This 3 bedroom luxury officially rated 4 star apartment is adjacent to ski lifts in a village centre setting. Two bathrooms, one with whirlpool bath. Fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Balcony with views of the village, valley and the ski-run. Underground parking facility, cave/locker for ski storage. Great stay in this apartment located in the village.
The gondola that goes to the station (1200m) is really in front of us, very appreciable.

Loved Phil’s loft apartment. Had great room spacing, nice kitchen, living room was perfect for hanging outafter a long day’s ski. Proximity to Morillon gondola was amazing. Only priblem was we had bad weather and there wasn’t good snow. We had one day where it rained pit completely and couldn’t ski which was a big bummer. The following week after we left had amazing snow however and the slopes had enough to have fun.

We had a fantastic week in Morillon. The flat was perfect for two families with lots of nice touches. The location was great-right opposite the gondola and the skiing was ideal for our children aged 6-8. Morillon was quiet but a lovely village with a great, family friendly restaurant right opposite the flat. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough snow to ski all the way down but the gondola up was easy. Only one criticism was we had to take our own towels and the dishwasher wasn’t working very well. Apart from that it was all wonderful.

We spent a lovely holiday at the cosy apartment which is situated right next to the gondola in Morillon. We did have a bit of a problem locating it as the numbering was quite confusing, but that was more due to us misreading the instructions I think. The apartment has everything you need and ample seating for the five of us which can be rare in an apartment in France (there were three double sofa's one of which is a sofa bed). It is up several sets of stairs and as it is a loft apartment there are also stairs once you access the property. These can be closed off however by using the stair gate. Phil was very helpful and available at all times to answer questions and we would be very happy to return.

What a great location. Literally was able to
Ski to right outside the apartment and enjoyed views of the slopes from the balcony. The apartment had lots of cookware and we were even provided with tea towels, cloths etc which we haven’t had before in that resort so nice surprise. The kids loved the ps4 too after a days skiing. Very clean and tidy and cosy at night and Phil was very responsive. A great place and would definitely stay again.

Well equipped and comfortable apartment. Great location with Doina piste outside and a stone's throw from the gondola. Nearby to restaurants and shop. Storage for skis underneath. Great stay!

We had a great time in this cosy apartement in Morillon. Very well located, next to the Télécabine of Morillon/le Grand Massif. Also the commerces next door (ski rental, bakery, supermarket, restaurants) are very convenient for your stay. We left our car in the garage and did not use it the whole skiing holiday!
Apartment is big enough for a (large) family with multiple kids. It has got a well equipped kitchen, comfortable couches, beds already made upon arrival and last but not least: the hot tub indoors.

An excellent apartment in a super location, unfortunately not able to ski home due to lack of snow but still super convenient.
The apartment had everything we needed and so much more.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was really comfortable and had a fantastic location. Storage for our bikes and car was excellent. We were able to walk out the apartment and do a range of activities and eat out when we wanted to. A fantastic holiday overall.

Fantasticly situated apartment adjacent to the ski lift, ski hire shops, local bars and restaurants.
Apartment was spacious enough for two families and all the luggage required for a weeks skiing. Welcome pack was very welcoming and local mini shop provided all we needed for the week. Ski Cave ideal for storage and balcony view amazing. Shame the washing machine failed before our visit but we managed. Communication from the renter was first class running up to and during the trip. Morillon is a nice little village with plenty going on.

You can easily get everything you need here if you like skiing in unpretentious, good value resorts.
The owner, Phil, is very prompt in answering queries and very helpul.

Stayed here for 7 days 4 adults 4 children , the apartment was spot on in every way , there was plenty of room for everyone not like normal French accommodation, the lift was directly outside which made it easier in the mornings, morillion is perfect for family's there is not much in the village but it suited us as we had a young family, the gondola opposite to get up to the beginners slope was the only small pain as I had to go there everyday and pay 7.50 euros to take my 2 year old up to the slopes, if you are skiing for a week and have no infants a weekly pass is perfect, if your driving down I parked my vehicle in the lane where the busses park as I had a van which wouldn't fit in the garage which was no problems at all. It's 5 stars for me it was the first time I took my family on a skiing holiday to which they all can't wait to go again.

A lovely, spacious, well equipped apartment within a few minutes walk of Morillon village.
There was plenty of room for 5 of us, and being able to sit out on a balcony on an evening was an added bonus.
The apartment comes with really useful downstairs storage space and an internal garage. Unfortunately our car was too high to access the garage but there was ample parking nearby so it didn't cause any problems. There was an amazing welcome pack waiting for us on arrival which after a long car journey was very much appreciated.
Communication with the owner was excellent and we would love to stay here again for a future holiday.

Great week skiing
We have stayed at the apartment 5 times now due to its great location, comfort the ease of driving to the apartment from the UK.

Great location we may have been lucky with the snow but it’s a joy to be able to ski in and out.
Really well supplied apartment in a great location with easy access to bars and restaurants Samoëns is just over 5 minutes by car everyone we met were friendly and helpful will come back again

Fabulous location
This was our 6th year in this great apartment and we'll be returning next year. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Fantastic location for ski lift, ski hire, shops and bars. Short transfer from Geneva. Perfect for our group.

Prima appartement op top locatie
Knus appartement, op perfecte locatie. Ondanks dat het appartement voor 7 personen niet al te groot was, hebben we het wel enorm naar onze zin gehad. Alles wat nodig is voor een heerlijke vakantie is aanwezig. De ligging maakt het compleet. Je stapt de deur uit en zo de skilift in.
Le Grand Massif is een super mooi gebied, overzichtelijk en voor elk niveau. We hebben genoten.

Loved it- The apartment, Loved it- The village, Loved it- The ski area
Fantastic holiday away with extended family ( 4 adults and 4 children). Lubys is perfectly located at the bottom of the gondola ski lift that takes you up to access the ski area at Morillon 1100, but there's also the option to ski back down at the end of the day to just outside the apartment which provides the best of both options. We so over packed!!, no need; there's everything both within the apartment and within the village itself. Morillon is great, its a local village (busy with skiers) with a butchers, bakery, small supermarket, chemist and some good places to eat. There was a street market on the Wednesday and its also worth a walk to Lac Bleu ( a small lake). Parking in the village is free and ample- we parked in the main ski car park as found the space in the underground garage too tight and we had 2 cars anyway, but would perhaps have reconsidered if the weather had been bad. Ample chair lifts and variety of runs with access to various ski areas- would definitely recommend having the full pass for the Grand Massif to give you access to the full area- we skied to Flaine one day during our trip.

Lubys Loft 23rd - 30th January 2017
We have been here 4 times before and would most certainly come here again. This time we came with other friends and there was 6 of us. The apartment which is on the third floor is well equipped if you want to stay in rather than eat out and has everything you need to support 8 + adults eating in including a large "country kitchen" style dinning table, a full cooker with oven and hob, microwave and lots of plates and pans etc. It has three x 3 person sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) plus an armchair in the lounge and a big TV. We have only ever had a maximum of 6 adults in the apartment and as such have had plenty of space. There is one double room, one twin (you can push the beds together if you want) and one bunk bed room with a pull out bottom bed able to sleep two. The garage parking is easy to access but the garage is a bit dark even with the lights on and it is not very well marked as to which space is yours so check carefully.
It really is right next to the Gondola and ski pass office which you can see from the balcony and you can ski back to the apartment on a blue run (ski conditions allowing). You can access Morillon, Samoens and Les Carroz easily from the apartment and the Flaine ski area is not far on the ski lifts for which you will need a Grand Massif pass but does not cost much more than an local pass. It is ideal for Blue and Red run skiers.
Morillon village its self is quite quiet but has a couple of ski shops, restaurants, a small supermarket a good bakers. There is a market one day a week. There are a few good after ski bars, one of which is at the base of the apartment block next to the lift. (You can't hear the bar from the apartment). Samoens (town) is 5 minute drive and has a large supermarket and provides everything you may need. We have not been to the apartment in the summer but are considering doing so in a few years.

We had fun times there. Lubys Loft is about an hours drive to Chamonix (great place for shopping) and Lake Annecy, (great place for watersports). I would definitely recommend Lubys Loft to my family and friends. Also had very good communication with owners. Thanks again, The Baileys.
