El hotel es excelente y super confortable, me gustaria que climaticen la pileta y que vuelva el espacio de Spa. Lo demas genial!

Pileta con agua fría. Falta de Spa. Servicio de Bar en el espacio de piscina.

This was a sad and disappointing stay.

I like the bedroom.

The DIRTY pool, the broken "plastic playground" with rusted screws. I went there with my kids, it was horrible the way they never pay attention when I told them I felt bad for them.

After two hours in the restaurant, unable to get a three-dish dinner, I cancelled 3rd dish. The hotel is heavily used and doesn't fulfil 5 stars in my opinion.

Nice hotel with a great breakfast and internet works well if you need to work.

Quiet location, but near enough to get every where quickly by car (Uber). The breakfast was very good and the room large. Internet worked well too and there was a desk in the room.

Somehow my reservation was not in their system, even though I booked more than a month ahead of time. Lucky enough this is a large hotel and a room was available. The room did not look like the pictures, the seating area was not there (it was empty space instead).

Great potential, falls short on delivery

Rooms are big and spacious but a bit tired and could do we a wash up. The breakfast was good and the pool was very nice

We had to change rooms due to electrical issues and realised that not all rooms had the same items in it: one of the rooms was missing the lamps and a desk chair for example. The carpets really need a deep clean. The food is terrible, I would really recommend against eating at the hotel. This is a hotel with potential but not being managed and utilised properly
