Nous avons demandé dès notre arrivée à avoir le late check out : on nous a expliqué que cela ne pouvait se décider que le jour du départ (compréhensible en pleine saison) sauf que l’hôtel n’était pas du tout plein.
Et lorsque que le jour du départ nous avons pu avoir le late check out , il nous a été demandé de payer 110 euros pour 3 heures 30 supplémentaires… nous trouvons cela honteux
Cet hôtel est peut être joli, mais pas a la hauteur du prix payé .
Le personnel de Ménage reste toutefois très sympathique et avenant .

Zimmer sind schön und gross, im allgemeinen sauber und das Wifi ist sehr schnell. Ebenfalls aus meiner Sicht gut isoliert, wenig Lärm.
Die Mitarbeiter (Restaurant, Pool, Bar) sind langsam, teilweise unfreundlich. Unterhalten sich lieber untereinander anstatt den Kunden zu bedienen. Man sitzt bis zu 15 Minuten an einem Tisch bis jemand kommt, für ein 5 Sterne Hotel unfassbar und absolut inaktzeptabel. (Mit grosser Ausnahme das Personal an der Rezeption, jene sind wirklich zuvorkommen und freundlich).
Die "interne" Regel kein Alkohol von draussen reinzubringen ist reine Geldmacherei, Bier im Hotel kostet 75 Dirham, im Carrefour 50 Meter nebenan 18 Dirham.

The staff are appalling , rude don’t give a damn attitude . Forgot to ask for security deposit so banned from buying services . No sign of any management. Never reply to emails or return calls . Shockingly run . How this can be a conference venue god only knows

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to a mall, making it incredibly convenient to explore shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste and preference.
One of the standout features was the pool area – it was both spacious and serene, providing an ideal spot to unwind. The on-site spa was equally impressive, boasting top-notch facilities that added to the overall relaxation of my stay.
What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff were unfailingly friendly and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was comfortable. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge, as well as Azzedine and Chaimaa from guest relations, for their outstanding hospitality.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a convenient and thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Big pool
Staff constantly asking if I’m a guest in the hotel. At the entry, at the carpark. I understand that it’s for security. But the way they ask me it makes me feel very unwelcome. Like I’m an intruder.
Breakfast was like a zoo. No empty tables available. Was walking around with food in my hand looking for a place to eat. This was 2 days in a row. The 3 rd day we just went to eat in the adjacent mall. Don’t book breakfast in this hotel.
Shower was clogged, unable for water flow. Resulted in flooded bathroom and also leaked in the bedroom. Like a lot. Bedroom full of standing water. I was taking a shower at midnight after a long day. I called reception multiple times, they said they would send someone. Nobody came for over an hour. I’ve explained that the room is completely flooded, still nobody came. I fell asleep waiting for someone to come.
Next morning I called again multiple times and waited.
Eventually I went out myself and found a cleaner and asked her to come check my room. She was shocked to see the bed, pillows, shoes, suitcases, all wet. And asked why I didn’t call for help …?!
They just mopped the room, like nothing happened.
No apology, no offer of another room. No offer dry cleaning to dry my clothes and shoes.
Same night, I took a shower again, still shower clogged. Next morning we checked out to never return again.
It was 300€ a night for this hotel, but even 50€ a night would’ve been too expensive.
Better value for money is pestana marrakech. Similar prices, but much better service.

Trop de monde autour de la piscine, il faut réserver son transat dès le matin pour être sûr d’avoir une place. Les transats sont collés les uns aux autres. Très désagréable. Les équipements dans la chambre sont vétustes, coffre qui ne marche pas, pèse personne qui ne marche pas, pas de peignoirs, les bouteilles d’eau dans les chambres ne sont pas renouvelées chaque jour, nécessaire de toilette manquant.

La posizione centrale dell’hotel, vicino al centro ed attrazione da visitare
La pulizia non era ottimale della stanza, inoltre la camera al piano terra era molto rumorosa, dalle 8 di mattina c’era la musica alta e si sentivano le persone parlare, non sono insonorizzate le stanze credo. La colazione ha molta scelta ma il problema è che davvero c’è troppa gente rispetto al personale, pochi i tavoli liberi per sedersi e quelli liberi sono sporchi dei turni precedenti e il personale non riesce a pulirli in poco tempo, troppo caotico davvero. Noi siamo arrivati alle 11 in hotel, volevamo mangiare qualcosa ma ci hanno detto che solo dalle 13, non c’è un bar che a tutte le ore puoi mangiare. La spa che si vede sulle foto è a pagamento €25 a persona per 1 ora, e puoi fare solo il bagno in una piccola piscina di acqua calda e la sauna, il resto tutto a pagamento con cifre più alte, non né vale la pena di pagare per la spa perchè non è affatto confortevole. Penso che il prezzo richiesto è alto per ciò che offre, per la pulizia ed i servizi.

Séjour au top !! Très très beau hôtel vraiment magnifique ! Le personnel est génial, tous sympathiques !! Notamment Salima au petit déjeuner et Nabil le night (coup de cœur et merci pour la décoration de ma soeur) Nous sommes venue pour l’anniversaire de ma sœur, nous avons eu le droit à une superbe décoration dans la chambre et un gâteau aussi beau que bon ! Je remercie vraiment l’établissement ! C’était génial ! Un petit déjeuner digne d’un roi, l’accès directement à un centre commercial ! Je recommande !
Vraiment un séjour au top hormis juste deux petits détails qui ont pas impactes notre séjour : beaucoup d’équipements dans la chambre étaient en mauvaise conditions, mal fixés ou cassés. Et le fait qu’on s’attendait à avoir vu sur la grande piscine principale ! Nous avions eu la vue sur la petite piscine, c’était super aussi mais je m’attendais à avoir la grande !

Nous avons été rejoints par nos enfants le jour du départ car ils ont dormis dans un autre hôtel car le savoy était complet pour la nuit du jeudi au vendredi. On à demandé à la réception si nous pouvions rester jusqu’au départ avec nos enfants à la piscine avant de prendre le taxi, ce qui nous a été proposé gentiment par la réception mais arrivé à la piscine la sécurité nous a fait toute une histoire, hors si on nous avait dit qu il fallait payer pour nos enfants on aurait payé, pour un 5 étoile cela a été très limite. On s’est sentit comme des clients malhonnêtes. Je suis hotellier en Bretagne jamais on ne m’a traité de cette façon.
Je n’ aurais rien dit mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre le 1er jour notre chasse d l’eau dans les toilettes n’avait pas bien été tirée je je ne vous fait pas un dessin
Personnellement je ni reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel qui a nous humilie le jour de notre départ. Nous venons 2 à 3 fois par an à Marrakech car nos parents vivent au Maroc et nous changeons régulièrement d’hôtel…. Mais là pour le prix des 2 nuits soit disant 5 étoiles…. Non merci.

Les serviettes misent sur les transats le matin par les clients pour garder la place ce n’est pas normal dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. Il faut enlever les serviettes sales quand le client rentre dans sa chambre.

The best thing however about the hotel is the staff, willing to go above and beyond for you so that your holiday is special. Many thanks to Samah for the kind hospitality! The room was big enough.
The room smelled really bad and they couldn't move me. And the property is very large, so it was a long walk to get anywhere. I went to the restaurant for dinner and was informed I couldn't charge it to my room because they had not asked for a deposit when I checked in. I didn't have my wallet with me, so I had to walk a long way back to my room for cash, then walk a long way back to pay, then walk a long way back to the room. And when I came with the money, we couldn't find the waiter (who had the bill), so that took almost 20 minutes. The place is filled with young adults in skimpy clothing, more like a Club Med than a nice hotel. At checkout, I had to ask for a copy of my bill, and the clerk was obviously annoyed she had to print it out for me. I would not recommend this hotel.

Le personnel de la réception le soir de mon arrivée en particulier une femme très grossière et mal élevé qui s’appelle Wafa très méchante qui m’a déçu, apart une seul femme Fatima zahra heureusement qu’elle étais la merci à elle pourtant je suis client depuis l’ouverture de l’hôtel et régulier mais dommage je ne reviendrai plus jamais et je déconseillerais tout mon entourage de ne plus y allez.
