Great for a short stay in Soller. Great location, comfy and clean.

Good location, a short walk from the square and transport links to other towns including Palma. Clean, comfortable and good value for money.

Not 24 hour service (not always someone at reception).

Décevant ne vaut pas le prix

Le fait que nous n’ayons pas été obligé de dormir dans la rue.

Personnel inexistant, porte à ouvrir avec un digicode, clef à notre nom sur le comptoir d’accueil de l’hôtel, très décevant niveau sécurité: n’importe qui aurait pu récupérer nos clefs/ les échanger/ ou utiliser notre chambre. Parties communes semblables à une auberge de jeunesse. Pas d’ascenseur: 3em étage pour notre part. Chambre petite, sans décoration, pas de table de nuit des 2 cotes du lit. Salle de bain: lavabo sans rebord et minuscules + serviettes de bain tachée et pas de personnel à qui demander pour les changer! Également bruyant et mal isolé.

Très confortable et calme.

Chambre très agréable et literie très confortable. Très propre. Rue calme et bonne isolation de la chambre. Salle de bains privée très agréable.

Absence de personnel sur les lieux. Rapport qualité / prix un peu cher. Entrée très peu sécurisée, n'importe qui peut récupérer nos clefs. Rester plus longtemps.

Wir würden wieder in dieses Hotel gehen!

Bequemes Einchecken; im Eingangsbereich Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffe sowie Geschirr, Gläser und Bestecke zur freien Benutzung, Garten mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet, in der Diele Tische und Stühle für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Im Zimmer zusätzliche Wolldecke, Heizöfchen, Kühlschrank. Bett sehr komfortabel. Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und doch in 3 Minuten zu Fuss in der Innenstadt.

Der Eingangsbereich und der öffentliche Bereich ist echt schön. Genauso wie der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse aus auf die Berge. Badezimmer auch ok

Das Zimmer wirkte etwas abgenutzt, das Bett hat geknarzt, 1 Handtuch leider nicht ganz sauber und alles sehr hellhörig. Draußen saßen nachts und auch relativ früh morgens noch Leute, von denen man jeden Ton im Zimmer gehört hat

Peaceful and breathtaking views

It was in a beautiful location 2 mins from all the hustle and bustle of the town but in a quiet spot where we could relax. The courtyard is a nice touch and the rooms were very clean.

We wish there was a mini kitchen (stove, microwave) to cook our own food. Also, it would have been useful to have a washing machine especially if you are staying for longer.

Large outdoor space to relax in. Hairdryers, irons at reception to use. A kettle and toaster also available for guests. Central but quiet location.

Superb

Classic old building close to bars and restaurants in centre of Soller. Good value for money. Excellent WiFi.

No breakfast provided. This is clear on the adverts but a hassle every morning. My mistake.

Great location, beautiful view, thoughtfully organised.

Very nice an atmosferic hotel, a converted villa. The views to the mountains are amazing and the communal area allows to have dinners/drinks/picnics there in serenity and with incredible view. Very easy to access the town centre by foot, excellent location. There was a supermarket nearby. Parking is not available, so we had to find spots in the streets - never struggles with that too much. Parking is free after 8pm before 9am. There was a fridge with water where anyone could take a bottle and leave EUR 1 in piggy bank - that was amazing idea and I used it more than once.

Superb

The accommodation is in the historic center, in a quiet narrow street, a short walk from the shop and the main square. Beautiful relaxing garden.

There is a problem with parking in the city.

Great stay in beautiful Soller

Perfect location, close to the town centre. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Hot shower.

No Tea making facilities in the room No pool.

the location

very small, the walls are like not existing, you can hear everything like it’s next to you, you have to park far away from your location, the door from the bathroom has a window see through, the pillow wasn’t comfortable (but just my opion about the pillow)

Good location, clean and easy to access. Had everything we needed and access was well explained.

There was no staff, which wasn't a problem, but if there had been a problem maybe it could have been? Luckily no issues!

Very good

lovely location. beautiful building and garden area. nice clean quiet room. would definitely stay here again in future.

no reception staff available at any point during my stay. I was sent a text message with a code to access the building and then the key was left in an envelope on the reception desk. it seemed like an odd process but worked fine. the only member of staff I saw in 4 days was the lovely cleaner who was very helpful.

Good location, average place.

central location

The place is a bit old and shabby. it could do with some loving and upgrading. Dropping the off the luggage is difficult as there is no parking within a long distance and the entrance door opens immediately to the very narrow on way street. The property owner could have given some heads up regarding this and given recommendations for parking which is challenging in Sóller. It is self check in. Nobody at the reception. There is an out of order machine apparently used to register passports. The fridge in the room is quiet tiny. The shower pan drained so slowly it would almost overflow to the floor if not careful. And when someone in another room would be taking a shower you could hear the shower drain gurgle as if the water was coming into our shower pan.

We curtailed our stay here as we needed to sleep

Location was great - near the middle of the old town.

The beds were very uncomfortable. So bad nights sleep and tired bodies doesn’t help you enjoy your holiday! Rooms very c be basic. The photos were rather misleading.

Beautiful building, Wonderful location but overpriced for what it was

The location & the actual building were amazing, you're literally off the the main square in a beautiful old quiet street. The building itself is lovely, with a small courtyard as you walk in. The cleaning lady was a treasure, very helpful and friendly.

The shower head was broken - it did work but the handle that held it was on an angle which was a little annoying. It felt more like a guest house than a hotel, which we didn't mind but for the price you pay you'd expect a bit more eg. it said there would be a pool available but when we arrived there wasn't one. The price was also more than what was agreed on booking.com by about £20, which we were confused by. Got told it was hotel tax but we initially thought this was included in the price.
