Excellent location and apartment.
No WiFi as it was not reaching to the apartment. The apartment needs a proper cleaning.

Found difficult to access the apartment in beginning with unclear instructions about the key. A reception or a simple written instruction would greatly help. The apartment was clean but smelled like it wasn't aired enough. Good enough stay but look for better options.

Location is good, easy access, quirky apartment. Comfortable bed.
Access to the bedroom via circular stairs is tight, not everyone would be able to manage the stairs.

Perfect location - vis-a-vis Kirnitzschtalbahn tram; close to city center. Wonderful building. Nice apartment. Very clean.
It was cold - there was some panel [possibly heating] on the wall but either it did not work or we did not know how to use it.

Easy collection of keys. Straightforward instructions at the end of a phone number you dial on arrival. Name of your room is on the keys.
The entrance is secure. The entrance i on this 2nd floor apartments well kept. The apartment was stocked with all conveniences.
The modern Kitchen had little extras like pepper and oil to cook. The bedroom was simple but chic.
The bathroom had a large modern shower area.
There were two terraces on this second floor apartment looking over to the Kurpark and the Kirnitzschtalbahn stop.

Room (junior suite) was not comfortable and not clean. The bed covers and entire upper floor smelled dirty, like other people's sweat. The bedroom is lighted by TL lighting that makes an extremely loud buzzing noise. On the ground floor, I saw a cockroach and various other insects.

I loved the tastefulness of every amenity that the apartment provided. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, I enjoyed having a balcony and a couch and the quality for price was exceptional.

Nice location, very well renovated premises.
No one was there when we came, "contactless" receipt of keys, not very warm atmosphere,

The keys could be picked up and dropped off from a safe/lock box. For me, this worked very nicely. I stayed in the Körner appartment, which featured a living room with a fully equipped kitchen area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. It was also possible to sit outside. The apartment is opposite the Kirnitzschtalbahn station, and a 5-10 minute walk from the town center.
You will need to stock up on things yourself if you're staying longer - toilet paper etc.

The flat was nice and process to receive keys using a code was easy. The place is nice - in front of the city park. The hotel is located near a road and it's a bit noisy in the morning, however we saw that almost all houses in the city are located near the road.

The location was excellent
There was no one in person to greet you. You had to call a phone number to get a code for the key box. The room was on two levels. A tiny, steep spiral staircase took you to the sleeping area. Definitely not for people who have problems with stairs

Location was next to the historical tram, made a perfect first activity. Bathroom was very nice. The decor was very antique-styled. Climate control was natural and perfect.
No spatula in the kitchen, could not understand that. Check-in was awkward as we needed to call a number and get the code for the lockbox.
4.5
very nice comfortable place, quiet, close to the centre , to Toscana Therme and tram station
a lot of maps and useful informations inside
we really liked the place
the only imperfection was the freezer full of ice, could not be closed, free place inside just for a box of icecream - in case of longer stay it may be a problem

Everything was fine! Wonderful room, beautiful antique furniture, view from the window. It was a pity to leave - we came only for one concert of the Shostakovich Festival. We didn't expect it to be so good. Thanks!

Apartment was fine. We appreciated the parking. Good location.
No guest card for discounts at attractions.
It was a bit cheeky to ask for 10 EUR for our dog, when we never saw the owner and he only knew we had a dog because we were honest enough to tell him.

Excellent location, just next to the tramway line. Comfortable bed.
I wish the landlord reached out to me earlier with the instructions how to get the keys. We were also not offered the "Saxon Switzerland" Guest card - again, I wish the landlord could let us know about this opportunity.

Close go city and Malerweg
Issues start with arrival, where one is required to phone a number stuck on the mailbox to determine how get your keys. This is tricky to do, as all of Bad Schandau has poor phone signal and hence it is hard to conect/hear what the instructions are to get the keys (and it took us a few calls to get through) - a landline phone at the door would help massively here to call the owner.
The room itself is a maisonette, situated over two floors with a very narrow, plastic spiral staircase. Thankfully, both of us could get up the stairs, but if you are tall, broad or not steady on your feet, you may struggle getting up to the bedroom. Speaking of which, it was clear that the bedroom had not been dusted for a long time, with a number of spiders on the ceiling and "dust bunnies" on the floor.
The bathroom, whilst new and modern, has also not been thought out, as it is not possible to close the shower door and the bathroom door at the same time (or open the shower door if the bathroom door is closed).

Great location. Clean apartment. Very comfortable.
2 flights of stairs with our luggage but we managed.

The bed was very comfortable. And the location was charming -- along the river, park and row of hotels. The host was lovely and welcoming.
We had the "junior suite" which comprised of two rooms (plus a bath). The bedroom was located up a tiny spiral staircase It was so small that it was hard to carry a bag up and down without going sideways -- not advisable when going on a spiral staircase. Luckily, we are not big people and we are agile, The technical difficulties should have been explained on the website

There is a functional kitchen and the wifi connection is good
1. Room layout was not convenient as the toilet was the only thing linking the bedroom and the kitchen
2. There were many ants especially at the kitchen/dining table area
3. The sofa bed was not big enough to sleep 2 persons, one of us had to sleep on the floor and there was no extra mattress available for us
