Dakterras met uitzicht over Antigua. Prima douche en voorzieningen
Hele kleine kamers, je zit echt bovenop elkaar. Geen ruimte om je tas neer te zetten.

The room and the location is fantastic but I think that it should include the breakfast as it is not a cheap property. Also, in Guatemala on many hotels you can't flush toilet paper and you leave it in a bin, but I had to ask to have the room cleaned as after two days they still hadn't emptied the bin or clean the room. So for the price I expect to have breakfast included and clean the room more often. I booked an ensuite double room.
Also they didn't accept credit cards, but I hope this is been fixed.

very nice rooftop, hot showers, nice common areas
not a super social hostel

Wow this hostel is the perfect place to stay. All of the staff were outstanding in their politeness and kindness. I was unfortunate enough to be ill during my stay and I was very well taken care of and offered tea and hot water bottles. The staff, especially Tatiana and Soli went above and beyond with support and advising me on a doctor to see. The hostel was also exceptionally clean, the cleanest I have ever been to! Also, free tea and coffee whenever was a big bonus.
All was great.

This is the best hostel we’ve ever stayed in. The staff are all so wonderful and helpful, the hostel is immaculately clean and they even wash your dishes for you after you cook! The rooftop area is incredible for watching Fuego erupt in the evenings with an even better view than the rooftop bars in town.

especially the friendly staff and the rooftop :)

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! They knew exactly where I needed to go when I wanted to mail some postcards and when I had to visit a doctor. The hostel is kept very clean and sanitary. The rooftop terrace is cozy and has a beautiful view. I liked that the dorm rooms had privacy curtains, personal outlets and reading lights, and a convenient spot to put small belongings/water bottles/etc.
The internet was horrible, even though they have 4 routers throughout the building. The dorm room gets very very hot at night and the fans only hit those on the top bunks. The mattresses and pillows are thin and lumpy. Like others have mentioned in their reviews, I wish the kitchen had a sink to wash hands/wash produce/drain pasta water/etc.
4.5
Really nice hostel with very friendly staff and a great kitchen and rooftop!
Booking advertises this hostel saying that the price includes all fees and taxes but it doesn't! so my hostel bed for 2 nights although advertised as 230Q came to 280.60Q, this adds up if you're backpacking!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff - booked Pacaya tour through the hostel. Large lockers. Beds had curtains and hanging pockets (loved this). Lots of water, coffee and tea available. Great roof terrace. Quite far out of the centre - quiet area.
Toilets and showers were tiny (knees touching door when sitting!). No dry area where you could comfortably change your clothes. Bedrooms were open (no keys). Wifi was very dodgy and the networks would fill up quickly leaving no space for you to connect.

Everything was great starting from the first moment I entered the hostel! The staff is very, very helpful and welcoming, the rooms a clean and make you feel like home. The terrace has an amazing view over the vulcanos and the city and there is free water, tea and coffee! I would definitely recommend staying with them! :)

Centrally located, very safe, and well appointed. I loved the availability of coffee, tea, & filtered water all day. There is a store up front in case you forgot anything!
A bit hard to spot from outside. I didn’t find the bed to be very comfortable, and the dorm is a bit small for 6 people.

Amazing place super clean and relaxed. Great staff and the owner of the hostel helped me find a COVID test and really helped me out, which made such a huge difference to the end of my trip. Nice social spaces to meet other people and beautiful view of the surrounding volcanoes from the roof.

I loved the terrace! The views and all the plants really make for a peaceful atmosphere unlike any other terrace in Antigua. The staff was also very friendly and informative.
Nothing. Next time I will stay in a private room, although the dorms did have great security and privacy.

The staff is amazing, and the hostel is well-designed and offers all the amenities to make a hostel stay more comfortable (lighting and power sockets at each bed, bag for personal belongings, lockers, etc.) Also great rooftop terrace

Nice terrace and cool spots to hang out with amazing travelers from all around.
The beds could be more comfy/moderns.

The hostel was one of the best ones I've ever to. Beautiful, peaceful, amazing stuff ❤️

The vibe
The showers have inconsistent pressure and temperature, and I wasn't a fan of the rickety beds or the bathrooms being right next to a common area. Tile bathrooms act as a veritable megaphone for whatever it is you're doing inside. If you're a shy pooper like me, it's not ideal. The kitchen is very basic, albeit a temporary arrangement until they can save up some money to invest in a much better one.
Overall, it was a good stay, and you get a lot of value for your money. The vibe is very good. The rooftop is lovely, and the staff/owner are too.

The staff is super, super friendly!! The beds are comfortable, the wifi is good, the facilities are clean, the location is great, the other hostel guests are nice, everything was great :) I can highly recommend this hostel!
It's not really possible to lock the bathroom doors properly which sometimes caused some unexpected morning encounters ^^

This was a great stay in Antigua! Super clean, tranquilo vibes, free water and coffee all day, great wifi (I work and travel) so very important for me. Amazing chill area from the roof with views of the volcanos. I stayed in a private room which was a bit more pricey than the going rate in Antigua but if you're booking a bunk room the prices seem to be equal to everywhere else and I would HIGHLY reco staying here. Tatjana (probably spelling this wrong) also helped book Pacaya and shuttle to Atitlan for great prices from what I read online so I felt very well taken care of during my stay :)
The wifi in room 10 since is on the end is a bit weaker than the rest of the hostel but still very good. No other issues! Stay here!

Amazing view from the terrace, coffee and water all day and great staff
Mattress had a bit of a dip, not the most comfortable to sleep on

If you want a cute place with an amazing view ( terrace), this is the place!
Small and cozy room with comfortable beds!
The bathroom ( shower area) didn’t have soap.
No supermarket close.
