The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They connect well with everyone. The cultural experience was awesome. The food was great. Chris is really engaging well with people. He made the stay extra special. We loved the fire pit at night, we had great conversations with other guests by sitting around the fire.
Maybe they should consider building a swimming pool.

Was hoping for a touristy experience which we did not get. Everything closed at 8pm, was not able to enjoy the facilities in the evenings i.e. fire area, shebeen / bar / restaurant closed early. Food very limited and not enough for everyone. Support staff could have been more and better to assist when needed. Water in the shower came out very slow.

the worst accommodation I've had
nothing, there was no accommodation. The booked accommodation did not correspond to reality. The photos on the booking are not true. They have a photo of the best room they have there. Liars and cheaters for me. Location not much. I do not recommend to anyone. You will find cheaper and much better accommodation.

The different cultural residences on the lodge.
The staff were amazing.

The African heritage theme is wonderful, the market place has beautiful items and the food and dining area was excellent l. Wonderful location close by to many activity places. Car was parked safely for the duration of our stay.
We booked as a group of 4 two couples our rooms were placed far away from each other even when a closer room was available. The prices for food and activities keeps on changing and it is different from the website the is no information board with clear prices. There is no swimming pool and a bar fridge.

We had such an amazing stay, village easy access and nestled in the middle of the nature woaw!
Very warm welcoming in the village, the place is simply stunning, village is well decorated and maintained ! You feel home as soon as you arrive !
We loved the traditional african house, the room inside was very spacious with 2 double beds ! Decoration is exactly like on the pictures, natural material and paints are wonderful, you travel as as son as you enter the room. Bathroom inside and ... outside ! We enjoyed showering outside in the nature what an experience ! So rejuvenating ! Followed by morning walk through the surrounding villages in the nature.
Diner and breakfast were beyond expectation, large quantity (buffet) and top notch quality, very tasty food !!
The staff is making sure that you are well and satisfied, always polite, smiling and respectful, please dont change !! :D
Special congratulations to all the staff for the atmosphere they bring to this beautiful village.
We will definitely come again !
We wish we could have stayed longer !!
Honestly everything was beyond expecations for us, very good value for money !

Everything about the place was so wholesome, from the welcome to the food to the place where we slept.
I would've really wanted to sleep at the ndebele side coz of the aesthetics but the Zulu side was also spectacular...
Love love loved it.
Although it's a country wide problem, but a generator would do the establishment well.
The periods where there was loadshedding we ddnt have a signal and it was sooooo dark inside the room🤣🤣.
Please invest in a generator.
