Good value

The pool area was lovely. Plenty of storage space in apartment, and iron & ironing board were useful. Cooker and fridge worked fine. Nice to have table and chairs both indoors and outside.

Air con unit wasn't working, and room was hot, especially at night. Crockery, glasses and cutlery were not all clean; insides of kitchen cupboards were not clean either e.g. spilled sugar on shelves. Fridge very noisy, especially noticeable at night. Bins were not emptied at all during my 3-night stay.

Kotzias, Pissouri Bay

The location was good, fairly close to the sea and the bay restaurants.

Stayed 5 days, no maid service during the whole time. 10euro per day charge to use the aircon, limited staff presence on site.

Great location, nice beach, good restaurants near by.

Towels old and torn, bedsheets not clean, bugs in bed, room was damp, no gas in cooker.

Very good

I believe it's most affordable hotel in Pissouri Bay. The apartment is good, the location is great. No problem with parking. Easy check-in, check-out.

It has bad soundproof, especially in case of our room that was facing the road. The kitchen is underequipped, internet is unstable.

We booked an apparment with a view of the pool. When we arrived, we were escorted to an appartment on the other side of the road - instead of the pool we had a view of a parking lot. The appartment also greated us with no warm water, with long hair of previous guests on the floor, with dripping faucets and with toilet paper that lasted for a day.

Great location

Very bad facilities, the house isn't like shown in the photos at all ,old beds furniture havent been changed for years, the wooden doors are dacayed need repair for everything ,not very clean, the bathroom not working properly, after we rented the place said we need to add 5 euros to use the aircon , very expensive for a place like this, wouldn't return even for free.

Nice and welcoming

We spent a wonderful 8 days at Kotzias Apartment during July. The room was clear, the bathroom met our expectation. The staff was always avaialble, the pool bar opened early and it was not a problem if you left your cash inside, you could give the cash later. The cleaning ladies visited our room frequently, and we found our belongings where we left them. Our room neighbours were really nice and talkative, we get along with them easily. During our stay we had a wonderful kitty visiting our apartment, I’m attaching some pics about her. It looked like she used to owners, or had frequent intraction with humans as she wasn’t so shy and “wild” as her folks. From our 2nd day she came to us and after a 4-5 mins “introduction” she immediatelly let us to pet her, and she stayed very close where we were. If we had our breakfast at the balcony, she had a nap right beside our chairs. When we went to sleep at night, she “asked” if she could come in and stay with us inside. When we invited her in, she set up her base on the sofa, went on with her evening routine and then slept till morning without a blink. If you are a cat-person it takes very little to please her and take care of her, so if you could, please do so. She will appreciate every small gesture and touch. We fed her every morning and evening, and made sure she has fresh water next to our door when we left the apartment for the day. All in all, it’a lovely place to stay with a swimming pool to get refreshed.

Great place - will definitely go back.

The pool was excellent and very clean, and the sunbeds were comfortable. The location is very good. The apartment was basic but very clean.

Unfortunately the internet in the communal areas was very slow, and in our apartment we couldn’t connect at all. We ended up having to use local cafes, etc, for internet.

I will never ever stay at Kotzias Beach Apartments.

Very close to Pissouri beach & restaurants.

Awful staff attitude & terrible service. No respect at all to the customer. Unable & unwilling to offer the customer the apartment booked, because of overbooking. Consider bookings via booking.com as second class bookings. Able to ruin the customer’s holidays without any thought. No shame or bad feelings for any of their actions.

Had a superb holiday here. It’s got everything, bars and peace and quiet.

Location is superb, just off the beach and minutes walk from Restaurant’s and supermarkets. Pool is a good size and peaceful. Pool bar is excellent. Great holiday with great people.

Didn't meet our expectations.

Spacious room

Large bathroom, but a small shower with a curtain that sticks to you. The ventilation did not work well in the bathroom, there was still wet. We stayed there for three nights and never once brought out the dust bin (including toilet paper) :-(

Pleasant

The location is great - next to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars.

Terrible drainage smell coming from the bathroom. Mold in the bathroom. Noisy housekeeping staff early in the morning. Noisy fridge which I just switched off. Noisy AC or extractor fan in the apartment next door.

Excellent location and value for money. The owner himself came to the apartment and asked if we needed anything. Would definitely stay there again.

Very good and relaxing place

Very good location. close to the beach. Lots of cats coming to say hello, it's like you have a part-time pet, kids were happy. Separate entrance for each apartment, good quality kitchen utensils

Staff are in the world of their own. For example, they can start mowing the grass under your window at 08:00 AM on Saturday,

Good size pool, snack bar,

Old fashioned and uncomfortable furniture , poor shower, no microwave, poor lighting, no hairdryer having to pay extra for aircon, 5euros to use washing machine. Soiled linen.
