O café da manhã é simples e tem o necessário e é gostoso, destaque para a Isabel, uma senhora que da todo o suporte aos hospedes, muito simpática e atenciosa, ela deixou a nossa pequena estadia melhor. O mesmo posso dizer sobre a equipe de recepção e manobristas.

A localização com referência ao lugar q eu tinha que ir … porém , já estava ciente na reserva !

Nice breakfast with many options

Terrible wifi, impossible to use inside my room. Staff does not speak English.

Breakfast (several options, everything is delicious). The bed is huge and comfortable. The bathroom had a window. The hotel is very close to the main bus station.

The room is in general quite, but unfortunately there was a connecting door to a neighboring room through which you could hear everything that was happening in the other room. The neighborhood gives the impression of not being very safe at night (but the rest of the town is probably worse). The staff does not speak english (but they are friendly).

Breakfast was fairly nice. Bed was comfy. Price is ok.

Room was small, with a little wardrobe and a scant space for luggage. Common area is reduced to a couple of sofas in front of the reception desk: no tables and chairs in any place. Internet is slows and unstable (impossible to use Zoom, I had to connect via my telephone). Reception personnel might be more friendly (the cleaning ladies were very nice). The area were the hotel is located does not offer much in terms of restaurants and bars.

Horrible location in an ugly, dangerous part of town. The front desk himself told us not to go out after eight in the evening. Old building and furniture. Very noisy ( from the street and also from the corridors and adjacent bedrooms.

The hotel is very good. Very good value. Clean room, courteous staff. Free parking in the other side of the street. Will be my hotel of preference in Ribeirão Preto

Location is not perfect for leisure, but is quite convenient for access to different neighborhoods
