It was clean, the pool was quite big with a whirlpool with warm water. The breakfast was abundant and the rooftop view is beautiful as well. We took a massage at the Spa of the hotel which was also great.
Mostly domestic tourists.

The location was perfect to visit the Jatim Parks with family.
Restaurant has a good range of food.
Hot pool was fun.
Rooms were too small.
3.5
Strategic location, within walking distance to the Jatim Park 1 and the Museum Angkut.
The restaurant on the 7th floor and Sky lounge on the 8th floor have an amazing view. The food was also good at a reasonable price.
The room was spacious for a family of four (6yrs & 11yrs old). Beds were comfortable.
One important thing to be improved is the cleanliness. Dont think they cleaned up the room properly. Green mold in the bathroom curtains. They don't even bother to wipe out the water stains at the mirror, bathroom doors, soap&shampoo dispensers.
We had to ask for new bedsheets on our first day due to some fresh stains.
The cleanliness of other facilities also needs to be improved, e.g. at the hotel corridor, swimming pool.
The room is not soundproof properly, it was challenging to get proper sleep with the noise from nearby roads.

Food. Great variety
Spoilt for choice
Really enjoyed my breakfast
Need to get mineral/ drinking water from outside the room
You can just provide us with bottled water. More convenient.

Staff responsibility, facilities.
There are a lot of cocroaches and insects in the Cottage room. But the staff and manager handled it really well and responsibly.

It was simple, good location and Sky Bar was great
I was on ground floor. Very noisy. No fridge in room (3 star I guess), very few power sockets. Most staff had poor English so many communication breakdowns: best to say “I don’t understand” instead of nodding and then messing up! Down to very poor leadership!!

Impressive development since the last time I stayed there in 2020.
Our room didn't have the greatest view.

I like when we ate on the roof top. The roof top is nice location since we can view the Batu city. Otherwise in the evening. It’s so beautiful scenery.

We were grateful nonetheless, for the front desk staff to be understanding about our room situation and gave us an upgrade to the pool access room. The new room looked better maintained and had clean sheets and floors. The aircon however, didn't feel cold enough but that was fine and we were able to over look it. The bed sheets felt a little sticky though, and had a weird smell to it. But overall, it was a much more pleasant experience as compared to the cottage we booked.
The room we booked was the romantic cottage. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the floor felt and looked dirty, and it didn't help that the room was poorly lit. Walking towards the bed, we could see visible lizard droppings on the bed along with dust and other dirt particles. The bath tub didn't seem to be cleaned as there was soap that dripped down from the soap dispenser above the tub, and like the bed, it had dirt in it. After we cleared the bed of the lizard droppings and dirt, we lay on it to rest for a bit after dinner and that was when we saw a rat run across the ceiling beams. We immediately packed our things and headed out to the front desk for a change of room.

Great room and facilities
Nice base for climbing Butak, easy to arrange ojek to trailhead
Nothing, except we didn't spend enough time to use many of the facilities.

The location is pretty great, easy to find. There are a lot of street food stalls nearby. I ordered Javanese Fried Rice and it was pretty tasty.
I am a repeat visitor and I've never felt disappointed until this last booking. The bed sheet and blanket in my room were dirty even before I used them. I think the staff didn't change them. Please put more commitment in providing a clean room.

location
the limited choices of bfast. there was a guest smoking in dining room and no staff asked him to stop smoking. The pillows were not comfortable. Noisy of housekeeping staffs in front of my room ( room 511). The receptionist changing my room prior to arrival from 513 to 511, whics is very noisy and close to elevator eventhough I already requested far-from-elevator room. Upstairs also noisy can heard noise from our rooms (511 and 515).
