Quiet location but convenient for 10 restaurants in walking distance, 4euro on taxi to town, rooms cleaned everyday bar Sunday and pool cleaned every day, nice staff

Beautiful location that's about what's good.

It was our second stay. View as always amazing but the rest went downfall. The only positive thing was cleaning. The cleaning lady was nice and left extra towels etc

Had to change apartment due to fault smell. Absolutely horrendous. Ended up taking smaller apartment. Many items were missing in the kitchen so we had to ask for it. Couldn't even check in without help of other residents who let us in. Even though we gave exact time of arrival. Terrible wify even though you pay for it and it's not cheap. Standards have dropped massively since our last stay. Which was plain to see as last time hotel was fully booked this time just 2 more apartments were occupied. Sad to say but we won't be returning.

Good

Apartments had a great view over the ocean, the pool was nice and quiet and cleaned regularly. Host was lovely and let us stay in apartment until taxi arrived for us.

Too far from town and too many steps, would not suit someone with walking difficulties. I found it very difficult at times, hilly and 121 steps, i counted!!

Sunshine and relaxation

The location was absolutely fantastic. It is a short walk to shops and restaurants. The beach is only a 20 min walk. The hotel is in a quiet area so very relaxing.

Stayed few years before and same excellent standards of cleanliness and service. Great location 15 min walk to centre 5 min to supermarket . Fantastic sea views large balcony and terrace at back of apartment everything you need and spacious Although some language barriers extremely helpful and obliging .

Nothing here not to like highly recommend .

Satisfactory stay at Pênamar Tour.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The apartment was nice & spacious & The location was ideal.

Taught WiFi was a bit pricey & Apartment was nice but a little dated.

alright, but annoying because of ants

-big, spacious terraza, with pool and sea view, also had a hanger for wet clothes -spacious apartment

-pharaoh ants in the apartment, wherever any food was out, they were walking all around ( reported to owner, cleaning lady brought us a spray, but it doesnt solve problem, proper desinfeccion should be done around the place and apartments next to it) -we didnt touch too much in the kitchen, things seemed discouraging, old/dirty/overused -very cold water in the pool (no heating) -old furniture

Excellent position, quiet and lot of parking spots. Very close to a supermarket and some restaurant and beautiful view.

Beauthifull view..very quiet place big terace cosy comfortable bed matrac soft ilght duvet.. Very kind staff. Nice big apartman ...we will go back next time

Enjoyable sunny stay

I liked the size of the balcony and the SW sun exposure. Thank you for keeping the swimming pool impeccably maintained and a refreshing 18 C. The shower stall design is minimalist (no doors but no drips) and perfect - more should use this particular design. The proximity of the port/beach area - only a short walk and the hill is not very steep for Puerto Rico. Access to some rough hiking trails and an interesting outsider art space/public park at a low wind gap above the complex.

The kitchen really needs a fluorescent lighting strip or other light over the countertop and hob. There could be 10 L more piping hot water - tends to start to run out quickly mid-shower. Free WiFi should be a given in 2021 - and if you charge for WiFi it should not be €6 a day. (Even increasing the price per night by €5 and providing free WiFi would be OK). Beds (mattresses) were a little insubstantial.

Very good

Despite the language barrier the owner is super friendly. Helps you out. Serves some drinks at the pool bar. The view from the room is amazing! Nice pool.

The furniture in the room is outdated. Staff doesn't speak english.
