Spacious room, very clean and adequate furniture/storage space. Sea view from balcony.
Extractor fan in bathroom didn't work, kitchen equipment - absolute minimum, no A.C., abysmal breakfast.

the location and size of room
outdated decor and noisy

Looked like a hospital. No fan in the room either. Not very helpful reception staff. The hotel is not at all what the photos look like. The only good thing is location.

Nice ,bright room with excellent view.
Adequately equipped kitchen area.
A little table for the balcony would be good.

Everything fine

The staff was nice, we just didn't interact much. Super nice location by the beach at the end of the beach promenade. Made up a bed for 3 of us, even though we had booked 2 + convertible sofa. Nice balcony with view of the beach and ocean.
The kitchenette was very sparse, except for coffee things (mocha, lots of cups). Didn't have any sharp knives of even a kettle. The door shelves in the fridge were a little broken, so you couldn't have anything tall stand upright.

Large room
The room looked like a bunker from WWII. They could easily make it a little bit better if they would change the lightbulbs with less white ones. But apart from that it was very clean.

Location was opposite end of beach and very close to old town and eateries, shops. Balcony overlooked sea although was above noisy seaside road. Parking on the road was generally good.Kitchen was good.
Balcony needed a small table. Some wall mirrors would have been a good addition.

The view is unbelievably beautiful for the ocean. We booked half day trip with Laislabonita Tour to see landscape after vulcano eruption. It was memorable experience
Bathroom a bit old fashioned style but clean

I would like to thank the lady who checked us in. She was super nice and ordered a taxi for us for the next morning providing us with the reservation number. Also, she spoke very good English.

There was a big table and kitchen with all equipment for cooking. Staff was nice, the sea view was really amazing!
We would prefer 1 big bed, instead of 2 separated.

Nice staff, clean place. Spacious room.
The rooms are like a dentist office. Ice cold led lights are really not needed anylonger. Good proximity to the port and well priced. But, this is not the room for a romantic seaview drink on the balcony.
3.5
The sea view and the sound of the sea. The reception staff was very friendly and service oriented.
Lots of noise from the traffic early in the morning and during the day, but ok at night. Simple furnishing. Everything worked even if it looked a bit worn out.

mosquitoes without providing a fan. I asked for one and they gave me one thank goodness

The hotel is well located close to the scenic center of Santa Cruz and the beach. The personell is correct and friendly.
The hotel is very close to the road and the rooms towards the ocean are just above the street. In my room it was therefore quite noisy, I had to keep the door shut and didn't enjoy the sea-presence here so much as I was expecting. If you go there, ask for a room higher up so ymaybe it will be a bit more peaceful.
