Les bains au top comme toujours, la chambre: peut mieux faire.

Les bains exceptionnels Le repas au restaurant excellent.

Le lit est trop petit. Le chauffage était coupé; donc la chambre et la salle de bains froides lors de notre arrivée.

Overall everything was fine

Excellent

A noisy party untill 11.45 at the pool. Couldn’t sleep, it was very warm in the room, couldn’t close window. No AC unit available

Luxury relaxing stay in a beautiful setting

Good hotel with good size rooms, comfy bed and shower loved the immaculately kept gardens and of course lots of access to the wonderful thermal spa

For the price A/C needed as was very hot and fans weren’t that efficient. Shower floor very slippy when wet.

The location is beautiful and quiet. The building has a elegant feel, well maintained and very clean. We loved the buffet dinner as well as the breakfast in the magnificent historical room! Comfortable double bed, peaceful view onto the gardens from the balcony. We enjoyed 2 wonderful days at the Bains. Thank you!

The room was a tiny bit smaller than expected. And we didn't manage to make the coffee machine work in the room.

A lovely place to relax and unwind with super friendly and helpful staff!

The direct link to the thermal spa was great, as was the unlimited access. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. It was a really relaxed atmosphere, not at all pretentious. The buffet restaurant was excellent for dinner!

Breakfast was really busy on our first morning and we had to queue for a table for around 15 minutes. Then there was not much food left. To be fair, it was restocked about 15 mins after we arrived but with so many people waiting it quickly ran out again. However, they did keep the breakfast room open and kept restocking long after breakfast should have closed. Another issue is the rooms were really hot but it was quiet enough outside to have the windows open.

we all really enjoy it

Great location and facilities with the wellness area. Very quiet room. Fabulous buffet. But better book the buffet in advance ie before arriving at the hotel, as it is always full. To improve : just 1 toilet for 4 people in the executive suite and no sink in the toilet (had to go to the bathroom the other way round to wash hands).

The cleanliness, easy parking, pools, convenient to get to the the pool area and amazing restaurant nearby. Great breakfast.

IT'S NOT A PET-FRIENDLY PLACE AND NOT FOUR STAR SERVICE

Big swimming pool area.

Terrible service, the worst one in my experience with a four-star hotel. No effort by the staff to make us feel good with our dog. In booking was specified as a pet-friendly hotel and we did not find any services for pets. Pets are forbidden everywhere in the hotel, no bowl with water in the room. We were forced to stay all our stay in the room and go outside in the village to have meals for lunch and dinner and breakfast to take separately with my wife. We were denied as well to take a drink in the hotel bar as well with our little puppy dog. The room is very hot, even if outside there was nice fresh air after the storm(No presence of AC). The decor of the hotel is not to my taste, old furniture and no comfortable bathroom area, bad smell in the room. The purple carpet in the room and in the structure are not to my taste as well as the curtains.

loved the room and facilities. also everything is on site which is practical the bar manager was just amazing. impressive choices.

sadly there was a wedding and we were facing the garden so we didn’t sleep much.

won’t stay again in this hotel

Hotel is modern, good location near the pools. The area is beautiful surrounded by farms amazing views

rooms were very very hot, No ACs. breakfast is poor as well the dinner buffet. there was construction within the hotel which we were not informed when we booked, we hear drilling as early as 8:30 they should know we came to relax and wake up when we want not by drill, elevator was not working when we checked in so it was hard for my mother to use the stairs. the stuff are not friendly and don’t speak good English. All the instructions in the hotel for the construction was in French so it was hard to understand. they advise us to go for buffet for dinner but the selection of main dish are limited, the cheese was very hard and dry, as we left the restaurant 3 waiters followed us because they thought we won’t pay, we felt bad

the pools are nice and the breakfast is good

not modern, surroundings are not nice, on a side of a highway, this is not clear in the add, I was expecting a more natural open space surrounding and location to many couples showing sexual behaviors in the pools at all time
