The house is located near the center (1km) and in a quiet area, in a dead end. At the end of the garden flows a stream and on the other side a large pine forest invites you to take quick walks or jog.
In 2018, Villa Mangane obtained the 4 * label by the approved organization Atout France.

Former summer camp, then local youth in the city of Andernos, this house has kept the habit of bringing pleasure to its summer guests.
Renovated by an architect, it offers modern services, while having kept the typical style of the Bassin huts.
The stream and the wood provide calm and privacy, without vis-à-vis, allowing you to fully enjoy the large terrace and the swimming pool.
This large house (200 m2) is located at the end of a dead end and you will not be bothered by any car traffic.
The large volume of the large room makes it a serene and friendly space.
DESCRIPTION GROUND FLOOR
- Large 100 m2 room with large LOFT type volumes. Stone floor.
Very bright thanks to its many openings and the glass triangle.
It combines a modern open kitchen, the living room and a beautiful common area.
It gives directly onto the terrace area and allows easy communication between inside and outside.
- Bedroom 1 (garden side): 160x200 bed - new bedding. Private shower area (large shower, double sinks, cupboards).
- Bedroom 2 (dead end side): 140x200 bed - recent bedding. Private bathroom (small shower, single sink).
- Cellar / Laundry room
FLOOR DESCRIPTION
Accessible by a large wooden staircase (secure for toddlers), the upstairs area presents itself with a mezzanine-type opening.
Two other bedrooms overlooking the garden guarantee you peaceful nights.
They share a bathroom with bathtub and double sink.
Children have an upstairs play area with a screen and DVD player.

SITUATION
In the center of Andernos, 3 minutes from the Intermarché by car, 5 minutes from the city center and the pier, 5 minutes from the family beach of Betey (very suitable for children), 7 minutes from oyster port, 20 minutes from ocean beaches or the Cap-Ferret peninsula.
We will provide you with a book with all the activities and visits to do to make the most of your stay.

Villa Manta is a beautiful and modern open plan house in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The house is modern , clean and has more than enough equipment and accessories for any duration of stay. The house is about 1.5 km from the centre of town and everywhere is in walking distance with a lot of cycle paths nearby. The town itself is a beautiful mature seaside town with plenty of shops and restaurants, it was still early in the season ( mid June ) for our stay so things were probably a little quieter than later in the season.
The property itself is excellent and very well maintained, it has a modern kitchen with all necessary appliances and a number of TVs. Outside is a great decked recreation area with a flat top Barbeque and an outdoor dining area with pergola. The real great amenity is the heated swimming pool with a deck area and loungers which is very private. The hosts were great with a number of e Mail communications showing great flexibility and hospitality and the caretaker then made contact and was ready when we arrived. He handed over the property efficiently and a small problem with the pool was addressed within 30 minutes when he called a technician to attend and fix. We had an early flight departure & the caretaker made himself available very early for the hand back of the property in a pleasant and efficient manner. All in all it’s a great property, with excellent hosts (and caretaker) in a a super location, our only regret is we couldn’t stay for a second week.

Komplette Empfehlung ohne Abstriche; sehr schönes Haus, super Pool, sehr nette Vermieter und sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort (Bonjour a Myriam) und auch eine perfekte ruhige Lage.
Fahrräder wären noch toll in der Gegend, das nächste Mal würden wir uns welche mieten.
Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Goed en rustig verblijf
Bij aankomst aan de woning was er een misverstand ivm de boeking, maar dit is snel en correct opgelost geraakt. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep steeds vlot en aangenaam.

We very much enjoyed our stay but went in a heat wave and found the nights incredibly hot.
A fan for each room might have alleviated this a little. The blinds however helped to keep the heat down in the daytime.
The house is within reach of all amenities. The sea is very far out except for a short period at high tide.
We enjoyed the pool and garden and the large downstairs area which is ideal for families.
We were very pleased with the communication and help we had from the hosts and the cleaner.

La maison est magnifique et très spacieuse. L'extérieur est super agréable : forêt au bout du jardin, immense terrasse très bien équipée, piscine chauffée et calme absolu.
C'est vraiment un très bel endroit.

Une tres belle villa dédiée au farniente
Cette propriété est conforme à l'annonce, avec un accueil exceptionnel de la part de Myriam qui est aux petits soins pour les locataires, merci pour votre disponibilité et gentillesse. Tout a été parfait, y compris le beau temps. Un seul petit regret: la piscine n'était pas chauffée à cette période de l'année, donc nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de s'y baigner . Pour en profiter, il faudra revenir en été !

Großzügiges Haus in ruhiger Umgebung, ausgestattet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Auf den professionellen und sehr freundlichen Check-in (einschließlich ausführlicher Einweisung) folgte eine Woche wie im Paradies. Besonders genossen haben wir natürlich den (beheizten) Pool, die Mahlzeiten auf der schönen Terrasse und die gemütlichen Betten. Merci beaucoup!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement parfaitement conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. La maison est spacieuse, agréable et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. L'environnement est calme et sans vis-à-vis. Les contacts avec les propriétaires ont été faciles et efficaces notamment par rapport à nos demandes spécifiques (lit bébé, chaise haute, etc.) L'accueil et le départ par Myriam furent très agréables et très professionnels. Nous recommandons ce logement avec l'envie d'y revenir.

Je recommande vivement cette villa située dans une impasse, et à proximité immédiate avec un bois. Si vous recherchez le calme, cette maison est idéale. Le matin vous êtes réveillés par le chant des oiseaux. Il y a très peu de vis à vis. À proximité des commerces, du centre-ville et du bassin. Accueil impeccable et prestations bonnes.

Super sejour !!!
nous avons passer 15 jours dans cette maison exceptionnelle en cette periode difficile nous avons profité a fond de la piscine c etait vraiment tres bien. Maison tres grande avec tout ce qui faut !!!! Nous tenons aussi a préciser que Myriam est une personne tres a l écoute et tres reactive !!!! En résumé tout etait genial nous recommandons vraiment cette maison !!!

Schönes und ruhiges Haus am Becken von Arcachon
Das großzügige und schöne Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in Andernos-les-Bains, direkt angrenzend zu einem Wäldchen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell im Zentrum von Andernos-les-Bains und am Becken von Arcachon. Das Haus hat einen großzügigen Loft Charakter und ist gut ausgestattet. Es eignet sich mit seinen 3 Bädern und 4 Schlafzimmer auf zwei Geschossen auch gut für 2 Familien.
Der Aussenbereich mit großem Holzdeck, Pool, Barbecue und Sitzgruppen die verschattet werden können lädt zum Aufenthalt ein.
Da es sich um das privat genutzte Haus der Eigentümer handelt die über den Sommer verreisen, sind diese sehr bemüht an einer ordentlichen und vollständig dokumentierten Hausübergabe. Dies sichert die Qualität, dass man ein Haus in sehr gutem Zustand übergeben bekommt. Die Verwalterin steht für Fragen zur Verfügung und erledigt die Hausübergabe sehr professionell.
Die Strände am Atlantik sind in ca. 25 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch Bordeaux, die Düne Pyla und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar.
Das Haus von Chloé und Benoît ist ein wunderschöner Ort ruhige und entspannte Ferien erleben zu können.

Vacances excellentes, emplacement parfait, a l ecart du bruit. Environnement verdoyant et villa parfaite, tres bien equipee et tres agreable a vivre!
La literie est top(important qd on y passe 15jours!). Andernos est parfaitement situe pour rayonner dans le bassin. Tres bon acceuil de Myriam, tres disponible en l absence des proprietaires. Je recommande cette maison!
