Super séjour en famille

Tranquillité, accessibilité et proche autoroute pour visite de Florence par parking villa costanza puis tram T1. Bon restaurant proche du logement la casa me ma.

Amazing and comfortable stay at a well located villa.

Beautiful property with lovely outdoor seating and nice views of Tuscan countryside. Staff were extremely hospitable and always smiley :) location is perfect for train, bus or car into Florence and wider Chianti region. Room was comfortable with good cooking facilities and beautiful bedroom view. Included breakfast had variety of options and barista style coffee on offer.

Pool wasn’t open until 15th of May so we just missed out :(

Didn’t check the hot water switch wasn’t on. Or need to be reset. So no hot water for shower at mid night while coming back.

L'appartamento era bellissimo e curato nei minimi particolari, con il letto nel centro della.stanza bellissimo!soprattutto ci ha colpito la cortesia del.personale alla colazione, quel signore è stato gentilissimo così come.la.proprietaria. la colazione era assolutamente oltre ogni aspettativa, ricchissima varia e di prima qualità: da 10 e lode!Complimenti!spero di poterci tornare d estate.

Loved it. We are coming back

The property is magnificent. It’s beautiful accommodating and the pool is unbelievable. It is extremely well-maintained. And breakfast was amazing. The ladies I took care of breakfast. Did an amazing job not only at providing a wonderful breakfast, but the set up was so pleasing. We rented three full apartments and my entire family loved the stay unfortunately it was very short only two nights but we’re coming back for sure. God willing.

The checking process should be made easier by having it done at the same property and not at another property.

Everything was fantastic! Check in was informative and seamless. Pool was great! Cici was excellent with dinner reservations and staff was attentive. Several delicious food options close by. Air con is better than most hotel settings in Italy. Would come again without a doubt.

You will like the views and pool area for relaxing after sightseeing

The grounds, pool and views are lovely and peaceful. Our room in the tower was as it looks in the pictures and is very nice. Great coffee machine with pods and a cute little kitchen. The washing machine is in its own service area. Parking was good for the motorbike right in front of us. Cars park further away in a more secluded area near the pool and use a different entrance. We had 3 nights and enjoyed walking into town, taking the train to Florence, which was simple enough, even though we had to change trains in Figline Vardorno to get into Florence as our initial train was cancelled. Be aware that Florence train station is very busy, but easy to walk to the main tourist areas. Turn left as you leave the main doors. Everything is easy to fine in Incisa town, just keep walking downhill. Surprisingly there is a public lift part of the way down. We enjoyed the town and the restaurants as it was different from previous areas we had stayed in.

The air con was a bit noisy and the shower is narrow.

We would love to return.

This hotel was excellent. We had planned to stay only one night but decided to extend our stay. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was beautiful, functional, and comfortable. The location worked well for our two trips in Florence. The breakfast was awesome and the extras provided like the coffee maker and milk frother and the milk and water in the frig were much appreciated.

Don’t recommend to stay there

Outside territory is nice.

AC didn’t work properly, it was very hot inside, mattress was terribly uncomfortable, shower is broken and the room smelled like it was a fire there before. Honesty we wanted to leave the hotel after two hours trying to fell asleep. The only reason we didn’t do it because of our kid who was sleeping. We didn’t want to wake him up. That night was like a torture for us.

if to go again definitely there

the apartment nice we took the upper one so we had to climb about 20 stairs but was ok the shower little small for big people or tall but we could mange fine the breakfast was good and nice eggs sausage cheese but good and enough im also having celiac so i asked the lovely girl if i can get gluten free bread i got like 10 different kinks of cookies and bread and everything it was so so nice what we asked we got and with big smile so friendly wow u deserve 10/10 easy beside the pool and cleaning was very good wifi was weak only in breakfast place was strong

The quietness and location of the Villa. The staff is great and helpful.

No wifi signal in the room even though it was communicated to the management but without a solution Bed are not comfortable The room is not well maintained and furniture is falling apart.

Absolute value for money, stunning studio close to most places of interest in Tuscany

The location, size and amplitude of the room, the view as well as the whole set up. People were very friendly.

The service; beds made every day, rubbish removed, clean towels, towels for the pool, fresh water in the fridge. Apart from that we asked if they knew about a location for a covid antigen test. They could have just given us the name of the location, but they actually made an appointment for us. Very much appreciated.

Kitchen could have been a bit more equipped. We missed a spatula and scissors for example. I also really didn't expect this to be the kind of property where people put their towels of the sunbeds at the pool and then leave, same for the outside terrace that could be used by all, but unfortunately antisocials are everywhere. Not something the property could do anything about I suppose.

Room (one bedroom plus extra bed in living room) too small for a family, bed was incredibly bad and painful, decoration of the apartment and bathroom could need a facelift, airconditioning did not give much cold air (room temp stayed 25degrees)

Most friendly and helpful staff . Clean and close to designer outlet. They have an excellent restaurant at there sister hotel the food was excellent. The owners are so gracious and accommodating

Romatic relaxing location

Lovely swimmingpool in a romantic atmosphere.

Check-in at a hotel: just a 3 minute drive from the villa, but the personel there is realy lazy, not interested, hardly speaking English. The host at the villa was very friendly.
