It’s a very good option for a short stay to enjoy the beach and cafés; however, not comfortable for more than 4 people a

location is excellent, easy check in, helpful staff

very limited amount of hot water, limited kitchen equipment (no essentials), sofabed is not suitable for sleeping- very uncomfortable

Disappointing

I received no information on where to collect the keys - another guest kindly tried to help me and said he and others had also experienced this problem - when I finally managed to get through to the receptionist on the phone she was extremely unfriendly, when I said I hadn't received the details on how to get access to my room, she angrily shouted at me that I had received the info (she was on loud speaker so the other guest who was trying to help me was a witness to this). Next day I did receive an apology... but it ruined my first day on the island.

* Rooms are not soundproof and we could hear the noise from the corridor * we were 4 travellers; our appartment consist of two bedrooms, one of which had only a single bed which forced two of us to sleep in the kitchen/living area * the two small bedrooms do not have direct ventilation and day light * we stayed one night from Friday to Saturday, due to the noise and loud music/smell from the restaurant below/people passing by till morning we could barely sleep. The “highlight” was the garbage van at 1:45 😵‍💫.

Location was perfect, less than 5 min from the beach, near a Dino supermarket and very central (plenty of bars and restaurants at a walking distance). The apartment was comfortable and the balcony was a good size.

Showers could be glass instead of a curtain.

The location is great, between the beach and city center. The apartment was clean, wifi was good and beds wewre conmortable.

A very enjoyable stay in an ideally placed and well furnished/maintained city/beach apartment.

This apartment was ideally placed next to the city centre and the beachfront. Staff were always accommodating and though we didn't ask for anything we always felt that if we had, they would go out of their way to help. The apartment was an ideal size for the two of us. The double bed was very comfy - I find it hard to sleep away from home but had no problem sleeping here. The kitchen facilities were basic and more than adequate for our needs. Overall, we were more than happy with our stay here and would be more than happy to revisit in the future.

It did feel that some evenings, our neighbours above, felt the need to both walk around in clogs and bang every drawer and cupboard door repeatedly, however these trivial things weren't a major issue as we accept that there were other people in the apartment block.

So much fun!

Location was great! Right next to the beach with restaurants and close to shops. The room was very clean and well looked after. Great anti slip floor as well. Loved the jacuzzi! Nadia the receptionist was very helpful and booked us our taxis in Spanish multiple times and suggested great places to go see in the area. Was able to cook meals in the kitchen. There was everything needed to prepare meals!

Dissapointed

Location and cleanliness

😔It wasn't as good experience as it was in November 21. We had a boiler that only allowed one hot shower and there were 3 of us. We ended up using other rooms which meant going between floors and having to use a room which was being refurbished. We took my Mum after raving about our stay in November only for her to be dissapointed. The staff were friendly enough but a room change should of been made by Valentina Beach 😔. Not sure if we will return 😔
