Pleasant surprise by room change

This is our second time staying at this place. Our room, which we initially ordered was replaced by the host to separately standing bungalow with several rooms and a personal kitchen with fridge and utensils. Plenty of room and a nice dining area. Wi-Fi was great, we could watch some movies from online.

had food poisoning

we had food poisoning from the breakfast served here, from a group of 8, 4 had nauseas and vomiting for more than 2 days. In sure we were not the only ones, as I could here people in the neighboring rooms throwing up at night. Definitely should be more careful with the food you serve, and how it is manipulated. This was a terrible bump in our stay, creating anxiety and stress. After this we were not able to have a proper meal until we returned home and were suffering from stomach ache and nausea for the rest of our trip. In addition, the room toilet had a terrible smell like sewers.

Hübsches Anwesen, waren dennoch enttäuscht.

Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde in einem offenen hübschen Raum neben dem Pool serviert - es war ausreichend und gut.

Wir hatten die "Suite" mit zwei Schlafzimmern/Familienzimmer. Es waren zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Badezimmer, das feuchte Fliesen hatte (Lüften hat geholfen) und unangenehm roch. Vorhänge hätten die beiden Zimmer hübscher gemacht. In einem Zimmer war die Jalousie kaputt und wir mussten sie händisch mit viel Kraft nach oben drücken. Die Küche durfte man mitbenutzen, war aber leider nicht so einladend. Das Licht des Vorraums war mit dem Lichtschalter des davor liegenden Flurs (ausserhalb unseres Teils) verbunden und somit brannte stets Licht. Ließ sich nicht ändern. Wie wir gesehen haben, gab es auch hübschere Zimmer. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Das Personal war sehr bemüht. Es gab allerdings keine Rezeption. Das Personal vor Ort telefonierte stets mit der Rezeption.

Catastrophique et à vous dégoutez de réserver sur "booking" qui vous propose un établissement pareil

Vraiment rien de bien !

J'avais réservé un studio, celui-ci situé au rez de chaussée face au jardin où du monde jouait et passait n'avait pas de rideaux pour la majorité des fenêtres malgré le fait qu'il soit au rdch. J'ai d'ailleurs préféré quitter cet hôtel avant la fin de ma réservation, lors de mon départ, il n'y a d'ailleurs pas eu le moindre étonnement de la part de la responsable. Il n'y a pas eu la moindre excuse ou proposition d'un éventuel remboursement. Je n'ai jamais eu une si mauvaise expérience et pourtant des hôtels j'en fréquente énormément. J'ai réservé un autre hôtel à quelques kilomètres de là (hôtel Smart Estoril) pour lequel je n'ai que des louanges à émettre. Ce dernier était ce qui ne gâche rien également moins cher.

Good option, but not for everyone

Quiet and well located former farm with easy access to multiple cities around, and parking spaces. Large and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Good wifi.

Some infrastructure problems which they claimed to be due to the uncommon excessive rain and cold. Central heat was not working and the alternative electric heater caused multiple circuit breaks. No hot water for shower in one of the days. Those are rooms in a shared house, so loud neighbors are a problem.

Unkompliziertes Buchen. Sehr netter Empfang. Sehr schöne Location.

Leider war eine Jalousie kaputt. Sie ließ sich nicht öffnen. Die Küchenausstattung könnte um einige Essentials erweitert werden. In den Schränken müffelte es etwas. Das Haus ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen, hat seinen Charme nicht verloren, aber die ein oder andere kleinere Schadstelle könnte ausgebessert werden.

Beautiful and tastefully decorated enviroment to rest and enjoy

The building is beautiful and is located in a wonderful environment. The whole property is full of details and furnishings, I believe it is a paradise in the summer months. The rooms were large and comfortable, the heating was excellent. The kitchen had everything necessary for preparing meals and a longer stay. The gentleman who welcomed us was very kind, they have an adorable dog and some cats too.

The location is not very easy to find, we struggled a bit with navigation. The 2 bedroom family room is a connected space and there is no door, I don't think that is emphasized enough. When the facility is full, parking can be problem.

Correcta pero desatendida en mis solicitudes

Es un sitio agradable tranquilo y bien situado para moverte a Lisboa Cascáis, Sinatra,.. no hay problema de aparcamiento. Son estancias espaciosas y con encanto.

Había un olor desagradable en el baño. Solicite algún ambientador y no hicieron caso. El olor venía porque la tapa del sifon que está en el suelo y por donde pasan los desagües estaba suelta sin sellar y dejaba pasa malos olores. No me dieron solución y ni me contestaron. Sufrí todos los días ese mal olor sin solución.He solicitado ya en tres ocasiones la factura de esta estancia del 8 al 10 a nombre de mi empresa y no recibo respuesta ni factura por parte del establecimiento. Increíble la falta de Atencion al cliente en estos aspectos.

Week-end prolongé au calme

Le cadre, l'amabilité du personnel et leur réactivité, le confort et les extérieurs. La cuisine est bien équipée, la décoration est choisie avec goût, les chambres sont très confortables. Voyage en novembre, chauffage efficace et eau chaude instantanée très appréciés !

Le nettoyage n'était pas impeccable et l'entretien de la maison peut être amélioré (porte de la chambre abîmée, petites fuites d'eau dans la cuisine, etc.). Ne nous ont, bien entendu, pas empêcher de passer un excellent moment en famille et d'adorer le lieu.

Lovely Villa with very welcoming owners!

Amazing place to stay — 15m drive from Lisbon to stay in a lovely country villa with amazing staff, comfort and with a pool for the kids:)

It would be perfect if it had Air Con, but I’m being picky here!

Superb

Very nice place, very nice peoples. The pool is great. 20 minutes drive from lisbon City Center. 20 minutes from Sintra. Highly recommended!

Great spot, would stay again but would probably pick a different apartment.

The countryside setting is wonderful and the hosts are lovely. The ambiance is very chilled and if you like a communal vibe this place is perfect for you.

The electrics were not great. Half the sockets and switches didn't work. The bathroom was small and just having the one WC for an apartment that sleeps 6-8 was a challenge. Generally there are pockets of really cool decor ideas and there is a lot of love dedicated to the outside lifestyle, but our apartment needed some investment in the basics. There was an iron but no ironing board in one of the cupboards when we arrived but it had disappeared when we went to use if before going home. My sis in law who was also staying (and had an awesome apartment) reported she had an ironing board but no iron in hers.. just little things but it could be improved on. Over all tho I would recommend.

Shady check in, not clean, not many functional amenities.

The location was beautiful

The check-in was shady, the lady kept saying different things about room and said she is giving me an upgrade. When i realized i had booked two bedrooms and she gave me one in name of upgrade. Earlier she was just giving me one bedroom, After I asked again then she said i can take two rooms. We were already settled so we didn’t move. My husband got rashes after sleeping there

Amazing place!

Beautiful place outside lisbon but not too far away. Great place for family or couple holidays trip. Charcoal BBQ is amazing!

Missing cutlery and wine glasses in our house but we easily found spared ones in the communal areas. So not a problem at all!

Amazing place to stay, near to lisbon in a quiet area. The host was great and courteous. Neat and clean interior with beautiful garden, outdoor pool, party place, and BBQ area. We enjoyed our stay.

Really nice location, just outside the city

nice pool and bbqs! great that it has a shared kitchen where we met other guest where we shared our experiences and childeren could play nicely in the garden and pool. we absolutely loved this place. owner specially came to bring the babycot as it was forgotten to be placed in the room.view of the place is really nice and rooms are cleaned everyday

kitchen was not fully equipped, would be nice to have a cutting board and perhaps a freezer. the knob was not in by which you could only close the door by locking it. breakfast/bread service in the morning would be a nice addition.

It was like ‘self-checkin’ but not really. We needed to call twice to be able to get in. There were a massive infestation of ants in the bathroom.

Staff were very helpful and let us stay by pool gave free breakfast when we were early for check in. Also because we had to wait a little they upgraded us for free which was so nice of them. Nunu and his wife were very hospitble and helpful thanks 😊
