About this house rental
This cottage can accommodate up to 10 people is located 100m from a white sand beach in a very quiet location.
Comfortable and very bright. It consists in a first part of a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven and dishwasher), a living room, and 1 WC on the ground floor. floor; upstairs, 2 bedrooms, 1 WC and 1 bathroom.
A very bright living room will lead you to the other sleeping area composed on the ground floor of 2 bedrooms, a shower room and 1 WC.
The garden is totally enclosed. Outside, there is garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue and sun loungers.
We provide bicycles and a 1 person kayak with vest. Baby equipment is also provided.
We also offer access to a common swimming pool linked with my activity as a beautician masseuse, you will have access to the covered and heated swimming pool from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. with outdoor jacuzzi (depending on weather conditions), treatments are also offered (access swimming pool and treatments are optional to be paid on site, please ask us for a quote based on your stay)
Nearby you will find a small port where various water activities are offered.
For lovers of beautiful walks, you will find your happiness along the coastal path with in particular the passage of the GR34.
When visiting, you will not miss the Virgin Island lighthouse (the highest lighthouse in Europe).
Our rates are based on 4 people.
For the final cleaning, a package is offered at 80 euros to be paid on site.

Lovely property in an amazing setting. Coastline is amazing, and within a 2 minute walk of the property. Property is spacious and well equipped.
There are issues with the accuracy of the English translation of the listing, and hidden costs: the pool is not included in the weekly rental cost, and is a significant additional cost. There is also an "optional" cleaning fee, which if you choose not to take up, will cause further issues.

Gute Lage, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuss verschiedene Strände, der Ortskern ist in 30 Minuten zu Fuss und 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, Ausstattung wie beschrieben, gute räumliche Trennung, der privaten Bereiche, ideal auch für 2 Familien, Garten ist vollständig umzäunt,

La location est telle que décrite sur le site. L'emplacement est idéal, à 50 m de la mer. C'est très beau. Les propriétaires discrets et disponibles à la fois. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette jolie maison très fonctionnelle et rénovée avec goût. La proximité des plages est un vrai plus. Ideal pour des vacances au calme pour les amateurs de mer et de balades. A recommander sans hésitation !!!!

Séjour très agréable
Au risque de redire des choses déjà écrites, le logement est idéalement placé. Nous avons pu laisser la voiture sur place pour faire nos ballades en bord de mer. La proximité des propriétaires est un véritable plus : nous les avons sollicité pour un oreiller complémentaire le jour même de notre arrivée et en très peu de temps ils ont répondu à notre demande.
Personnellement, rien à redire sur ce logement.

Gite très correct et agréable bien situé. Par contre nous avons été très déçus de l'accueil des propriétaires qui avaient manifestement autre chose à faire que de s'occuper de nous et peut être plus intéressés par l'argent.

Séjour du 3-5 décembre
Maison très agréable, très propre, grande, moderne etc.. tout ce qu’il faut.
Il manque des ustensiles etc.., par contre propriétaire qui regarde par dessus la palissade pour regarder ce qu’il se passe à l’intérieur de la maison et lors de notre arrivée nous avons demandé des serviettes et nous apprenons seulement à notre départ qu’il faut payer 48€…

Maison très agréable avec sa véranda, proche de belles plages et des commodités. Bien adapté pour nous qui étions 4, mais peut être rajouté quelques éléments de cuisine pour plus de personnes (frigo plus grand, plus de vaisselle...) Nous avons passés un très bon séjour avec des propriétaires disponibles.

Un pur bonheur
Location superbe. Idéalepour 2 familles. A 100 m de la plage et d'un Vivier donc celui qui adore les crustacés c'est l'endroit. Très bon accueil et propriétaires discrets. Adresse a retenir.

Superbe maison avec intérieur tout neuf et véranda hyper agréable. 2 zones de nuit complètement indépendantes ce qui est fort agréable en location entre amis, seul bemol le coin cuisine où on est un peu à l'étroit lorsqu'on veut faire la cuisine à plusieurs ! Pas assez de couverts. Le reste était parfait.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison idéalement située à 100 mètres de la plage et des sentiers de randonnées. La maison est très fonctionnelle et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Le gîte est très beau, spacieux, lumineux et pratique. Le cadre est très bien.
Nous y avons passé qu'un weekend mais je pense que pour des vacances plus longue c'est encore mieux.
Les propriétaires sont discrets et sympathiques. Ils habitent la maison voisine.
Bref, à louer sans hésiter si vous allez dans ce secteur

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gite bien décorée avec une belle terrasse abritée. Les propriétaires nous ont permis d'avoir de délicieux fruits de mer locaux. Un petit bémol pour la fiabilité du frigo mais là aussi nous avons eu une réponse rapide. Un gite que nous recommandons!

Maison très spacieuse et lumineuse avec parties nuit et jour séparées très appréciées quand on est en groupe à 2 familles. Pièce de vie et véranda très chouettes permettant de se retrouver pour d agréables moments. Merveilleux Séjour avec une localisation de la maison parfaite à 100 m de la mer. Petites améliorations à prévoir peut être un peu plus de rangements et portes manteaux pour les vêtements et manteaux.
Un grand merci pour l accueil parfait et chaleureux d Estelle. Espérons revenir sur une autre période.

Un cadre de vie adapté pour les 10 personnes que nous étions. Une maison "habité" de chaleur, douceur et grande propreté. Merci pour l' accueil, et on vous remercie....

Sehr schön renoviertes und gut ausgestattetes Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Im wunderschönen Wintergarten war es auch bei Herbstwetter gemütlich. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, wunderschöne Buchten und Strände zu Fuß erreichbar.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus ist wunderbar, genauso wie beschrieben. Ausstattung ist ausreichend, sehr sauber, ein sehr schönes praktisches Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist hervorragend, ruhig gelegen, nur wenige Meter zum Strand dennoch recht zentral zum Einkauf. Den großzügige Wintergarten haben wir wegen der Sonne, die den ganzen Tag dort hineinschien, viel genutzt. Erholung pur in wunderbarer Umgebung.

Très belle location spacieuse et propre. Nous avons apprécié le jardin clos pour notre chienne et pour nos repas barbecue .
Quelques supports pour accrocher serviettes, ou autres, dans la salle de bains seraient les bienvenus et le remplacement de poêles et casseroles ... Sinon tout est parfait , on recommande vivement. Familles alsaciennes ravies

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la semaine que nous avons passée dans cette maison spacieuse, lumineuse et confortable. La propreté est irréprochable. Elle est idéalement placée à quelques minutes de marche de la plage et des sentiers côtiers. L'environnement est très calme, idéal pour pour se reposer et profiter de cette belle région. Le petit cadeau de bienvenue d'Estelle était excellent. Nous espérons revenir à une autre occasion.

Juste parfait !!!
Le temps d'un week end de pentecôte entre amis...Un temps splendide dans un décor magnifique et avec la maison d'Estelle comme pied à terre...c'était juste parfait !! La maison est idéale pour accueillir plusieurs personnes : 2 coins nuits bien séparés, 2 SDB, 3 WC, un grand séjour pour une grande tablée, une cuisine aménagée très fonctionnelle et une terrasse ensoleillée et équipée. L'intérieur est très bien aménagé (sobrement mais avec beaucoup de goût) , d'une propreté irréprochable et surtout a été rénové avec des installations de très bonne qualité. Rien à dire non plus sur la qualité de la literie . Bref, la location idéale , on a beau chercher …. impossible de trouver des points négatifs et tout ça à 2 minutes à pied de la mer et de la petite plage de Bassinic.
