La struttura è bellissima e ben organizzata, le camere sono pulitissime e fornite di tutti i comfort necessari (se non di più), il personale è gentilissimo e super disponibile e la posizione è la migliore in assoluto (in pieno centro)

Excellent location

Excellent location, everything is just around the corner but the room was still quiet. Friendly, helpful staff and nice breakfast. We had a comfortable and relaxing two nights stay!

Fantastic stay and exceptionally excellent service

Excellent room and fantastic location! Fabulous customer service and the room was incredibly clean and comfy, particularly the bathroom. I booked this room for my elderly parents and it was perfect, they were looked after so well by the kind receptionists and the hotel has a very convenient lift which was perfect for my parents.

Friendly and central hotel in Mantua

Situated in the very heart of Mantua, steps away from the Ducal Palace, the lake and all the sights. Our room was quite small , and bathroom too, but all was kept beautifully clean. The staff were extremely helpful in every way.

Tiny breakfast room, with limited choices..self service style.

Very good location and kind staff. We forgot a bag after check-out, they called us immediately to come pick it up. Very good breakfast and overall value for money.

Greatly located, badly soundproofed

Greatly located in a very central area, close to everything — museums, San Andrea Cathedral, Ducale Place and other sights, and also the supermarket and restaurants. The staff was fantastic, very attentive and helpful in all aspects. I liked that there was access to filtered water, tea and coffee at any time of the day for the guests.

Okay, the main point of the hotel is to have a good sleep. I can't say I had. Rooms are not at all soundproofed, and I had the room closest to the breakfast room, so I woke up every day at 7 while the breakfast was prepared. I had earplugs knowing that there will be noise in the city centre but, unfortunately, they didn't work for the noise from breakfast preparations. Also, the furniture in my room was so outdated and badly painted that I was surprised. I think it could be quite easy to fix it or find the new furniture that doesn't shake when you touch it.

Reasonable choice in excellent location

The location is excellent - you are in the heart of historic centre. The staff is very nice. The breakfast was good for us.

The downside of central location - sometimes it becomes noisy, even at night. If you are planning to stay in summer - think twice - there is no air condition.

Sweet little hotel in a wonderful location.

Our room was lovely, although the bed was not the most comfortable. The breakfast was quite sufficient and the bonus was having access to tea, coffee and water at any time.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable although after 2 weeks in Italy, we found that all our beds and pillows were made from memory foam.

Superb

Excellent location. Lovely, if small, junior suite with two balconies and a good sized bath. Complimentary mini bar. TV with sky box and Netflix. 24hr drinks, tea and coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The ceiling radiator in our bathroom leaked throughout the visit. It dripped onto a light fitting and a wall-mounted electric hairdryer. The staff helpfully arranged same day maintenance and it stopped, but only temporarily. They committed to arranging further maintenance, but that inevitably fell outwith the duration of our stay.

Well located, great hotel!!

It’s well located in the center, everything in walking distance. Very nice and friendly staff. Hotel is clean and quiet (we had our room in the 2nd floor with the windows to the street). Parking is possible wherever you find free place. Got a parking card from the hotel (ztl) Luckily we found a free gap just in front of the hotel. Had a great stay and would highly recommend!!

Small, comfortable, clean and centrally located hotel in the heart of Mantova. Staff were friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast with a selection of meats, cheeses, yoghurts, pastries etc.

I’m terribly sorry to say, but the place was refurbished poorly. Ikea or lower priced solutions. It’s inappropriate for a hotel in the historic centre to show so little respect for the existing architecture.

It was very enjoyable, the hotel is in a great central position, with great staff and great rooms.

Good size room, clean and comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff. Perfect position for what we where there for. The breakfast room was available all the time to make hot drinks. Very quiet and air conditioned. They kindly provided access to the freezer to store medicines.

The shower head 🚿 was fixed, which is not the best for me, but in fairness, I didn’t ask at the time of booking and it has a very strong flow, which was great. The shower dish is smooth, but you can ask reception for a shower mat, if that concerns you.
