Passable

The restaurant that was on the property that we didn't know about until the maid told us. The front desk should have told us.

Some units are central air and that's what I thought I booked but our unit had window units only in the bed rooms. You couldn't utilize the pool it was closed. The ice maker didn't work in our unit. It's not a beach front property.

Very good

The accommodation was spacious and had all the facilities. Our balcony had a partial sea view which was great and only a 2 minute walk to the beach.

The Island is still recovering from their last hurricane so the complex is just starting to refurbish and certain areas especially the outside and balconies need a lot of TLC. Also please be aware that when you book and make a reservation from the UK they will use the same card details on the day of arrival without telling you or giving you other payment options. Because of this I was unable to pay using my currency card and was charged nearly £30 for a foreign transaction on my CC, not happy.

location was good, very close to a nice beach. pool area was nice.

more communication around when putting in chemicals for the pool (and unable to swim) would've been nice. a sign would go a long way.

Exceptional

Great staff, nice pool, balcony with a view of the beach and site seeing. Different properties nearby, restaurant was in a close walking distance, vending machine for drinks/snacks. Everything was nice and looking forward to returning one day.

Needs Work

I liked the location of Resort right on the water.

Traveled 6/3-6/7 2021 unit 203A Upon arrival at the Resort it was after hours, 9pm the office was closed. We had no idea what to do or where was our room. We have called every number we had and know answers. My daughter who had arrived on the day before was suddenly reminded of where she found her key; and that was our saving grace. We finally found the instructions and the key to our room. Later the next day I could see that there was a note on the window which we could not see that night before because it was so dark and also the location of the note on the window. Better communication is needed at this level. The next morning as we sat down to the counter in our room to eat breakfast we had discovered that there were small bugs all on the counter and in the kitchen and living room furniture. The bugs were so small you could not see them that is until you sat your food down and they start coming out on you and the food. It was literally impossible to eat at the counter which was the designated place to eat. In the kitchen their were bugs everywhere; in the microwave; if you sat food down you come back and bugs in your food; My mom would be sitting in the the living room trying to enjoy the TV and she would suddenly be pushing bugs off of her arm; they are in the living room furniture. UNIT 203A needs fumigating. On the second day of our stay the toilet refused to Flush properly. After calling the office and getting no response I just gave up and continue to using the second bathroom the remaining trip. The air conditioner leaked water to whole time; wake up in the morning to put your foot on the floor to water leaking from the air condition unit. It was a real challenge coping with these issues in our room. Our only savings grace is that we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room because we were enjoying the beautiful Saint Croix USVI After sharing my horrific experiences with management I was offered only a $100 refund which I was not satisfied with.

Everything! Staff was excellent and lovable! The view was nice and beautiful. The place was very comfortable for my family and friends!

The old shower heads with rusted shower racks. Also the ants whom ate about 200.00$ worth of food...

Colony Cove

The property is very nice however the beach could use some grading and landscaping My unit was very nice however the air conditioning was only for owners that was a real bummer but after staying in st Thomas for a night we were too tried to move again so it was so unpleasant be we also weren’t there during the hottest time of the year. You will need transportation as it is located in a more remote about 20 miles away from the bay
