The breakfast was exceptional with everything anyone could need in the morning! Next to the beach with a beautiful view. I got a upgrade for free at check in. I take the opportunity to say a big thank to Liod for his help and for trying to make the stay pleasant as possible!

The sea view and the location were amazing, the rooms were comfortable, the facilities were great and the staff were really nice and helpful.I also liked the decor in the reception area. The breakfasts were also good.
The room decor could do with a bit of updating.

clean and spacious room. bed was comfortable. great view and nice spa.
it is located on the northern end of Nahariya. Not near center. this is both good and bad depending on what you want . room furnishings are pretty spartan but adequate.

The place is amazing! Even in a "small" suite we've got a big 2 room space, very pretty and well organised, 2 separate balconies with amazing view to the sea.
Amazing breakfasts! Each day the hotel offers a lot of different dishes, which are tasty.
For the winter season the hotel has been warmed for 28 degrees indoor pool and 2 saunas, which are small and comfy. In additional they have a outdoor pool, which is located in about 7-10 meters from the sea.
Generally if you like quite, beautiful and enjoyable vacation I highly recommend to visit this hotel in the Israeli winter season when it's not too crowded.
There was some amount of dust under the beds.
As well as small minus I'd like to point out the amount of light in the corridors - it's so dark in there! For young people it's a lesser problem than for senior or people with damaged vision.

Some renovation could improve overall room appearance.

Large and comfortable suite, great lounge in the lobby, rich breakfast, helpful staff, convenient parking place, great view from the room
Elevator needs maintenance, bathroom needs minor fixing, couch in the suite could be more comfortable

we took a weekend away, 3 best friends. Staff at the checkin were super nice and this continued with every member of the staff that we met. the sea is 20 meters from the hotel and the design is smart and country-cozy with sitting area in the lobby. the room was huge for the “standard” and included a separated bed room, a sofa and coffee table as a small sitting area and another sofa-bed just next to the patio. bathroom included a shower and a full size bath!! large counter and amenities. it was very clean, inviting and comfortable. Breakfast was rich and delicious. it has an indoor swimming pool and jet stream “Jacuzzi” dry and wet sauna…..
the hotel also have an outdoor swimming pool which we didn’t use due to weather.
the only thing I can think of is the public toilets were missing hand soap lol.

his hotels moto “we love people” must be a sick joke. This hotel would be improved if the staff were paid not to come to work. They are the rudest, most hostile and lazy staff I’ve ever experienced in any hotel or hostel around the world. The express check in advertised was a load of rubbish- the room was not ready on arrival and check in time and the receptionist was so rude that she ignored us as the room was not ready for another 2 hours. There was rubbish and broken grated around the outdoor pool which clearly no one can be bothered to maintain and rubbish around the stairwells. This hotel has potential but the staff are too lazy and rude to make it hospitable.

We were upgraded to a suite by the pool area. It was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the coffee making machine.
There was no information in the room regarding safety procedures or how to contact reception or about the hotel in general so we felt rather isolated and cut off. If there was information about the spa then it would encourage you to book. There was no hairdryer and no safety rail in the shower. We ate our evening meal in the restaurant and rated the food and service as very good.

perfect facilities for all our needs—excellent dining, gorgeous swimming pool, kid friendly atmosphere, lots of gathering spaces for our large 3-generations family, and right on the ocean. also just a short distance from hiking, life guarded beaches, Acco , rosh Hanikra cliffs and grottos. and every aspect of the hotel’s design and decor was 100 per cent artful. we loved too that our 7 rooms were all grouped together. so perfect for a family holiday.
