Muy bueno: Altamente sorprendida

Excelente ubicación, muy buena atención del personal y el Restaurant tiene un excelente menú: me encantó la plateada, camarones al ajillo y crema de zapallos. La cama muy cómoda: logré descansar super bien. Desayuno buffet bastante bueno : lo único que mejoraría es la cercanía hasta el Estacionamiento, pero nos atendieron super bien. Volveré pronto!!

Key access was not working. Air conditioner was not working correctly, it was way to hot in the room.

Great location, breakfast and bed but spooky bathroom.

Location, bed and breakfast were exceptional. The hotel is next to the cathedral and the main city square, providing a lovely view. The bed was very comfortable, with lots of extra bedding items. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of food, including different sorts of pastries as well as bread and fruit.

The hotel is old, and even though it shows that they've worked to update its amenities and appearance, some parts have failed to impress, particularly the bathroom, which was not well-kept. The toilet seat was peeling off, and it was scary to enter the tub and bathroom in general.

Excellent visit, we'd stay again.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. This historic hotel was clean and well maintained. The view of the plaza was spectacular. Just what we'd hoped for.

The internet service was overloaded and cut out frequently. In this day and age, that's not acceptable and needs work.

Chillán needs a good hotel with character, and Hotel Isabel Riquelme is doing its best.

The staff at the restaurant were particularly friendly and professional.

The location. It was really noisy, but probably that is not always the case.

Not worth the money.

They have good breakfast and the room was clean.

The room was super small. The bathroom could barely fit one person. The air conditioning and heater were behind the curtains so you could only use them properly with the curtains open. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Their parking space is 2 blocks away from the building.

Pleasant

This is an older hotel that has been renovated some time ago. It is located right in the middle of downtown. Breakfast is reasonable. The hotel offers off-site parking a block away in a commercial parking lot. A good alternative for spending a night or two on a road trip from Santiago to the south of Chile.

Street noise can be fairly loud, but typically dies down after midnight.

Great value for a prime location.

Great location and value. Accommodations are decent. Bed is super comfortable. Bathroom does the job. Friendly staff.

Noisy at night. There was a construction in the building next door, as well as some unruly passengers. It took a while and a couple of complaints to get some silence.
