The room is well laid out and the bed is a true king-size. The staff were super friendly although lacked training. The view was nice, the location was close to the centre of town and yet not too noisy.
The internet was intermittent and weak, and the food options for breakfast were very limited and poor for the price, at one point the hot water was turned off and it took some time for it to heat up again. It's trying to be classy on the cheap. it would be good value for money at 30% less. As it is it's not worth the money.

Staff uncooperative. Room looked very different from the picture. Horrible breakfast. No bath gel or shampoo. It says it 5 stars, but that is a total joke.

The three rooms I booked for our family members were lovely. The included breakfast was vey good. We especially enjoyed the evening snacks on the rooftop terrace. The service was excellent.
I booked three rooms for five nights and paid in full when we checked in. After two nights we needed to leave a day earlier. We were told the refund would be deposited to my brother-in-law's bank account as they could not refund to my credit card and, as I live in the US, I don't have a bank account in Colombia. Two weeks later we were advised the refund would need to be through Booking.com. My husband called Booking but a representative said the hotel was not answering their messages. Three rooms at US$90.00 a night is not "chunk change".

Our family spent four nights at Hotel Mediterraneo Boutique. The rooms (we occupied three) were spacious. Each had a balcony with two chairs and a beautiful view. The beds were wonderful as well as the HOT water. Breakfasts were abundant, varied, and delicious. Many thanks to Yolanda, Ellen, and Jim for their friendly and good-natured helpfulness. We especially appreciated being able to have supper served on the terrace in the evening and the JACUZZI.
Nothing.

The hotel is one of the tallest buildings in Villeta; therefore, when you are on the rooftop, you have a nice view of the mountains. The food is good, and the staff is quite friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of Villeta's main park, where you can find good restaurants.

Excellent, staff. Yolanda at the front desk was very helpful She was very helpful arranging tour activities and taxi drives for us. Knowledgeable of the local resources.
Johny was also very helpful and friendly.
The terrace is a wonderful place to relax.
The sounds of the nearby school start earlier than expected. They can be loud.

The room was spacious and clean.
For the price (about U$100 per night ) I was surprised they charge the coffee you have in the room.

The room is very spacious and clean. the bed is a paradise, the size is enormous and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful, friendly and very welcoming. We experienced a very warm welcome from the owner, who gave us directions and tips for Villeta, asked for wishes and was super friendly. We had a marvellous stay at the Hotel.

The place is comfortable, good facilities, the food is awesome, they make good effort to give an excellent service. Bed and bathroom awesome.
Unfortunately one of the days I was in there, elevator wasn't working. There are only one small pool and a jacuzzi. Some items don't have listed a price, they can be overvalued.

I think this hotel had the best service I've ever had in Colombia. The owners were so kind and helpful and really did everything to make sure we had the best experience possible. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back!
There were some problems with the water heating that were resolved eventually.
