We had a lovely comfortable stay and will definately be back, It exceeded our expectations.

We thought the unit was lovely with everything we needed good space with up to date decor. Location was excellent also walking distance to shops and restaurants. Will def be back and recommend to family and friends.

Pleasant

The pool and BBQ area were great. Location is handy for ferry to Noosa town.

Minimal supply of essential items such as toilet roll, tea bags and basic cooking items. No Air con in the bedrooms made it quite hot.

Highly recommended

The apartment was very comfortable and fully equipped. The staff was very nice. The location is excellent. We used all the facilities (bbq, pool, sauna and court and they were all in great condition. We couldn't have asked for more!

If you are a light sleeper, there is quite a bit of car noise from the street outside the rooms. It did not bother us but it might bother someone who has trouble sleeping.

Comfortable

We wanted to stay near the river which was perfectly located about 50 metres from the property. The unit was neat and comfortable.

Not much. Minor things like having more than 2 rolls of toilet paper could have helped but for the price we paid, the unit was fine

Disappointed with the service

Closer to city

Our given bed rooms are located near to main road, lot of noise.Noise bed room, not provided enough bath stuffs(soap, shampoo, toilet tissue, bath,shower towel), not provided facial tissue and behaviour of receptionist.

Lovely stay at this property.

Location was great, close to the river and restautants. Facilities were suitably adequate for our stay. The owners Christine and Chris very friendly and helpful with information of the area.

Stay away! The accomodation is about 10% cheaper than others in the area but it is not worth it

The apartment was spacious. It was close to restaurants but near to a busy street.

We stayed in apartment no 9 and there was a bad smell in every room and mold in the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom door was falling apart and the tap was loose. The reception was closed when we arrived, even though it was 3 pm, so we spent a night there. All apartments are next to a busy street so it's very difficult to sleep there. When we talked to Christine from the reception we found out the apartment was recently flooded which explains the odor and the mold. She said she couldn't fix the door (which was damaged by the flooding) and the tap because the apartment was booked all the time. It should have been put on hold and properly cleaned and the broken things fixed. The sofa was stinky and worn out and all appliances were old. It looked like the place was furnished in the 1980s and nothing has been updated since then. When we reported the issues to Christine she became very defensive and replied we get what we pay for so we decided to leave immediately. The photos on the website don't reflect the real conditions of the rooms.

Great location and facilities.

The pool area was fantastic! Really friendly and helpful staff. Great location, very easy to get to all the main tourist locations. Bus stops and ferry stop within minutes.

Staff is very nice, and location is not bad, close to river, under cover car park.

The street traffic was busy, and noisy, so my in-law can’t sleep well. We were bitten by bugs on the bed, causing allergies.

spacious rooms and good location

Matress and pillows were definitely on the older side. could have been cleaned a little better. the worst part was on the morning of our last day, they decided to start jackhammering the pool area at 7am. very poor form I think.

It’s ok if you don’t expect much.

The beds were comfortable. The resort is in close proximity (5 minutes drive) to Noosa Heads.The staff were very helpful and initially very nice. Parking places available for your car were under cover which was great.

The unit is in a real need of update. It had everything you needed but the dishwasher was probably 15+ years old and leaked water everywhere when we used it the once, the clothes dryer produced luke warm air which effectively did nothing, I was afraid to use the washing machine, the view of the river was really nice but the road is busy and noisy at all times. Cleaning left a lot to desire, cockroach was a bonus…

Good

The managers were very friendly and helpful. Good quiet location, pool and tennis court great. They also have fishing and leisure equipment to hire.

Maintainence was a little lacking, window rattler in loft bedroom too noisy to run, shower head/rail leaking badly, no lights in bathroom only heat lamps worked, exhaust fan in bathroom louder than loft bedroom a/c, curtains very old and pealing from the back, one dining chair fell apart when managers went to use it to replace the loft bedroom light that also didn't work. One lounge is positioned in front of overhanging kitchen bench which my son sustained a heavy knock to the back of his head from, a little more thought needed here. I think the owners of the unit need to spend a little cash to bring it back up to standard, the managers were very helpful.
