Proximity to pub and hiking

It was freezing. Heating did not work. Couldn’t get the tv to work. Had no signal advised manager. Nothing was done.Restaurant and bar both shut which not a problem if we had been notified. We didn’t even stay the second night due to heating not working

Wouldn’t recommend.

Location and that it offered a pool (however it was closed our entire trip).

Electrics shorted out several times in our loft room. Staff and service in the restaurant was poor.

Central stay in Mt buller

We love staying here, central to everything, breakfast inlcuded, super hot showers

Loved the affordability of resort but, Restaurant served staff first. Beds veal and no support of ma

Location to the village was fantastic. Breakfast was satisfying, don’t need anymore. Restaurant was excellent but ran out of some dishes.

The ski shop, I lost a day of ski pass as my skis broke. My children’s skis broke. The buller help centre said to throw them in the bin . They cost $5 from an OP shop. When I actually got Danny’s assistances he threw them looking at me like I did ll should not complain! His only way of compensation was to off a free day hire 2023.! Possibly won’t get there 2023... $400 and nothing but problems w boots & skis. All too old and broken.

Extremely noisy at Alpine Retreat. Far beyond acceptable.

I like the complimentary cereal and toast in the morning. It was a good opportunity to discuss with other guests how p!ssed off we were that we had no sleep.

Unable to rent skis from Alpine. The Ski rent was never open even at times it was meant to be. Know one tending to Reception desk even during its opening hours.

Grateful for this lodge being open for Spring Skiing

Location great. Cute rooms. Loved having a swim and spa after swimming. Ski hire guys were awesome.

Not staff friendly, poor service, not clean, beds very uncomfortable, receiptionist not friendly.

I have stayed here before but this time time it was a bit different. Location and facilities like pool, kids room & spa are great but other things that goes with it specially services, cleanliness, comfort, friendliness, & CUSTOMER SERVICES were not even 5%.

Poor service with the receptionist being very unfriendly and aggressive. We were 7 families arriving at different days and at different times. With one of the family they requested for early check-in and the room got empty in the morning but because of the nature of the staff and specially the receiptionist they gave the room after 4PM. She purposely waited for the 4PM check-in times. The toilets, doors and services had many problems as they didn't work. I would never be staying at this place again. This was the 3rd time but not what I had experienced the first two times.

Poor staff service in general. Breakfast not open on time, and not stocked with food, and not clean. Reception shop not staffed often & not stocked with much food. Rooms very old & need updating. Pool didn't look clean, and looked outdated.

Good location, bar and restaurant facilities

Check in isn't until 4pm, bfast didn't open on time, taps were broken in room, shower screen had cracks on it, didn't look like room had been cleaned between stays.
