Empfehlenswertes, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit hervorragendem Service und hübschen Zimmern.

Das Bett war sehr bequem, es gab durchgehend heißes Wasser zum Duschen und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Alle MitarbeiterInnen waren sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Durch die zentrale Lage kann man die Stadt perfekt zu Fuß erkunden. Das Zimmer war groß genug und im EG, um mein Fahrrad mit abstellen zu können, super! Außerdem gibt es eine große Dachterrasse mit Stühlen, Tischen und Sonnenschirmen. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht und kann dort tagsüber oder Abends entspannen.

Leider ist das Wlan nicht besonders stark. Nur wenn man sich im Innenhof aufhält erhält man ein gutes Signal. Abends ist es ein wenig laut, das liegt einfach an der Lage des Hotels im Zentrum, mit Oropax kann man aber dennoch sehr gut einschlafen.

Disappointing

There was no AC included. I understand that this is Mexico but in a place such as Valle de Bravo, I would expect to have AC units for the rooms.

Disappointing

It was the worst experience of my life. The hotel insisted that I pay 100 percent, even though booking dot com said I have to pay 50 percent at the hotel. After insisting and ensuring that I will not be charged by booking.com, I found out that I was charged 50 percent by booking.com and the whole amount at the hotel. I've had to make numerous phone calls and send proof of payment multiple times since to both the hotel and booking.com The issue still hasn't been resolved.

don't come here if you want to sleep

If you want to sleep, don't come here. I paid extra to have a balcony only to realize immediately I wasn't going to sleep at all. The rooms are incredibly hot since you have to close the door to the outside since there is absolutely so much noise. It's right by a night club with heavy bass and very loud cars drive by blasting music all through the night past 6am. My girlfriend got eaten alive by bugs (INSIDE) the room. There is NO parking which is extremely frustrating in a town where parking is very hard to come by and the staff were not helpful at all.

Great location , Great staff

The staff we so sweet. The location was great. Try the taco place on the corner. Tacos Jaimie excellent . The patio upstairs has a beautiful view of the city.

Great value accommodation

The accommodation was really central and it was brilliant value for money. The staff were so accommodating and helpful with advice on transport to see the butterfly reserve and getting washing done. The bathroom was a little cramped and the room was nothing fancy, but it was very clean and for the price, it was hard to beat.

I can not recommend it.

I did not like the smelly bathroom, humid, no ventilation. Hot water after 5-10 minutes running the tap, only. Did not like to feel like being in the disco until 2 am, right across the street.

Nice room

The bathroom was always damp and smelled moldy. Traffic outsider the hotel is horrible and stressful to load off luggage and then find a parking lot with over night opening. The staff was not very helpful to guide regarding parking and not very friendly or attentive in general (different people over 3 days).

Regretable.

I thought it was a great idea to be in the center of the main center square, so the location is good, sadly de noise and all the activities were terrible when i was there.

The guy at the night shift didn't care a bit about a group of people who was at the rooftop partying so I didn't sleep until 5 in the morning were the group of men and women eloped. The room was very small also the shower. It is a very basic and rustic hotel. The people at the front desk were not very interested in doing their job.

The main problem is the wifi, hard to get in the room and I had to spend my phone data, not acceptable. I recommend they add seating in the lobby area.

We enjoyed our stay.

We had a very spacious room upstairs, and we were really comfortable there. The roof terrace is a lovely space to eat and chill. The staff were great. The beds were comfy, the shower worked well. Great location for the centre of town - you can easily walk everywhere.

No wifi in the room, which was a shame as there was a lovely table to work at ! The best place to get wifi was on the stairs, which wasn't ideal ! Good wifi in the big bookstore around the corner (with a cafe), which was a beautiful place to sit a while....

stereotypical adventure

the property and the room is extremely traditional, although very simple I would say it looks like from some adventure movie when they are travelling through latin america. worth it just for that. also very comfortable bed and excellent location

The building is nice and the location is great.

It lacked nice details. The sheets were only ok, the toilet paper was cheap, there’s no WiFi in the rooms, the ‘hot’ water was only ever warm...etc.

Ángeles is a very kind and helpful person. The room was clean and tidy. I really felt comfortable.
