges gutes Frühstück war inbegriffen. Zentrale Lage im Ort aber trotzdem gut von der Autobahn zu erreichen.

Mein Zimmer im Altbau hätte etwas mehr Schallschutz bekommen können.

breakfast was normal continental but very nice, room were small but clean, however no other amenities. like kettle or tea or coffee in room, or water provided

tea coffee in room with kettle, or water in room for drinking, restaurant is separate from the hotel and not open every day and just serves pastor and pizza, also you can't charge food to your room,

Great hotel in nice location and very reasonable rates. Would recommend and stay there again.

Liked everything about this hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff who all speak excellent English and go out of their way to be helpful. Beautiful reception area, comfortable bedrooms, great showers and super clean everywhere. The buffet breakfast was simple but adequate. Free on street parking until 8.00am with a parking disc provided at reception. Alternative underground parking at the hotel for a small charge. Nice and very popular Italian restaurant attached to the hotel with great choice of dishes and very nice staff. Great for a refreshing drink after a long drive and if you don’t feel like going elsewhere for a meal.

i will stay in this hotel next time and will promote to my friends.

the room is so clean and nice. i love the tender light, the bathroom, even the painting on the wall. the lady help me check in is very nice, we will leave at 6 am second morning and not possible to get breakfrist, but she figure out her solutions with fruit and yogurt.

I stayed here at the end of August. Very kind and friendly staff. The lady at the reception speaks a very good english so if you don't know deutsch very. much that's definitely a plus. Also I wanted to mention the fact that I forgot an electronic device at the hotel and they had been kind enough to ship it back to my country and they covered the shipping cost too. Really nice place overall a really great position if you are road tripping Germany because it's quite near the highway without being noisy at all. The little town was also really nice and quiet, the perfect stop for travelers. ps. delicious breakfast both sweet and salty options were really tasty.

Great service, clean & modern room.

I made a reservation for the wrong date without realising. So we arrived a day early and there was nobody at the reception because it was after 21:00. Called someone and they came within five minutes and gave us a room. Loved that they made this effort for us. Only stayed for one night, hope to stay a bit longer next time. It's close to the highway so ideal for a quick stop.

Superb

Very clean and beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value breakfast included. Great location not far from the A7, a few minutes south of Ulm. Perfect for anyone traveling south towards Austria and Italy or north into Germany.

We arrived late and parked outside in front of the hotel restaurant. When we left the following morning, we realized we got a 20€ parking ticket! So, please clarify the parking situation with the hotel before you arrive.

The apartment had skylights which were a problem when it rained hard. I could not sleep well. Frankly I did not sleep for three nights.
