The B&B exceeded our expectations and enhanced our enjoyment of Venice.

This was the perfect B&B. We loved the location, the comfortable and beautiful room, the delicious breakfast, and the wonderful hospitality. Lara provided great information and always made sure we were comfortable.

Perfect apartment for exploring Venice, a real treat.?

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful, handy location. Very luxuriously decorated….the spa Bath in our room was heavenly. Air conditioning and comfortable in the heat. Communication from host was exceptional and so helpful during our stay.

Beautiful B&B in great location, helpful staff will meet any need

The location of the B&B was perfect, on a beautiful square where several movies have been filmed. We enjoyed the gelato place a few steps from the entry pathway. It’s about a 2 minute walk to the public boat taxi that runs up and down the grand canal. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. Lara, Angela and staff will assist with any need, including transfer from airport. There is a great little place for drinks and snacks located nearby, across the canal from the squero, so you can watch the workers repair gondolas.

Don’t hesitate, book this. It’s perfect.

So much thought, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent hospitality has been put into this place and the experience provided to guests. The room was spacious and clean, with thoughtful touches to make things more comfortable. The staff were wonderful, kind consummate hosts. Breakfast was delicious and generous. The location is perfect - you can walk to anything but you’re away from the crowds and the most touristic parts of Venice. Thank you to Lara and the team for a perfect stay.

fantastic stay in a great location - more than just a B&B

we stayed in a spa bath king room which was a great size, lovely furnishings and more than expected from a B&B. loved the little balcony where breakfast was served and the availability of the self serve coffees throughout the day Would recommend the family restaurant too

Stunning property. Room was very clean & beautiful over looking the canals. Great location! Breakfast was amazing the staff went above and beyond. Communication from Lara and her team was brilliant before and throughout and they really made us feel special. Thanks again Lara & her team for everything we will definitely return.

It was the best experience I had in Venezia. They were very, very kind, The tub in the room was fantastic, The location was not that bad because there was a station near the hotel. I recommend this hotel to couples.

Excellent home like stay when you don’t need/care Big hotel ammenities.

Really good location, once you found it. Rooms nice and clean, no unnecessary stuff that gather dust. If not able to go up and down stairs, then not for you. Breakfast really good and allergies where taken into consideration. Staff very friendly.

Try to double charge something already paid.

perfect place for first timers in venice who dont want to feel authentic venice

the host Lara is a nice mix of assistance without feeling invasive. always available instantly to answer questions on whatapp at any time . She gave us great recommendations and made our reservations for us at perfect restauraunts , including at their family restauraunt downstairs which was amazing . the breakfast was sumptuous to say the least and cappuccino and pastry were delicious. she left us pastry to snack on at night too! The building is a 15 century shell beautifully restored and renovated with a perfect sense of modern design up against antique preservation. the bathroom , bed, linens, sofa and roominess were all lovely . theres also plenty of room to spread out. the windows look out on a quiet classical venetian canal . i am not a bed and breakfast person but i would definitely return here because the balance of assistance and quality of the space and location was perfect . thank you Lara for making our first visit to venice perfect ! we will see you again!

fabulous hotel and based in a lovely part of town x

Beautiful property in brilliant location ! staff were warm and welcoming with great communication. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of choice and snacks and coffees also available throughout the day. a really lovely place to stay would highly recommend.

property was more expensive than others we looked at however was worth the money.

Very good

Host, Lara, was very kind and accommodating. She helped us a lot and recommended us things to do around Venice. The room we stayed in was very nice. She kindly gave us a map and highlighted the main spots to visit.

The breakfast variety was limited however that's about it.

Great room with an amazing jacuzzi tub, extremely helpful staff, and a wonderful breakfast.

Everything from check-in, to breakfast, to the room and amenities (absolutely amazing jacuzzi tub), to location, to rooftop deck was amazing. Lara was so helpful especially with instructions for arrival and departure.

Great place to stay for couples. Even greater if you have 3 couple friends to take all 3 rooms.

The location is great for walking about as it is quite central. The host was excellent and helpful and even help with our bulky luggage when we were worried if it was too much too heavy for us to handle as it is a walk-up. Excellent for couples.

Nothing really. Its a boutique B&B so don't expect a hotel type of environment. The host was always ready on chat if you need anything so we were quite comfortable that we were well taken care of and also had privacy.

We loved Caisin di Napoli and can't wait to return!

The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of options and delicious coffee, served on the patio overlooking the nearby rooftops. Lara, the owner was so helpful and arranged a water taxi from the airport and met the taxi at a nearby dock to show us the way to the B&B. She was extremely helpful with all our questions and it was a pleasure staying here. There are only 3 rooms at this B&B and we totally recommend it.

Fantastic, welcoming stay

Lovely breakfast, with very attentive and personal service. The host was so very welcoming and kindly gave us a lot of tips to make our visit of the city stress free! Felt very special and comfortable. The building is gorgeous and historic with original features. The bed was so comfy - we had some of the best sleep. Really pleased we stayed in this great b&b. Exceptional

The location of the hotel is just perfect, in Dorsoduro area, 15min walk from the bus station and train station and another 10-15min walk from San Marco area. The hotel is surrounded by nice restaurants and the area is more quiet and not as full as tourists as San Marco. We also loved the restaurants downstairs that belong to the same family. We can only recommend Casin Dei Nobili for their amazing hospitality during our stay.

Room was lovely. Comfy bed, good shower. Triple pane windows made for quiet nights. Laura was always helpful. Breakfasts on terrace perfect way to start each day. Only criticism is lack of a full length mirror. Highly recommend.

Comfort and Contentment

I am happy to give this impressive B&B a full rating as we could not have been treated better or been more comfortable. It is ideally situated in our favourite district of Venice, on the top floor over a restaurant we know well from previous visits to Venice. It has been renovated to modern standards while retaining its classic Venice atmosphere. All three double rooms have a thermal bath and a huge bed, with windows overlooking a canal. We were well looked after by Lara who always provided us with plentiful help-yourself snacks with a machine for fresh coffee. Any information we needed she knew or checked for us. Our stay was a delightful experience and we shall certainly return. We have always recommended the restaurant to friends, and now both the restaurant below and the B&B above (with completely separate entrances) make a perfect Venice destination.

Two flights of stairs may be difficult for some but worth the effort.

A perfect place to stay in a great part of Venice....

What a great place. We were looked after beautifully by Lara from our arrival, throughout our two nights here. We loved the jazucci bath, and the room was lovely. The view down to the canal from the bedroom was perfect, and having breakfast out on the terrace was so relaxing, we did not want it to finish each morning. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs on our last night, which was also great. We had such a great stay....
