Beautiful location close to a lot of walks, easy to park, appartment in general.
The WiFi loses connection often and wasn't available everywhere in the apartment.

Really well maintained and clean property with excellent facilities in a beautiful interesting area of Germany. we'll be back for sure.

the resort is well organized, bungalows are nice, and well equipped.
the cleaning fee is already quite high but we had to strip beds, throw away trash and so on upon check out

The staff was very friendly. I especially remember the lady at the tourist point (that is on the park) being very helpful, giving us tips what we could do with a young baby. Walking around sightseeing the village closeby is already a lot of fun. There are also plenty restaurants there. We especially loved the local feeling ones, with great music and food. We were fans of Germany and it's culture already and this trip only confirmed it again.
The restaurant on the park uses a little bit too much salt to our taste.

We absolutely adored this location, and the facilities were exceptional! We had a beautiful bungalow that accommodated two families nicely. The view from the balcony was stunning with the fall colors. The indoor pool was well maintained and convenient. Our children also enjoyed the playgrounds and indoor play area. A staff member came to the pool to play games with the kids, which was unexpected and appreciated! We made use of the shops and restaurants on the resort, and everything met or exceeded our expectations. We took advantage of the location to visit the Monschau Christmas Market, and generally enjoy the beautiful region.
Perhaps communication about checkout, but all the info was on the website, which came up automatically when logging into wifi. I would go back again in a heartbeat!

We were in a house with 4 bed rooms. It was nice and spacious.
The wellness (sauna and whirlpool) was great.
The view was beautiful.
Fantastic balcony.
The house was nicely furnished, not your typical resort.
The staff at the restaurant, reception and supermarket were very friendly and accommodating. The bread at the supermarket is very tasty and fresh.
There are two coffee machines! One for filter coffee and one for Nespresso cups.
The house is equipped with all you need.
We arrived by train, a taxi to the resort is easy and costs a little less than 15 euro.
The price is quite high (too high!) for the accommodation especially with the mandatory cleaning costs.
It was not clean, despite the very high (mandatory!) cleaning costs of somewhat over 200 euro.
- layers of dust under the table, on lamps , the carpet, etc. It had clearly not been cleaned on these spots for months.
- food scraps on the stove
- bad smelling moisture/goo underneath the sink.
The matresses were very soft! And in two rooms completely old with large pits in them that caused back and neck pain. At first: no response after a complaint on the resort guest site. When we went to the reception the next day, the matresses were replaced withon the hour! That was great service!
Be careful walking on the terrace, the wood splinters easily.
The boulevard is not really our personal taste, but for young families or if you are with friends/a larger group it is accommodating. It has a shop, bike rental and animation.
The supermarket is quite expensive and does not have a a lot of fresh vegetables.

the location of the houses, quiet and beautiful scenery.
not as clean as you would expect for the money. on leaving the cleaners arrived too early, pushing you out, very unkind and not acceptable.

The accommodation was perfect and many attractions for children - outside and inside swimming pools, playgrounds for kids, funny program for kids. The environment around the resort is amazing providing many opportunities for physical activities.
I can say that the internet connection was unusable.

It was great time for me!!! thanks a lot for your care! we had a wonderful Birthday celebration!!!!

The property is designed specifically for families with children. If you have kids, this is the place that you would like to stay, in my opinion.
Nothing really. One point would be that the property is located in a steep hill, Which would limit you to enjoy all the parts of the facility.

I originally selected the resort because it is close to the Hürtgen Forest and I wanted to understand more about the Soldiers involved in the battle. The local tourist information provided by the resort allowed us to learn more about the history of the area beyond the war. Germany truly is a country rich in history and culture. The resort was very accommodating and welcoming for everyone in my family. The woman at the reception desk was very helpful and confident when we checked in. We have not fully learned the German language yet and she was very understanding of this and spoke in English. Everyone at the resort acted with the same professionalism. The best part is how quiet the resort was at all hours. We do not get to enjoy this in the United States. It was a wonderful stay!
I would put the rules for the pool inside the room in the information booklet. Somehow we missed the giant sign until the last day.

The Resort is located in the National Park Eifel, direct connection to many hiking/bicycle routes and water. However, the Resort is not recommended if you cannot or do not like to climb "hills". We stayed at the Rursee bungalow, which was great, but at the bottom of the Resort. It was a very steep "climb" to get to the top where e.g. restaurants, swimming pools, grocery store etc. are located at. If you would stay at the appartements at the top, you will not have this problem. Due to corona related manpower shortage, the restaurants were closed. Reception personnel were very friendly. We arrived early (approx. 11.00) and were given the parking card. We received a phone call around 14.30 that we could pick up the key for the bungalow. Nice, spacious, clean bungalow with sheets already on the beds and towels available. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. They have a Senseo coffee machine, in case you'd like to bring your own coffee pads!
The steep roads to get to e.g. restaurants, etc. We knew the Resort is located up against a hill, but didn't think it would be as steep as it is. If you have problems walking, then definitely not recommended.

We loved the location and the downhill walk to the town. The lake was also beautiful
Sound travelled through the apartment as well as the heat from the sauna.
We didn’t like it that the Imbiss as well as bike shop we’re closed on the days it hour we wanted to use them

Stayed over Easter Holidays and it was lovely. Staff was professional and very helpful. The surroundings are beautiful. It is an excellent location to explore the Northern part of the Eifel National park. The indoor swimming pool is clean and convenient and the bicycle rental shop is located near the restaurants and tourist office, very convenient. No compliants and would love to return some time.
The rental cabin was comfortably laid out and convenient to reach. Some of the walls in the cabin were a little banged up from visitors obviously being careless with their luggage...
A few kitchen utensils were lacking for everyday cooking but all in all, everything was very enjoyable.

As we were arriving later in the afternoon, we have received a call from the reception giving us check-in/arrival info, how to get a key from our room - all worked perfect, thank you! The apartment was super spacious, nicely equipped and clean, everything perfect really - I gave really high ranking as we do this appreciate the most. If traveling with kids, there is a giant indoor playground, one outdoor and one inflatable trampoline - really cool. There are two restaurants, snackbar and a shop and even a daycare corner (we did not use this so I wont give details about this).
The pizzeria was not opened yet (we were probably visiting out of season). We went to the Brauhaus twice; one evening just for a beer and the next day for lunch. This was a bit disappointing. The stuff was not ultimately friendly, especially if we only came for a drink. And the choice of food seems to be a local tragedy (we tried several restaurants in the surrounding area, same offer everywhere). Everything fried basically.
We also went to the swimming pool. We were a bit surprised there was nobody continuously cleaning the changing area. So the floor was super dirty how the water was mixing with all the dust and dirt people brought on their shoes. In addition, the staircase to arrive the indoor pool was ultimately slippery, like if someone put soap on it.
We were finding the water temperature quite low, especially in the baby pool you really expect warm water, it was not the case. And with the cold draft in the room, we could not stay very long. Sauna was supposed to open at six. We were leaving 6:15pm, the door was still locked.

I really liked the location and being in the nature. Also, bungalows were great with their size and privacy. They had enough equipment to cook, sleep and bath. It is also great that they provide clean sheets and towels. Thats something you can't find everywhere.
We wanted to use a barbecue from restaurant but they charged 10eu for a day to use a small barbecue. It is being sold for 28Eu in supermarkt. You can ask for a deposit, but rental price for a bbq? Thats annoying. And barbecue was really dirty.
