Everything was exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Very nice villa and garden. Apartment is big, very clean , with balcony around, well equipped with all you need. A sandy beach not far from the villa. We felt like home and even better. Definitely recommend !

Pure Bliss

The location of the property is perfect for exploring the amazing beaches and villages in the area. However even if you wanted to stay close to the property there is a beach 5 mins away by foot and an amazing taverna with a wonderful view of the sea. Nassia and Nikos were the best hosts, you feel at home immediately. This is traditional greek hospitality at its finest. We had dinners and drinks together in the wonderful garden, we felt like family from the moment we arrived. This is something that you can not put into words. I am a yoga teacher and teach online, Nassia made space for me to teach my classes, so that I could continue to work during our stay. The apartment has everything you need to cook, its a home from home. The garden is the most beautiful space, very well kept with hammocks to relax in under the olive trees. The apartment its self has 5 star comfort, design and facilities. Nassia and Nikos providing the finishing touches to our stay, they are natural hosts.

Only one of the two bedrooms had air conditioning. The sea view was to 90% obstructed by surrounding vegetation.

Great hospitality!

A quiet and beautiful location which give you the opportunity to visit many places and beaches in Messinia. The room was very clean and cozy. Loved the place, the homemade orange flavoured marmalade and the soaps.

We were a group of four. Our Villa in the second floor was very nice, with balcony with a sea view where we had our breakfast. There was a big garden with full equipped bbq, swing, etc. We had an amazing bbq there and enjoyed the evening in the garden. The hosts were very nice and helpful to visit around. The sand beach near the vila was also very good to go.

Only the bed room has the air conditioner. The main hall (where two other beds are located) does to have an air conditioning system.

A true sample of excellent greek hospitality!

It was definitely a pleasure staying at this swank property with all the amenities, perfectly located and only 5 minutes from Vrachos beach (on foot)! A spectacular mansion with a variety of ample and clean rooms, great room temperature, comfortable kitchen and bathrooms, ideal for both families, couples and friends. Complementary coffee, cookies, juice and greek handmade orange jam were offered. Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed by the general manager who guided us through our rooms. Villa Petra exceeded our expectations the second we walked into our fresh-smelling, clean and gently fragranced apartment! Health and safety protocols were applied in the accommodation especially adhered according to Covid-19 measures (sanitisers, updated log book etc). The outdoor place is very well designed to relax by taking advantage of the warm weather in the day time. Free and safe car park space too! We enjoyed our drinks at the exterior space also during the night in a quiet and peaceful environment, which of course added up to our wonderful experience. All staff and the cleansing lady were friendly, tactful and more than helpful. Unquestionably, the manager does a great job in keeping this property highly valued for their guests. We would certainly stay there again! Thank you!

Exceptional

Everything was exceptional, the hosts Nasia & Nikos as also their housemate, Irena are extremely nice, very welcoming, willing to help, very informative and so generous. We felt really like being treated from our own family or close friends. Apartment is big, amazingly clean (we do love this) with beautiful light and airflow and balcony around, well equipped with all you need. We enjoyed our stay here so much one evening we were invited to join Nasia, Nikos and other guests for all homemade authentic Greek Foods cooked by them. That's was truely delicious and fantastic, imagine dinner underneath the Olive Trees and wonderful garden. We will definitely come back to this place again.

Nothing..apart from traffic noise from side road wich will be solved soon when the new road will be finished.

Exceptional

The location is perfect, closed to both sides of the coasts for choosing the perfect beach. Closed to Kalamata airport and 5 minutes drive to the village. Excellent tavernas with fresh fish and BBQ meat skewers.

The hosts are a fantastic and genuine people's. They cooked sweet and savory cake for us during the stay. The flat is over equipped and what amazed me:umbrella for the beach to our disposal. The BBQ and Mediterranean style garden in the villa is perfect to relax with a drink before your dinner. We can wait to return.
