O conforto e as acomodações

A limpeza. Não foi feito um pre aviso de que seria necessário fornecer dados de cartão multibanco ,dados esses confidenciais e pessoais. Havia imensos insetos mortos pela casa, teias de aranha na base de duche, cabelos a entupir o ralo da base de duche, que levou ao entupimento enquanto se tomavam os banhos.

Nice place dishonest staff

Advertised as air conditioned but only one old aircon unit in the living room nothing in the bedrooms. Cleaner took some expensive jackets that we left and went back for as we moved to a different apartment but then denied it.

If you are staying here because of the ac think twice.

The location.

The fact that the weather was super hot and they advertised the property with AC and we rented 3 apartments. 1 was with ac broken (no fans) 2 one with ac only in the room the rest of the apartment was hot and again no fans and the 3rd and biggest apartment had 1 ac in the living room and the 2 rooms didn't have ac nor fans it was impossible to sleep in those rooms. We have to move mattresses from 1 apartment to another at midnight, Finally after 2 days they fix the ac but no apologies from anyone from the property, we made the complaint and they didn't even give us money back (we paid 3 apartments but had to move from The one without ac since we were travelling with kids and with health conditions. Honestly the answer from the property wasn't right from my point of view because their only answer was things happens and ohh we had fans but we gave it away to people who checked in before you. Finally when the ac was fix they left a mess in the apartment, wires thrown on the floor, the lamp was also thrown on the floor, rest of dust from drilling on the walls, nobody cleaned after they repair the ac, honestly a terrible service. Not even a note, or something to make up for all the experience.

Enjoyed our month and would stay again

Nice modern condo .Close to beach...maybe 15 to 20 minutes. Quiet area with grocery store and restaurants 10 to 15min walk.

The kitchen could have used a few more items like utensils such as scissors ,egg lifter etc.

We lucked out choosing this place

Perfect location. Wonderful pool area and grounds

Would have given staff a perfect score but there was only one there every once in a while. We couldn't check out..so just left keys on table. Carolina was amazing though showing us how things worked

Good, some improvements would help

The apartment is very clean and spacious. The rooms are large, with a nice living room, and dining area. It was convenient to have two toilets. The pool was nearby, clean and easy to access, the garden area is also a good size. The staff were very friendly at the reception.

-It needs to be clear that the aircon is only in the living room, and not in any of the actual bedrooms. For some in the group sleeping was uncomfortable as we went in the summer months, when it was warm. As we had to close the shutters to keep the light out, it would have been no use to open the windows to let air in. One of the rooms was furnished very sparsely, and would have benefited with a dresser next to the mirror. -The kitchen we felt could be better equipped, there were many basics missing, including table placemats for more than 2, a non-stick pan to make breakfast, a tin opener, grater and just general items. There were no cleaning products at all, but luckily we had brought washing up liquid and a sponge with us which not everyone would do for a shorter stay. Some of the kitchen units are also very high, it would be helpful to have a step ladder to reach these shelves. The microwave stopped working very quickly due to overheating, we had to wait for it to cool down to work again. There is only one socket in the kitchen, and so you have to wait to use each appliance, so take it in turns to use a kettle or a toaster! -For more privacy, a slight partition between the two outdoor seating areas for the connecting apartments would be good as they are right next to each other. - The parking spaces are very tight, and if you need to reverse your car in, takes a lot of effort because the pillars get in the way of the doors when opening. - The stone steps from the kitchen to the living room is dangerous and needs something to make it obvious when walking, One person tripped and nearly fell quite badly. - Would be good to have locks on the toilet/shower doors.

This is my fourth stay at Glenrodge, very quiet and peaceful. Ideal for local shops,bars and beach

Full fledged apartment. Quiet location. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Very close to gale beach.

There was no heating facility. The staff said air conditioner will provide heating, but still didn’t work.
