they allow you to stay in the swimmingpool after the check out and they have activities kind of a resort type. I would say it is mostly a place for retired people. Rather quiet. I was driving to other city so for 1 night was ok. But I would not pay for a week here.
Staff were friendly.
the food was not good. It is better to eat somewhere else.
My room has the curtains broken and I got all the light in the morning, so it was not comfortable to sleep like that.
Te cleanning ladies are not putting any attention in what they do. They just throw the dirty sheets of a room on the second to the first floor almost in my head. They should look if there are people passing by if they do this.

Great Pool area and internal pool. Very friendly staff. Free parking. Great breakfast room with view. Plenty of activities and sports.
A bit old structure, but ok for 3 stars.

Swimming pool has so nice view and pretty.
Dinner and breakfast was nutricious.
Bathroom was a bit small.
Wristband was obligated to reach swimming pool and breakfast. It was annoying.

It is great to go with children due to the swimming pool, buffet restaurant they loved
I came by train and unfortunately public transport to and from this location is inconvenient. Also there are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. Be mindfull of the restaurant being open as from 19.30 for diner only. For French families this is normal, but normally my children go to bed at that time.

Hotel is a bit dated. Offers lots of activities for children and adults. If you are looking for a holiday location for a small price this can be something for you.
We had some issues with our door lock. Although it took some effort and time from the staff to resolve it. Staff was very willing to help

Super friendly and helpful staff in the reception
We both had bed bugs, there were ants and worms on the floor in the bedroom, which is completely unacceptable regardless of the standard of the hotel. The staff were friendly but the cleaning and indoor climate in our room was poor and unacceptable. Would never recommend this to anyone.

The private area on the beach is good, although the facilities aren't nice. It could have a beautiful green area for example. The shuttle's schedule to hotel is badly signposted.
The rooms were dirty, full of mould on the ceiling and walls. The staff is poorly trained. The guests have to wear a wristband during the whole stay so that they could be identified in restaurant services. They should review that method. It's ridiculous that way. All facilities were dirty: lifts, pool, restaurant and especially the room and bathroom. Just an example: there was hair from previous guests in the hair dryer. Horrible experience.

The staff was wonderful and helpful.
THe kids club seemed to be over worked and the staff a little short.
The construction site and it early morning working hours.
We could have been notified at least and hence maybe moved to a different room or offered compensation for the nuissance.

Good aircondition
No lunch or dinner whatsoever to buy if you didnt have all-inclusive. Even though it was a buffet and a lot of food was left over. And far from grocery stores and restaurants.

We were looking for a hotel close to the ferry to Porquerolles island, but decided late and there wasn’t much else available other than this. It is really a club for members of a workers / pensioners association, so not really what we were looking for, but may work for some. Kind of a very basic Club Med. Very friendly and engaged staff. Clean (in spite of the aged facilities). Activities / entertainment on site if you are up for it. Breakfast available for 10 euros, but pretty basic. Evening meals also available for 25 euros, but didn’t try.
This hotel is a club for members of a workers / pensioners association. Less suitable for outsiders (who probably also pay too much for what they get especially for short stays). Aged facilities. Proximity to a road and airport (noisy at times).

Great pool

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Lovely to have a balcony and somewhere to hang our wet towels and bathing suits. The grounds were clean and the pools were a great size for the hotel. All areas of the hotel that we walked through were clean.
PARKING!!!! Although the grounds are beautiful, there is certainly NOT enough parking for busy weekends, and you are forced to park where ever you find your own place!! Unfortunately, I ended up scratching and denting my car because I had to reverse the whole way out of a laneway and it was too tight with the amount of cars. I didn't see the tree was on an angle at the bottom. So now I have a huge repair to make on my car door. The laneway pavement is also raised due to the tree roots, very bumpy for cars, and scratching the bottom of vehicles. I believe it is better to remove some of the trees in the parking areas to create more space for all the guests.
The hotel activities were also not explained to us at check in so had to get the kids to go to reception and ask how the system works. How to get balls for tennis, basketball etc. There is lost business opportunities because no one explained the entertainment, or what options we have as guests to enjoy at the resort.
The breakfast buffet was not explained to us at check-in. Therefore we went all the way up to the restaurant (which because of the design of the hotel, takes 2 elevators and quite a bit of walking, only to be told we had to return to reception and pay for breakfast, get a receipt ticket, and return back to eat. Then, when we returned there to the restaurant, there was no hostess and we walked right in!! No one checked our receipt! My suggestion is if you have guests that show up at the restaurant with a rooming list, then you let them put the charge on their room by showing their room key. (I USE TO WORK HOTEL RESTAURANTS SO THIS IS THE EASIEST WAY) and anyone who has breakfast included is on the list already.
