The Chandi Boutique really deserves 10 out of 10. Everything was perfect during our stay. The staff is extremely kind and professional and you can feel they love the place where they work. We also met the owner who is a very nice man. The pool, the garden and the beach are beautiful and clean. The food and breakfast really good, we had dinner every night there! Our room was very big and the bed so comfortable! We also enjoyed a massage in the beautiful Spa. Everything is cared in details and very clean. It is perfect!
Absolutely nothing!

The rooms were beautiful and the bathrooms were stunning. The setting is relaxing and feels expensive. The staff in the hotel were very very good.
The road noise was a tiny bit noticeable but to be fair we had just come from Gili Air (no cars/bike)and it was only for an hour or so early evening that it was noticeable.

- Really friendly & helpful personnel
- Clean place
- Lunch and dinner menu with a lot of variety
- The bathroom smelled bad in the evening and in the morning
- Please be a pet friendly place. Let the stray cats roam around freely so that tourists who want to can give them something to eat 🙏🏼
- A blow dryer would be nice
- The beach isn’t always clean. Though it’s not the hotel’s fault, the beach in front of the hotel could be cleaned more often

The rooms are gorgeous, as is the outdoor space, pool, and the view across the ocean.
We spent the whole stay around the pool or playing on the large grassed area.
The food and cocktails were lovely, and the restaurant staff were so friendly.
The bed was huge and very comfortable!

Nice swimming pool. Staff was really nice and smiling all the time. The restaurant is great. Amenities are great. Breakfast is super copious.
The beach is really dirty in front of the hotel and (a few) sellers are waiting to talk to you. We were not lucky as it was constantly raining all afternoons for 3 days.

The staff were very kind and always eager to help! Service near the pool was very good. Garden very nicely tended to and very tranquil atmosphere.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The resort is like a piece of heaven. The staff is very friendly, it is clean, the food is great.
Just a suggestion, I think the food could be more based on fish and sea food.

very modern place with the typical indonesian style
large pool with enough sunchairs and space for everyone
the restroom was very good for the breakfast
The restaurant was not good for lunch and dinner, way to small portions and not well seasoned
When you are sitting at the breakfast there are always local sellers. its up to you how do you interact with them .

More hooks to hang things in the bathroom and the main room.

The surroundings are so great! Peaceful and quiet. Perfect place for you who want to have a relaxing vacation while enjoying the beach in front of the resort. The staffs were helpful and very polite. You should also try their spa. I had Mba Sully who gave me a very comforting massage.
Since the resort is beachfront, the sound of the wave can be heard from your room. The restaurant is also on the side of the beach, so you can have your meals while enjoying the nature. The sound of nature can also be enjoyed when you are having a bath, because the bathroom is semi opened. A whole new experience for me and my family, and we love it! Dont worry about bugs in your bathroom. During our 4nights stay, we never found bugs in our bathroom, except for ants (in a very normal amount).
They also take care of the garden seriously. The grass and the trees around the resort are neat.
The first day we came to our room, my kids went to pee in the toilet, and surprisingly, there was a man who was fixing something above and he can see us in the bathroom (it was a semi opened bathroom). He directly went down when he saw us. But the hotel should warn us about this as soon as we arrive. Anyway, after that incident, the hotel make sure it wont happen again, and they prove it.
The other things that bother me was the variety of the breakfast. They didnt provide a buffet, but a breakfast menu, which you should choose one from each catagories of meals. We had the same options for everyday, so it was kinda boring.
Oh..they also didnt provide telephone and hair dryer in the room!

The Resort itself is a real treasure, everything is in perfect shape and the staff is the most caring and nice that you can find! The bungalows are situated around the beautiful garden and there is plenty of space to relax, hammocks bean bags, sun chairs, beach towels are provided everyday and the free breakfast a la carte (as much as you want and everything really fresh and delicious) is a real gem!
They organise everything you need for you and got as a really very good scooter for a very good price!
And the beds are the most comfortable we have hand on our travels so far! You simply feel perfectly looked after :)
The location of the resort itself isn't very good, although you have a perfect view on to the sea you can't swim there due to strong currents. And the sand is only on the beach, of you try to go a little deeper inside the ocean there is only hard rock. And the neighborhood is not the best, so to go out to have dinner at another warung you will need a scooter.
Last but not least the surfaces in our room were a little dusty, we simply cleaned it and then it was fine, probably they hadn't rented out bungalow for some time before.
What disturbed us the most was the mouldy smell from the room itself. Probably our cottage got wet during the COVID seasons. It's not critical but not what you would expect from a resort of this price class.

I’ve been travelling around Indonesia a lot and this is definitely the best hotel we’ve stayed so far. The location is great, easy to walk along the beach and to take a quick taxi ride to the busiest part of Senggigi. The room is excellent (I love the outdoors shower). The decoration and facilities around the hotel give it a special chilled atmosphere. The staff is very friendly. Our stay was just perfect!
Not a negative thing, but you should be aware that they don’t sell alcohol in the hotel. It wasn’t a problem for us since we brought our own beers and all room have mini fridges, so we still could enjoy a cold beer watching the sunset :)

A beautiful resort. Pool was fantastic with plenty of shady palm trees. Heaven! The breakfast was outstanding.
Would be even better if the resort helped reduced plastic waste by encouraging water bottle refills. Also, though the beach area directly in front of the resort is clean it would nice if the beach either side was cleaned also.

Friendly staff good location lovely place
They had no liquor licence so no alcohol available when we stayed there. In need of some maintenance, road noise was loud at times.

The staff was extremely nice, helpful and cheerful. They welcomed us with a drink and helped us with all our travel planings. Our a la carte breakfast was delicious! The location was excellent, directly at the beach and looked like a wonderland! Thanks!

Beautifully quiet location on the beach front. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble.
Although the food options were limited (I assume due to still being quiet due to the impacts of covid) the food was lovely, and excellent value for money. The restaurant is overlooking the beach and a really nice fit out so was a great spot for breakfast and dinner.
The pool is really nice, everything was kept clean and there were plenty of day beds available.
The room was a good size and well kept. The bed was really big and super comfortable which is really important for me due to back issues so it meant I could get a great nights sleep.
Staff at reception were able to arrange a snorkelling tour for us to the Gilis which was a fantastic day out.
As per the note on booking.com the bar and spa are currently closed, this is understandable given recent times and it’s impact on the tourism industry world wide. I only added this as a comment for others who this may impact their stay. For us it was not an issue, we were still able to get some Bintangs to enjoy and went to a neighbouring restaurant one evening to enjoy some cocktails which was just a short taxi ride away.

De villa's waren top.

Staff were all so helpful and sincerely friendly. The room was very clean. The garden view was tranquil. The shower in the room was awesome—plenty of water flow to match the rain-style shower. The beach-side restaurant had a great ambience. The made-to-order breakfast was extravagant—more than you would ever anywhere else at this price point.
As someone who loves strolling along beaches, it was a bit of a bummer to discover that the stretch of beach beyond the confine of the hotel was very short.
