впечатление осталось очень приятным!

отель очень милый, наполненный, как коробочка, всякими разношерстными диковинками: антикварной мебелью, картинами и картинками всех стилей, коврами небольшого размера и всех цветов и качества, букетами сухих цветов и забавными фигурками - и вся эта эклектика создает домашний уют и радует. Отдельно о ресторане - на завтраке скатерти в розах и смешные чашки с детским рисунком - чудо. Мы были проездом, одну ночь.

ресторан перехвалили, видимо готовят для разных гостей по разному. Но он все равно неплох, а вино отличное!

Самый неоднозначный отель в моей жизни.

Плюсы. В номере были цветы! Не искусственные, настоящие! Вау! Хорошие гели для душа, хорошая мебель, ванна каждом номере, хорошая фурнитура качественная-от раковины до ручки дверей. Ванна , у которой специально шершавое дно, чтобы не поскользнуться.персонал который искренне хочет помочь и делает все что в их силах. Много декора, интересно рассматривать отель, он практически как музей. Хорошее постельное белье, уборка каждый день, чистота. За завтраком играл пианист и играл прекрасно. Красивый ресторан в котором приятно находиться. Когда мы спали, можно было любоваться звёздами через окно в потолке.

Множество мелочей, которые надо исправить или отель закроется года через 3. Или будет сильно дешевле. Есть ванна но нет затычки. Пришлось вынимать другую деталь ванны, чтобы ей закрыть, это не норма. Есть шкаф для холодильника, но самого холодильника нет, это было удивительно, особенно когда в номере 26 градусов минимум. Я сел на стул и сиденье провалилось подо мной.(90кг) Нет я не сломал его, оно просто не крепилось к стулу. На следующий день стул исчез вовсе. В их рекламном буклете есть информация о том, что от них можно получить скидку на заведение Sam Raan. Я спросил на рецепшн, мне сказали скидок нет, но они будут рады помочь с бронированием. Ок, я написал наши имена и телефон. Приехав на место, оказалось, что никто на нас ничего не забронировал... Зачем было предлагать помощь? Я забронировал бы сам. Так, моя жена осталась без массажа. Завтрак-не было кофе, так как сломалась кофеварка. Допустим, но нас было двое в зале, неужели сложно сделать кофе в турке, гейзере или френч пресс? Завтрак за 60 лари без кофе? Сервировка стола, официант, даже пианист играющий очень хорошо, но есть по сути было нечего, суховатый хлеб, дешёвая ветчина и сыр. Чай вкусный, остальное нет. Во второй раз просто решили пойти позавтракать куда нибудь, хоть и оплатили два завтрака. В номере есть центральный кондиционер, он не работает. Мансардные окна в номере можно открыть, но будет сразу очень очень шумно. Уюта сразу нет. Но даже так минимальная температура в номере была 26 градусов. Дорогой хозяин отеля, если вы берете такие деньги и хотите создать историческую атмосферу роскоши, то мне непонятно как во всем отеле может не работать кондиционер! Поставьте мини кондиционеры или что то ещё, в Грузии в отеле за 80 лари у меня кондиционер работал, считаю неприемлемо такое, это портит пребывание и делает его полностью некомфортным. Мы спали под звуки машин и запах бензина, среди красивых литографий и хорошей древесины в отделке комнаты. Резюмируя, очень много косяков, нужно исправляться.

Exceptional

This is exactly the Boutique Hotel. We have never met with any other guests. So we had almost personal breakfast service. Breakfast was standard continental (eggs, jam, ham, butter croissants, coffee etc.), but with Georgian spirit - sparkling wine and old-fashioned furnishings, paintings and utensil. One day our breakfast was even accompanied with piano player. On arrival date we've been late on breakfast, but nevertheless we enjoyed it in full! 10/10 for breakfast. Rooms were tidy and were cleaned every day. Generally consistent with photos, but not very big. Stuff was polite and very attentive. We have bought a wine in local winery (not in the hotel). And the next day after room cleaning we found a packaging accessories and scissors on the table so we could safely deliver the wine to home. We also enjoyed wine degustation in the hotel and bought few bottles of wine in the hotel. I would recommend to try amber wine. There was a lovely restaurant in the hotel with live piano music on the evening. So we preferred to dinner at the hotel. I would recommend dolma to try. It is better than in the city restaraunts.

Rooms are not so big. And windows are so small (we had standard room). Bathroom is not very modern. But there is no big deception and everything is exactly as on photos. So in line with expectations

Like a dream come true. I want to live here.

Unique and exquisite interiors. ambience exudes charm and a well blended style of the traditional with the modern. The food is fresh perfectly presided and presented. the cilantro soup and Georgian dishes were especially great. desserts are outstanding too. wine tasting was a great experience and my time request was also accommodated. the staff go out of their way to respond to every need and made me feel extremely comfortable and well looked after.
