Perfect Holiday

Extremely attentive host! Waited for our arrival to show us a city room, but then offered a free upgrade to his beachfront property!! Comfortable, spacious, extremely clean, and what a lovely view from our terrace!!

Very good

Very nice host. Italian Stylle very clean room with extra bathroom and door/window in front. Very affordable and 5 minutes to the center. Bus stop to the surroundings 300m away.

Awoken in the night

Two complimentary bottles of beer from host.

Prevailing smell of damp. Air fresheners placed around the room ( I assume to hide the smell of damp.) Flimsy front door, which I couldn't lock, so didn't feel secure. Awoken at 4.00am by intermittent banging noise. Discovered it was the wind causing the flimsy front door to move about. Shower's hot water only lasted 3minutes, so ended with cold water shower.

We were, like many others in the reviews, given a different place than the one we booked so I don't know anything about that room. The one we were given was an apartment very close to the beach like 10 minutes walk from the city centre. It was very nice, even though we didn't end up going to the beach.

It is a bit strange that so many people are moved to this new location, also feels a bit strange when offered on site. If this is standard the listing should be changed to this beach-apartment so you know what to expect. I would have felt very uncomfortable getting into his car to go to the new location if I had been alone. Everything was fine though and we were very satisfied.

The owner offered us to stay at another place than the one we booked when we arrived so no idea how the room initially booked is but the place he drove us to was really very nice. A very nice and well renovated fisher house just in front of the beach, very quiet and typical. It is located on the beach area but it is possible to reach the center/old town in a few minutes walk from stairs (nice walk). The owner and his wife are very sweet and willing to accommodate their hosts the best way. Possible to buy them local food and olive oil to cook good tomato pastas, with excellent coffee and breakfast crackers offered too. If we could have cancelled the next hotel and stayed there one more night we would definitely have. Thanks!

Superb

My wife and me had the entire apartment on the 2nd floor at our disposal; in the living room is a huge bed with a stove + large kitchen + nice and clean bathroom; simple but good breakfast + coffee maker, clean and tidy, a morning with a beautiful view from the balcony on the bay is unforgettable. Mateo is a nice host, he was in touch with us all the time. We recommend

Superb

The owner was very kind, offering his direct waterfront apartment instead of the chosen one. Due to this, we cannot evaluate the original accommodation here. The owner was very helpful with the placement and charging of the e-bikes. Good coffee machine, wine and soft drinks waiting in the fridge.

Great place, great value for money!

We were moved by the owner to one of his other sites just next to the sea site. It is an amazing location, close to the beach and 10 minutes on foot to the city center. The place is spacious and has everything that is necessary - including a decent coffee machine. Loved it! :)
