Bien mais chaud

- le lit de la capsule était confortable et lumineux - les gens ont été très polis et silencieux lors du couchage ou réveil - les douches chaudes et avec de l'eau en abondance - c'était propre - serviettes inclus - quartier très calme, à côté de la gare - bon choix pour 1 ou 2 nuit, pas plus

- pas de espace pour circuler dans le couloir de la chambre avec 8 capsules ( = 16 personnes ) - petit locker pour garder les sacs (amener un cadenas) -> une grande valise difficilement va rentrer - la porte de la chambre gène le passage où on retrouve les chaussures des gens - les capsules sont très chaudes ! amener un mini ventilateur - peu de WC et douches pour toutes les chambres - si vous aimez le calme et silence, ne prenez pas la capsule

Svært at finde en bedre beliggenhed.

Beliggenhed er fantastisk god! Hovedbanegård, Tivoli, Rådhusplads... man er i bymidten! Det var af stor betydning, at metro bragte min søster næsten ved døren, selvom flyet landede langt over midnat. Og alle værelser var nok fri af lydgener. Fuldstandig stille!

Det eneste, vi virkelig manglede, var mulighed for at koge vand til morgenkaffe.

Great location but go elsewhere if you can afford

The location is great, quite affordable for the location

It is not clearly stated that it is capsules, not rooms. You have to live with people (that are not always clean or civilised). Cleanliness is a bit weak, the capsule’s fan was not working, it was very hot in the capsule, the light didn’t turn off in the room (or after a very long time and was put back up when move detector detected a movement)

Great location stay in Copenhagen

Very good location close to Copenhagen central train station. Impressed with the simple decor and the cleanliness. Good instructions for the coded entry.

Pillows were big and firm- not to our liking so a couple of spare pillows would be good!

A place where you can try to sleep.

No storage and not enough bathrooms. Noisy customers and no one to calm them down. Poor sound isolation.

Room rates could be cheaper

It is very easy to check-in into the hotel as all the pin codes are provided via e-mail or the booking.com app. The room I booked was cozy and extremely comfy, starting from the pillow and continuing with the duvet and the mattress. It is extremely central so in matter of location it’s great, right across the tran station which happens to be across the street from Tivoli. The hotel was quiet in spite of Distortion festival going on.

The level of cleanliness in the bathrooms and toilets could be better. For instance at the showers there’s no area where you can get through the whole pre-sleep process: shower, brush your teeth because there’s no sink, that’s at the toilet. I have nothing against it as long as there’s a sort of support for the tube of toothpaste and floss and other things you might use.

It was nice to have somewhere that I could arrive and sleep at any time of the day. My flight was super late, and had I been stuck with a check-in window, I would have been out of luck.

My bed was disgusting. Covered in crumbs and someone else's hair, clearly not cleaned since the last guest used it. The only towel I was given was still damp.

It was great. :) Amazing value for the price.

It was at ana amzing location at the centre and extremely close to the train station. Clean, nice, easy to get in.

Not enough toilets, would appreciate seperate showers and toilets for men and women. Also you vould hear everyone partying or doing ither stuff at night.

Clogged toilet and disgusting smell!

Good location

The toilet was clogged and nobody around to unclog the toilet. When I arrived it was freezing cold in the room where the capsule where then I saw the window was open all the way and I couldn't understand why. Then I smelled it .. most disgusting smell I have ever felt. Will not stay there again.

very noisy, poor hygiene

check-in is by key and code, it is true that it is well indicated, but the fact that there is no staff in the building means that when there are problems in the rooms they help you solve it by phone... It is a hostel for young people and there is a lot of noise in the rooms, people are not very respectful, there are only two sinks and two showers for the entire hostel and neither the sheets nor the towels were changed.
