Everything was great. Staff was very helpful.
The transportation to the airport wasn't available
5.0
Cheerful staff, nice pool, property had charm, in a good location close to the ruins and easy to access public transport.
Everything a bit dated and run down, or broken. Barely any hot water, jacuzzi didn’t work, beds rusty and everything a little damp and dirty. Seem better days. No breakfast offered. No restaurant facilities.

The hotel is quite beautifull and you have that jungle experience
The Hotel was expesinsive but lacked basic services such as a restaurant, laundromat, tv in the room. There was no breakfast or any restaurant in the hotel. Food could be ordered from a place down the street which was of very poor quality and way overpriced. Same for Laundry, they could call someone for laundry, that charged 1 euro per clothing item, absolutely expensive. The services brougth in from outside feel very scammy and anything is much cheaper in town.

Wow, what a luxurious yet so natural beautiful spots to stay! It felt so cozy yet spacious, comfort amongst the jungle, even with an outdoor personal stone bath basin!
So many delightful touches to the room and the property, and I so appreciated the natural bath products. The staff was always so responsive and helpful too, thank-you!
I highly recommend this wonderful stay in Palenque. :)

Beautiful location, surrounded by lush jungle and very close to the ruins. The facilities are beautiful looking too.
The "private pool" which we paid extra for was not able to be filled with warm water, because the faucet didn't work. Also the hot tub with the pool was not hot when we got there. We had to wait a day for it to be warm.

Pool was very nice and the rooms very spacious
there’s no restaurant

Breakfast simple but greatly appreciated
It's a little pricey and the rooms are small.

Piedra de agua is in the jungle so the feeling is very authentic and great for the kids who felt it was an adventure.
They were remodeling the restaurant so they had no dinner and dis not let us know prior to our arrival. Although there are restaurants within walking distance

The service staff was really welcoming and always available when we needed. I loved the view we had from the room and terrace and the enviroment full of nature.
They could include more oprtions for breakfast or facilities for restaurant.

The two guys seemingly running the place without any management support, resources or maintenance. Cheerful and helpful in the face of dire circumstances.
This place is totally misrepresented. Don't be fooled by the stated star rating, review score or "Preferred Partner" status.. Probably never a 5*, it might scrape 2* now. Review score when I booked was 8.8. When I checked-in - the next day - it was 7.8!
Really expensive by local standards, and complete robbery for what it is.
No phone, TV, safe or working wifi in rooms. Pool dirty and too cold to use. Jacuzzi dirty and broken. No restaurant. Breakfast 2 pieces of sliced white bread, a small plate if fruit and dishwater coffee. Everything really worn, dirty, poorly maintained and neglected. Broken lights in room. AC unit unbearably loud. Damp, funky smell.
With Do Not Disturb sign on my door, while I was dressing, a cleaner just walked into my room without even knocking. Not the place for your romantic break!
The staff apologised for the hotel being in such a sorry state, offered a refund, but, since no management was contactable throughout our stay, they could do nothing.
Be warned!

the place was just amazing. the staff was super welcoming and friendly and the rooms were a dream. highly recommended✨ we could easily take a ‘colectivo’ for only $20MXN to go to the arqueological area of Palenque (15 min away). there was an amazing restaurant 10 min walk from there too called ‘el Panchan’. from the bus station it was a quick 10 minutes taxi drive. we could leave all our things at the reception until we could do the check in. thank you for taking care of us!!
there was nothing wrong really, we wish we could have stayed a bit longer.

Nothing
The place was shut down when we arrived at the hotel, the whole hotel staff walked off the job … had to find another hotel on the spot…we did not receive any notification from either booking.com or the hotel. Unbelievable that this can happen as we received confirmation from booking.com twice that our stay was confirmed at the hotel meanwhile the hotel had been shut down for 2 weeks. We were very lucky if was low season and found another place!

junglish.
there was a price on your page but they charged more. no kitchen for breakfast which was included.

Very nice, felt like we were in the jungle, very private and lovely. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious, I loved the private patio. The included breakfast was delivered to the patio. It was a real treat!
Im not convinced on the value for money, other hotels in this area are more commercial and less authentic but have greater benefits. We really enjoyed our stay but on the third night stayed somewhere else for half the price. Piedra was a nicer hotel but not twice as nice!
Seemed pricey for what we got. No restaurant and it rained a lot in the evening which is not unusual for this area but a reason why restaurants can be important here. The hotel were very accommodating with takeaway meals though and a local place (Bleto) was very easy to buy from and they delivered very quickly as well as being delicious!.

Really friendly, helpfull, kind young man at the desk. Gave a lot of info and hé called a pizza place for us. You feel that you are middle in the jungle. The hotel is good located and has a nice setting
The room was moisty. The linnen on bed had black spots from the humidty. It also smelled really bad. The private bad outside was dirty. The room was not so clean. Breakfast i would not recommend.

an oasis of luxury in the middle of the jungle
no food, snacks or anything!!!
we would’ve stayed all day but there was nothing go eat.
it would be so little effort to have a few bags of chips in the kitchen and sell them at double

The garden and pool were beautiful - the rooms are spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. the decoration is sweet.
There is zero food, not even snack. There is hardly any good restaurant and the ones around are expensive. They offer breakfast but that even did not include egg. you will stay hungry. Take your food.

This hotel is not worth the money. There is no restaurant open, no bar, the hotel reception is dark. basically there is a receptionist and security guard on call. there is no breakfast included with the overall cost of the room and if you did want to have a continental breakfast you had to pay for it. There was no service, nobody at the hotel and the bathrooms smelled of bad sewage. I would not recommend this hotel. the staff were friendly but that was the only good thing about this hotel. Chin Kah (spelling incorrect) was recommended as a better option by a local in the area. They have Temescal, a open restaurent and half the price.
overpriced for what you get. No restaurant open to eat at night. Breakfast was toast, a bowl of fruit and granola.

Clean rooms in the heart of the jungle, close to main touristic attractions yet not crowded and cozy. Nice pool helps you to relax and chill in the hot weather.
I wish they had some snacks at the bar.
