Good location if you have a car, just on the outskirts of Olbia. Private parking inside the property. Nice family house with spacious rooms and bathrooms nicely furnished. Breakfast available as a buffet. The host was helpful but there was some language communication gap.

Room number 1 where we stayed was overlooking the busy street so it was noisy especially early in the morning and woke us up at 6 am. There is a bar underneath in the same building so it is quite noisy in general. There are also few details that require improvement but we understand host's are still young and maybe not quite familiar with the European standards. -There are no spices: salt, pepper, olive, etc. available at breakfast table. -No facility to warm up milk for the coffee - only a shaker. As a result you drink lukewarm coffee. -Wet waste bin is on the outside of the house only. I can't imagine myself going out of house and 2 flights of stairs down with my breakfast plate to throw away banana skin etc. :) - Shower curtain and toilet paper holder are visibly broken which is a shame as the room and bathroom are really nice and it just spoils the whole impression and gives you a sense of negligence. - English communication with quests could be improved. I suggest to prepare a clear list of house rules in English and put them on the main table in the kitchen for everybody. E.g. we learned at the end of our stay that main table is supposed to be used as a buffet only and you are not allowed to eat there :). In that case I suggest to remove chairs from there as it is just confusing.

fantastic host, very helpful. He lent us bicycles so that we could explore the nearby beaches. Very clean room and bathroom

The owner was very kind and helpfull. The place was very clean. There is a shared kitchen, a garden and a parking place.
