clean, very simple and comfortable stay.

bathroom was nice, i liked that they didn’t use single use plastics, room was clean and comfortable. sheets a little worn, for an older hotel it was still very reasonable. great location for our needs. easy check in and out. good communication from the owners.

mostly comfortable a little overpriced.

lovely area and we thought the breakfast and bbq area was brilliant. Bathrooms are new. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful.

our aircon leaked water over our luggage and dripped all evening until we turned it on to fan only. Also suggest the long mat on floor in bedroom area is removed as it is a tripping hazard, it does look nice but is dangerous. also thought it was quite pricey compared to other similar properties that we’ve stayed in.

Overall it was a a really nice getaway and I would come back again

The Camp Kitchen was very clean and offered all the creature comforts we were looking for. Our Bathroom was very modern and very clean. We had a very enjoyable time as a family getting out of Melbourne for a few days

People complained about kids using the basketball ring even though it was only 7pm. Maybe it could be moved or some people just need to understand kids need their fun times as well

Relaxing, comfortable, well enjoyed

2nd time staying and did not disappoint. Great location, remote and peaceful, and close to Gisborne town central. The breakfast area was well stocked and spotless

As we have a small dog, taking her out was on leash only because of being so close to the main road. If the main grass area was gated off it would be perfect, but that is my only negative and not really a negative at all.

It was lovely and clean, comfortable bed and great ensuite. the breakfast room was great too we had toast and cereal. there were also eggs available
