Great location to the beach , reasonable price and wonderful staff

It was a great location close to most places of interest. The owner was helpful and accommodating and the restaurant downstairs was good value.

The room had no air conditioning apart from an evaporative cooler which was far too noisey to leave on over night.

Top of the town retreat

Great location at top of town, including nearby tourist information. Delightful view from room. Breakfast plentiful. Close to walking path to nearby church, and several eating places with great views.

Check in a little clumsy. Accomodation is attached to restaurant, which is closed Tuesdays, the day we arrived. Instructions sent, but ideally could have been provided in one message v multiples. (We did not have easy wifi access while travelling).

Best vintage apartment with character!

One of a kind above an awesome restaurant with old character and it had a washing machine!

Stairs but I wanted an old building so it was fine!

The family that owns the hotel and restaurant are the most gracious of people.

The location was fantastic.

We were there during a cold spell, the temperature was in the low 30s and there basically is no heat in the rooms. My friend in another suite gave me an extra blanket which helped. I should’ve seen the red flag when I was shown the space heater in my room the day I arrived.

Our first visit to Montepulciano was a wonderful success!

The location was great, the patio has a wonderful view. The owners also run the restaurant on the bottom floor. The food is wonderful and everyone is so friendly and helpful.

It was difficult carrying the luggage up the stairs, but this is the normal thing here. It was how I had to pack for all the traveling and flights, one heavy suitcase!

Incredible views!

The views were breathtaking! Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. One of the owners even picked us up at the train station because the buses were not running. Restaurant was delicious and another owner speaks English and is happy to explain menu and wines! Family run business. You can tell they truly love their B&B.❤️

gorgeous views and prime location

amazing location and spacious accommodation. we had a great view of the Tuscan countryside with gorgeous sunset each night.

be advised all units are at least 1 floor up, ours was 3 with no elevator. mostly an fyi if you have mobility issues since this added to the entire village being very hilly.

This stay was short but magical!

Amazing location on the perimeter of the city, allowing for incredible views from our 4th floor room (Note, whatever you bring....You carry up those 4 flights - in our mind worth it!). Included breakfast was substantial, nice selection of pastry/cheese/fruit/juice/breads. The on-site restaurant is so good that reservations for Both the terrace lunch ( amazing views), or dinner - this is not served on terrace, but tables on street or cozy interior. It was helpful we were escorted by staff, to our nearby paid parking space.

We loved Montepulciano and this was a great place to stay while there.

The location was perfect and the view out the window was beautiful! Francesco was a great host and was very helpful. We enjoyed having a kitchen and cooked our own meal one evening, which was really nice.

The big apartment is overlooking on breathtaking view of the valleys around montepeliciano , very large with full kitchen facilities (we didn't use it) bedroom is on second floor. Location just in the center

Superb

We loved the location of this room and it was such a cozy space. It was a central location to explore the town and we felt safe there. Staff was kind to us and provided breakfast each morning in the restaurant next door. We recommend this location!

Breakfast was great and their restaurant was good too. Our waitress was fantastic. It was a very cute place to stay and the owners were friendly.

The beds were awful, you could literally feel the springs.

Superb Location

It’s location in the historic centre of Montepluciano. Enormous room on two levels which was warm and comfortable, free car parking 100m from the hotel. The Osteria restaurant is charming and very popular with locals (always a good sign)serving typical Tuscan cuisine we ate there on our first night and the food was of a high standard. It’s important to book the restaurant in advance as it was fully booked on each evening when we stayed. The breakfast was excellent and the way it was served was the best that we have experienced in these Covid times, your table was laid out with many different food choices, cold meats, cheese, yogurt cakes and more.

The bathroom although well appointed with a Spar bath is looking a bit tired and could do with some redecoration. Apart from this there was nothing else to dislike.

The central location could not have been better, and the young man who helped us arrive and check in was super efficient, including directing me to the parking spot down the hill from the hotel. the apartment was spacious with excellent beds and bathrooms. Restaurant food and service so-so. Breakfast was better than dinner.

A m a z I n g !

Honestly everything was amazing! The staff were so helpful and so welcoming and accommodating going above and beyond. The location was amazing right in the center. The room also was just spectacular almost too much room! So comfortable, such a great feel. We came in the summer but it feels like it would be so amazing and cozy in the winter as well. We will definitely return!
